Mexican restaurants in Denver should learn what a real tamale tastes like. These are almost as good as my Moms homemade tamales. They are delicious, as is the green Chile and tortillas. Cant wait to go back for more but we bought enough to last a while.

Best tamales Ive ever had. Bought some to share with my friends back home and we all said the same thing. Best. Tamale. Ever. These things are huge. And worth every penny. You can stop in and pick up a variety of salsas and chips. They also sell ready to go masa so you can make your own tamales. This little hidden gem is a must stop for anyone looking for some great homemade food. And the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly!

This was my 1st visit. Needed corn tortillas (we eat on the daily). I decided to go here instead of our normal local shop to give them a fair try. The employees (2) were super busy stocking & bagging fresh product. I was happily surprised that they offer a variety of fresh tortillas both corn & flour in different sizes. They also have fresh made tamales & sweet bread (pan). I purchased1 bag of regular corn tortillas & 1 bag of street taco size (both still hot & steaming in the bags). Also purchased 1/2 doz of each tamales ( Green/pork, Red/pork & Green Chile/cheese) Its hard to find decent tamales. Most of them tend to be dry & ALL masa. The pork was definitely present in both the green & red versions. Very nice for a change, the green Chile & cheese (always my favorite)Were delicious 😋 but a little too🔥spicy as were the Green/pork. The red Chile/pork were GREAT just the right amt of spice & meat. The tortillas were ok, fresh corn smell & taste. However, they are very thin & became tough when warmed up. The prices were higher than what I normally pay but everything is going up these days anyway. I did have a little trouble locating the store @ 1st I was looking for the reddish painted bldg as listed on the website. But the location has been painted white now. If you blink youll pass right by it. I think the red color of the bldg would definitely be easier to identify.. just saying... My final thought is this..if you like fat, very spicy fresh tamales then stop by & give them your business. If you love fresh made tortillas my opinion is give or take Ill definitely be back to try a few churros & other sweet breads sometime in the near future.

I love these guys and most everything they have for takeout and tortillas. Though today I got the ready assembled bean burritos. Still love them and glad they are in the neighborhood!

Can’t really say they are the best I’ve ever had. I was looking for green chili and cheese. The employees behind the counter had no idea of what they had. Thinking I was getting one type paying for the cheese tamales and getting pork which were considerably less money. Way overpriced for tamales. Shop around.

Tamales are good but the customer service is horrible! Ive been in two times and both times theyve given me the wrong tamales! Ordered cheese and chili, got to work and they were all pork. I expect this from Taco Bell not from you guys...Disappointed in Littleton....

I did not even like tamales before I tried Pochitos tamales, these are the only ones I eat they are delicious. The green are my favorite. I take them anytime I go to a party and they disappear in seconds. His salsa and other food is really good too. For the person who said that their tortillas look store bought - I can guarantee that the tortillas are freshly made. I have had them many times. Also, we repair the machinery that he uses to make his tortillas at my job.

Reminds me of home! I have been wanting to come here since I moved from SoCal. With the holidays around the corner I have been looking for a place that sells the masa by the pound. I tried one of each of there tamales first. Red chili pork, green chili pork and my favorite green chili and cheese! All were very tasty and delicious in there own way. In all three the masa was good on its own. Not chunky or gritty but smooth and silky, with an excellent taste. One could argue that their masa could stand up to the masa of East Los Angeles places. Yes, its that good. I also purchased a small package of flour tortillas which I have not tried yet but they remind me of the tortillas my mother in law brings from Santa Cruz when she visits. I cant wait to try them along with all the other wonderful smelling items they have. All the ladies in there were very friendly and helpful. I will be back. Thank you!
