Helped a friend move her personal items. Upon entering, clean facility with top notch security. I would recommend this unit for business. π
TERRIBLE storage facility. The manager Diego Ledezma is completely incompetent and acts like a child. He doesnt have customer service skills, hes unreliable by phone or text, he lies and makes excuses for every incident thats occurred. First of all, I wasnt told that this storage unit doesnt have any staff. Diego said there was someone there everyday from 8am-5pm. For the last few months the office has been closed with a sign with a1800 number listed. Not one single soul there to help in case of emergencies etc. Diego has also talked poorly about staff there blaming them for me not being informed about hours or staffing. Finally confused, i called the number posted on the sign outside. No answer- but received a text much later saying that the person that had signed Me up for my unit was fired. Not even 20 minutes later i saw the guy checking someone else in. Later Diego said he was dressing up in U-Haul uniform and pretending to work there?!?!? That is not only an insane thing to hear, but already multiple times I have felt unsafe at this unit.And now i feel even worse. The first week i was there, a guy wearing a security guard uniform trolled the space and I even saw him cutting locks off etc. When I asked Diego if he was coming back he insisted there was never a security guard and that i had imagined it?? This was of course after i suggested bringing him back after I hadnt been threatened by a woman smoking crack in her unit. I told him of this just as it happened. and he never got back to me. The list goes on, homeless living on sight, unsafe run ins with drug users, locked out of my unit for no reason and no explanation. When i finally got a hold of Diego after months of spotty texting he suggested I find somewhere else to rent. I have been giving this company my money for months on time as agreed, and I cant believe this person who was chosen to run these units would speak to my like that. I want to talk to a real manager, someone who can correct this poorly executed attempt at a business. But if i had 50 minutes to wait on hold for the uhaul customer service line maybe I could.

DO NOT EVER get a storage unit here. Youll be unlawfully held from your belongings. No bodys code works an says please call a number to get ahold of the property manager. An Mr. Diego is choosing to ignore messages an phone calls to come down an let people in. Youll be wasting your time an money. THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR.
Automated pick up process is terrible. Iβd gladly pay more to talk to a human. Iβll use a competitor next time.
Nice storage unit, large freight elevator, clean bathrooms, but no staff on site. Must sign up for a unit at a different location off of Old Colfax near Mile High Stadium. Must electronically sign in and out.
There is no in store presence, so you have to use the website from your mobile... and what a terrible user experience! I was unable to sign in, unable to check out, the code to unlock the lock box didnt work, the chat window closed on me multiple times, the 800 number support personnel were unable to resolve the issues, and I eventually had to go to another store now than two hours later.Would not recommend.
Great location and awesome 24-hour access, which is truly hard to find these days. Nice and clean and honestly the cleanest restrooms that Ive seen in Denver for a long!
There is no 24 hour access at this site, they dont tell you everything, and then yell and humiliate you before kicking you out.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!They double booked me and gave me zero notice even though they knew about this. The guy working the front desk on 6/5/21 was incredibly rude and 100% inappropriate. His excuse for double booking me was βyou shouldnβt be moving during busy seasonβ and βnot my problemβ. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Paid for moving help and truck reservation and forced to use on line phone app. Problem is their computer system was down and not taking their own verification code for pin reset. Cancelled and they refused immediate refund (told 5 business days) even though services were sold that they could not deliver so fraud. AND they think they are going to force you to work for them unpaid by dropping off wherever they say!!! Complete fraud scam. Use Penske.
There is no one here. We want to return an auto transport we are supposed to download an app according to a sign on the wall. do it by ourselves who knows how and then the area is terrible. Lots of strange people around. We are trying to call to drop off at a different location but no one answers! We have been on hold 15min already!
Absolutely terrible. Ive been here for an hour unable to get my reservation to work with their garbage online process. Nobody is here, and the manager who left his phone number (Diego) isnt answering his phone.the uhaul hotline I called said my type of truck cant be rented here, despite the fact that 3/9 trucks Im standing next to are that truck. Never use this location, take the time and drive to a different one that isnt garbage.
This is an unstaffed U-Haul location. If you are looking to rent a vehicle you can only do it online and get the keys from one of the lock boxes. They are open 24 hours in that if you have a storage room with it you can access it at anytime because you have a key if your own. There are no actual people to help you with reservations at this place.
There isnt actually a store here, so if you want to rent a truck you have to use the incredibly buggy online process and do all sorts of insane things like provide a photo of your passport, which you of course have when youre picking up a truck. Trying to get somewhere on the? Good luck. Trying to get uhaul to honor their $50 reservation guarantee? Get lost.
Why to high....on prices ... must have a higher loan payment U-Haul for U-Haul all you do is pay the difference for the gas. Not for their lifestyle
Showed up at 9 this morning to pick up some important materials I needed for work. Tried to scan my card and it said βdenied.β Called customer service, on hold for 10 minutes, finally got someone who said I needed to go to the truck rental location several miles away to speak to the location manager. Got transferred to customer service, who said βsorry the doors arenβt working because the electronics are down and the manager is 250 miles away.β They said theyβd call when it was working again but itβs now 2:30 and I still havenβt heard. Donβt store anything here unless you donβt care about having access to it!!!
These guys are garbage. THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. THERE IS NO STAFF AT THE LOCATION. THEY WILL DOUBLE LOCK YOU FOR NO REASON WITHOUT WARNING OR REMORSE. Youll regret not running away... do not rent or store here.

Let me reserve a rental online, then day of move for some reason told me I was no longer allowed to rent, refusing to inform me why. Added no one that knew me was allowed to rent either! Panicked, due to it being moving day, I went to another u haul where I had absolutely no problem renting a truck.
My U-boxes were picked up days later than scheduled. Then they were delivered 45 days later than scheduled, instead of the guaranteed 11 days delivery. Then they were delivered somewhere in Southwest Florida, BUT NOBODY KNEW! They were not delivered to the location I picked at all.I had the worst customer service experience in my life. I was so worried because nobody could tell me where my U boxes were. I had to call so many different locations. One rep told me to drive to different locations and talk to managers to try to find them. Finally I got the personal phone number of the truck driver and she was able to deliver it....52 days later!!! It has been 52 days of anxiety and constant calls. U haul reps would hang up on me or put me on hold forever. I put all my belongings there so I even had to buy clothes and items on the mean time. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!
Problem after problem.Iβm still in shock at our UHaul experience. To summarize we had problem after problem after problem and the multiple times I called customer service they didnβt know what was going on with our UBoxes, they didnβt know how to help and was by far the worst customer service Iβve ever encountered.I filed a complaint and it was never resolved!One person, one, that is all, was actually helpful. I think UHaul employees need to schedule multiple work shops to teach how to speak with customers, how to resolve issues, how to communicate in general and lastly, how to be professional. They claim they record phone conservsations for quality assurance, yet they donβt know how to communicate effectively.I have been working in customer service since I was a teenager and can appreciate a hard working, and honest individual. UHaul has been a huge disappointment.Itβs been an overall discouraging experience. UHaul claims to make your move easy and stress free and that is simply NOT the case.I have never written a negative review until now and I hope someone, anyone at UHaul reads this and gains some perspective.

There is one elevator that is gated, walled, and personally maneuvered. The loading dock is not made for uhauls as the ledge is much higher than the truck entry point. You have to keep something in front of the door or else you have to slide your card for each entry. Signs posted for additional fines all over.
