So I wish I could give a better review but at this point this is the best we can do. Weve got some damage on the home from when the move took place and were still waiting for the parts to arrive so that the repairs can be completed. Our house also has some items that need to be repaired inside the house as well, and as of a week ago some electrical issues with our living room fan light have arised. Hopefully the repairs will be made in a timely manner, and if thats the case I will gladly change this rating.Ive left many messages with Janette multiple times of late but have yet to hear anything back. At this point I think itd be easier to just find someone to take care of the repairs ourselves and then send Pinetop the bill. We absolutely love our home but getting repair work done has been a struggle. One other thing I would like to mention is that the few times weve had someone out to do the repairs, theyve showed up at the most inopportune times, one literally showed up at dinner. Definitely not the time frame wed agreed on. This is most likely a reflection on the contractors they work with and not really Pinetop. But worth mentioning regardless.

Worst experience I have ever had. Went here today and Alfredo literally yelled at me and ran me off the lot because I did not have a property already picked out before coming to their place of business. When I tried to explain to him that I was at the very beginning of this Modular Home option process and just wanted to walk a couple of his spec homes, he said I do not like your attitude. It was so ridiculous I thought I was on Punk TV or Impractical Jokes or something. I couldnt even get mad, I just laughed in disbelief and went to Clayton Homes across the street. I would never even consider working with these people.

This is regarding my previous 1 star review about Pinetop . Owner of Pinetop replied to me and he said I was rating the wrong company. The company operated out of the same location before Pinetop was American Housing and I purchased a mobile home from them 5 years ago. The owner and the sales staff were terrible to deal with. If Pinetop is a brand new company that has nothing to do with the previous American Housing than I will retract my Pinetop 1 star review and I will stand corrected.

Our experience at this location was a quite lackluster -- we were told that theyre all open, have a look and let us know which number you like. This was fine, I prefer an unguided tour anyway, but the information was confusing, such as the numbers on the outside (if you can find them) are not the same as the numbers on the flyers inside (again, if you can find those).When we returned to the office, the man asked if we would like to have a seat and hell get the info on the houses we were interested in, or if we wanted him to just tell us. Before we were told any pricing or details, he asked how soon we needed one, which is in about 7-8 weeks from now, and he basically said (in not as many words) he couldnt help us because it takes at least 2 months/8 weeks to have a home delivered. Thats where the conversation somewhat looped around back to the fact that it takes 8 weeks and we only have 6-7 weeks before we need to be moving into one.I understand there are timing limitations involved in the matter of moving/setup of manufactured homes, but just his attitude and body language completely turned me off of the idea of working with Pinetop Homes in general. He acted completely disinterested in being helpful or answering any questions for us. He could have made a sale that day, but weve taken our business elsewhere!

Their customer service is great and they always have an amazing manufactured and mobile homes, stop by anytime

I was working with both janette and Alfredo. They gave me list that had one price the sales paper at the home had another. And when I ask why janette told me that Alfredo had explained how the price would be different. And they all so did let me know that I had to get approved by the mobile home community unilt after I had started the buying process. Dont work with this people there better place out there.

We bought a home from them and had so many issues that were left unresolved. They said that they would help us over and over again, but never did a thing for us. Be careful with this company.

I Like this company! Forget about other manufactured and Modular home companies, they represent all the major brands, and also they are really good with customer service
