*I ordered online for pickup* My husband and I didnt realize we went on Mothers Day (Im not a mom) and the line was so long. I was hoping that someone was going down the line to check people in - and there was! I told the lady I was there to pick up an online order and they brought me right to the front to wait. I told them it was my first time there and they let me do a lap around the store while I waited for my order (I just wanted to quickly look around as I saw everyone else was attending to customers). The super friendly manager was quick to grab my item and bring it to me outside. It was exactly what I ordered and was grateful they were able to take care of me instead of having me wait until I got to the front of the line. Thank you so much for respecting my time and a great order pickup experience!

Went in today for the first time and found a style I liked. It was a crossbody and was a little too small for me. I asked the associate if they had a larger version. She pointed to a much larger size and said it was a tote. I asked if they had an in between size that was a shoulder bag. She said it wasn’t in store and was sold out online. I saw another customer looking at the medium size in a different color. Maybe she didn’t think about showing me that one to see if I liked it and if they could order one for me. Maybe she was discriminating and didn’t want to waste her time with me. Either way, she clearly had no interest in helping me or making a sale. That was such an obvious and simple solution, sales 101. After leaving I checked the LV website. I found exactly what I was asking for and it IS in stock. I hope they make commission and she missed that sale.

Where to start..We will not be shopping at this location ever again!All of our future purchases will be at the Las Vegas store with SA Jacob, he was/is an amazing SA. I told him how rude the associate was at the Cherry Creek store, and Jacob from Vegas was apologetic for how rude we were treated.We went to the Denver store today to return a $5,000 bag that broke within a month, first the women rudely said we won’t take a return without the receipt even though we have an account with all our purchases, so my husband found the emailed receipt, and she didn’t even look over it! Then she took her phone camera and examined the bag for like 10 mins as if it was fake, I understand you need to check but it was excessive. We explained to her that the Las Vegas store approved a return or exchange and not a repair because it was defective, we didn’t want to return it at that time and they were going to keep an eye out for the same bag in white if one becomes available, well it never did so we were back to return it and get something else. Never once did she behave like a nice SA, she was rude the whole time. To top it all off, she then says at the end, was this used? Yes it was gentle used, she says rudely, we can’t take this back. You just lost our business forever Denver store. I then text our SA from Vegas and he is sending out a return shipping label tomorrow! Thank you Vegas store.Don’t shop here, they don’t deserve the commission.

Disappointed in this location and the overall experience. I have visited and purchased from Louis Vuitton stores in Scottsdale, AZ, Atlanta, GA, Tampa and Miami, FL. This by far was my worst experience. I came into this store for two reasons: to make a return or possible exchange for likely something more expensive and to heat stamp my passport cover. The SA brought me a few pieces I was interested in, and instead of discussing the pieces with me, also asking for assistance on the Palm Springs Mini, she wasnt willing to show me until I asked. She kept looking at her computer. She asked me for my number and name, (Im sure to look me up and see what previous purchases I have made, they do this to see what and if youll spend money). I got this overwhelming feeling she did not care for my business and she was just overall stuck-up, (Ive heard this location has that problem, so I was already nervous going here). As a result, I simply asked for a refund, left my passport cover for heat stamping (told it was a 2 day turnaround) and left. I came home and ordered what I wanted to get online. This is how much I felt the SA didnt deserve a sales commission. You come to these stores for an experience, and the purchases are expensive. Ive had a better sales experience at a random kiosk in the mall or from a sales associate at Best Buy.

Ive been shopping at Louis Vuitton for many years..this was my first experience at the Denver location..I first bought a new bandeau and then decided to think about a scarf..after buying the first thing I asked the SA if there were any holiday bags? She said yes but only big ones..I then said if I buy the other scarf also can I get the holiday bag please..she said yes.. I left the store to think about my next purchase. After thinking i decided i would purchase..I went back in and ended up with a different SA who treated me not very kindly..I told her what i was buying..got ready to pursue the purchase and told her i wanted the holiday bag..she then proceeds to tell me they have NONE LEFT!?? I told her I had just seen them take a bunch of large ones and put on the back and I had seen other people with them..she then said they were not using them anymore!?? She said they were poor quality and were NOT using!? This was weird!

We got along so good and she showed me all the new products and full-filled all my questions i had for her. She made me feel like a friend and knew what i liked, I was visiting from out of state but i think she has earned my trust to help me in the future.

I have gone to this location a couple of times, and everytime the staff is EXTREMELY rude!!! This time I just stopped by for a quick look at a wallet and stood in line for over and hour! There was no rhyme or reason as to how many people they were allowing in. At one point everyone had left the store and we were still just standing waiting. By the time we actually got in I was so turned off by the way they treated us in line that I had no desire to spend my money there. I have never had a decent experience at this store. I have been to Louis Vuittons all over, and never had such a horrible service. Dont waste your time at this place!!!!!

