We bought a light that was damaged on arrival. Because we were remodeling the we inspected for major damage but obviously were not expecting an internal defect. When we had the chandelier hung, the light bulbs were crooked in all of the sockets. I called expecting an easy experience. When buy a $5000 light you expect some level of customer service. Their stance was that it wasnt their problem because it was outside the 30 day window. They have continued to be unhelpful. I am in contact with the distributor of the product who is also unhappy that not only did they not help us but they were not aware of manufacturing issue. I would never consider shopping with them again. There are many high-end lighting locations in Denver. Shop with someone who are not going to screw you over.

Huge selection, lots of sparkle.

All I can say is WOW! The showroom is just the beginning, but represents the experience I had throughout my purchase. I was looking for lights for my new house and wasnt quite sure what I needed. The sales person helped me figure out the quality of light I wanted and my overall look and then offered me options within my budget. I was not very decisive and they were patient and helpful as we made the right selection. Great service and quality - thank you!