First of all I showed up 5 minutes BEFORE they were supposed to close and door was already locked, when I tried to open it the guy mopping floors waived at me like “no”, I found the store manager, explained them that I was driving 20 mins to buy a present and they let finally me in.I made a purchase regardless of a very poor choice and said that I wanted to personalize the item. They first said that they cannot I it and it will take 48 hours to complete, but when I mentioned that it was a gift for my friend which is a NHL player they went ahead and got it done in 15 minutes! Terrible experience, I don’t think I’ll be back at Louis Vuitton at all since they run their business like a bunch of scumbags.

The store is the absolute worst. I bought a wallet in person and had it pressed. I was told the press will take up to 48 hours it’s been over a week. I’ve been trying to contact them and I still have yet to receive my wallet. I contacted the customer service on Saturday and they sent a message to the store that they had to give me a response within 24 hours and it’s been 3 days since, I called and I still have not heard anything. Who knows if I’ll ever get my wallet back

If I had only dealt with Kim B. I would give 5 stars, but if I had only dealt with the other guy that I met originally I would give 0 stars. My first experience at this store was terrible. Granted this was is April 2021 during COVID. My Hubby and I waited outside for over an hour to get in. I ended up ordering a purse, wallet and key pouch. I ordered for in store pick up as, I live over 2 hours away and did not get to try the purse on. I wanted to be able to exchange it easily if I did not like it. My original SA did not let me know my items were in for 3 weeks. They are supposed to arrive within 5 business days. I tried to make an appointment with him for pick up and text communication was terrible. Finally, I just drove down one day and got to meet with Kim, I decided I did not like my original purse purchase and she helped to select another purse (an upsell). I ordered it for delivery to my house. She texted less than 24 hours later with tracking info and less than a week later I received my new purse and love it. If you want the true LV experience, then ask for Kim B. She is very knowledgable and friendly. I liked her better than SA from South Coast Plaza in CA. I will be buying from her again.

I love this store and its in a great location.They always have an amazing selection to choose from. I really appreciate everything Joy does in this store for me everytime I come in town!! She goes out of her way to wrap everything up perfectly and she ships items to my residence very quickly and she always sends little extra notes if I buy multiple things so I know whats inside. I ask for Joy everytime I visit and Im very grateful for all her help shes a true jem at this LV location!!!

I had a custom bag ordered in December while on vacation. It arrived in the store March 16th. I gave them the shipping information at the time of the order. They still have not shipped it.It has been in their back room for over two months now. My salesperson will not return my calls or texts. The store managers email on the business card gets kicked back. I called the customer service twice now. Each time taking over an hour. Both times they told me that my bag will be shipped. They will not give me the store managers direct number nor have they shipped my bag.Looks like I will have to dispute my credit card charge and give up on ever getting my bag. This rivals some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

My husband and I went to to exchange an item that we ordered online, so this gift came with a wrapping blue bow and when we got home and check out the exchange the bow was not in lol They took the liberty of literally take it for themselves very unprofessional & cheap taking something that belong to a costumer in the first place. That just show how “cheap” this store is in contrast of how expensive the brand is. Do yourself a favor shop online and find another store we definitely did. One star for returns. Just tried to return a piece we purchased at a different location, since we are in Denver for the holiday. Return was refused because of “scratches” that made it “not able to be resold.” This was explained while examining the piece over a clutch in a glass case for sale that had obvious scratches. Associate also stated that the piece would have come with a dust bag and said we should have stored it inside. Upon purchase we never received a dust bag, only a box. Associate then placed the piece back in the box and we had to ask for a dust bag so it wouldn’t be “scratched” again.

Poor quality products for the price. I called in to ask if they can fix the loose stitching and threads along with the cracks on the edges regarding to my lv wallet today, their front desk employee told me that I will need to bring it in for them to decide, so i drove all the way there from home just so they can tell me because its normal wear and tear with the cracks on the edge, so they cant repair or replace it. They should of advice me not to waste my trip there instead...The cost of using Lv wallet is around $100/Year since its only 5 years old.

Never have I felt more discriminated against and was treated so poorly for showing up in my (less than best) clothing and, my boyfriend with a baseball hat and visible neck tattoos. On a Friday afternoon, prime shopping time, my boyfriend and I were told we had to “wait in line” because they only had enough room for the customers currently inside the store. Funny thing was, I didn’t see anyone inside. Little do they know who I am, how often I shop at LV, what I make in a year, or that I was just about to make a major purchase there, but thankfully I decided not to “wait in line”. ***Note: there was no line, no rope outline where a line WOULD be, no social distancing x’s or dots to stand on outside the store.***This is simply how you are treated by Louis Vuitton in Cherry Creek Mall when someone thinks that you don’t have money.

My husband purchased a purse and wallet for me, went to return it because I disliked it and had to wait in line over 30 minutes for a return. Was advised we would get our partial payment refunded in a check within 14 days, well over 20 days and no check, went to store to ask about my money and was told that now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my refund. Very rude manager Leticia told me that someone would contact me because there is nothing they know or can do about my refund. This is so frustrating because the company is making you beg for your money back.

Leticia was super nice and was very patient with me! I was kinda scared to go in from all the reviews but it was a total opposite from what was on here. I was greeted from a lady right when I walked in she took my name so I can be added to the waiting list. Leticia came to me and greeted me and I informed her I was there to purchase my first LV bag. She showed be all that I wanted to see and styles and colors. I left with my new baby (purse) wallet (mens) and even a perfume. I had the best experience and I will be working with Leticia again! This is an amazing Louis Vuitton boutique! The staff is truly incredible, they have ALL gone so far to help me. In particular Amanda and Logan have been awesome; they keep me up to date with all new drops, as well as helping me find and retrieve items from other stores- including special hot stamping... they truly make me feel special whenever I visit the store, which I try to do as often as possible. I have been to many other Louis Vuitton boutiques and this is one of my favorites to visit— because of the staff! I can shop online or at any other spot, but because of the staff here; I choose to come in! Keep up the fab work.Update. The some of the staff has changed but the service is still incredible. Lilly and Tim have been a huge help and I am grateful for them. All of the other SA’s are so nice like Joy and Ana, they have awesome social media pages that keep me up to date with pieces. I LOVE this store.

I went to this store just to browse this past weekend, and instead of being greeted when I walked in the door, I was told that if I wanted to see anything I have to wait 30 minutes on a wait-list. I said, Oh thats not necessary, I just want to look around. The girl at the front then rolled her eyes and said, Well, if you want to see anything behind the counter you have to wait. I told her I wasnt interested in that, I just wanted to look around. I was going to get my mom a nice bag from this store for Mothers Day, but I will not be purchasing a Louis anymore. I have never been encountered by such snobbery. I mentioned this encounter to our waitress when I went out to eat later on and a woman sitting next to me said they treated her the same way when she came in presenting an issue with a bag she purchased last month. They refused to help her and said that she will have to go online or just buy a new bag. For the price of these things there should be much better customer service.

Today is my birthday, and LV treated me worse than my Walmart run did. I went here to get myself something nice with my birthday money from family (they know better than to try to pick for me!) And when I arrived they said there was an hour and a half wait due to the virus. They took our phone number and said we could shop around elsewhere while we waited, and when we got our text we would be invited in. After two hours I got a text saying almost ready! So I walked from the opposite end of the mall back to the store- by that time the manager said they could only hold my place in line for 10 minutes and it had been 12. She said Id be happy to put you back on my list however its still an hour and we close in 15 minutes. I hope you have a great day though before I even said what I wanted to do. This ruined my birthday, only day off, and impression of their quality. For such a price I expect loyalty in return and this is a grave disappointment.

Usually I read the google reviews of a location before going, so I want to come here to say - take this locations reviews with a grain of salt. I just visited this location and was greeted as soon as I walked in (wearing jeans and a T-Shirt) and I was in and out with my new bag in less than 10 minutes. 2-17-2020 Family vacationWe usually stop by Cherry Creek Mall to buy something every visit. The staff doesnt change in its rude habits. They need to learn to treat the customers better and be more attentive. If you stop and read the reviews of this location be assured to know everyone is pretty much honest as to the treatment they receive from the employees. Unfortunately we dont have any designer stores in New Mexico and Denver is the nearest store. To answer everyones question, yes we did buy 2 purses from Lily who did treat us very well. Im not sure if the staff receives commission but the other lazy salespeople didnt get mine. I only use my real name because I dont hide from anyone nor do I have anything to fear. Louis Vuitton needs to retrain or restaff its Denver location. I witnessed several people walk out upset by the rude salespeople and the lack of attention they received.

After reading the reviews about the Cherry Creek location, I was very nervous about going into Louis Vuitton. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and helpfulness that I was given. Alejandra is a wonderful SA! She took her time with me as I couldnt decide which belt I wanted. I highly recommend Louis Vuitton and Alejandra! If you go in, ask for her by name, you wont be disappointed. Wish I would have thought to ask her for a few more business cards. Thank you Alejandra, I love, love love my new belt!

I walked in and was set to by a bag but when I asked for a price for one they told me to be careful with my drink that had a lid on it. The security then took the bag and put it in the back. The sales staff was disogranized and uninformed. After spending 45 minutes on hold, the next day, with corporate to check the availability of what i wanted they confirmed it was in store and i could pick it up today. So i drove 30 min to the mall. And the store was closed 30 minutes earlier than their google listing and the mall hours state. When i checked the door and knocked the staff inside pointedly ignored me. Covid or no, it seems like terrible business practices to ignore customers ready to spend thousands of dollars. Shame on you louis vuitton. How bout some respect? The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because my past experiences with Louis Vuitton. Prior to walking in, I had almost decided to be done with Louis Vuitton because of the reviews I read online and my experience with the Aspen location and sometimes this location. My past experiences include the sales associates being pretentious and acting higher than the clientele. Although, I have decided against not coming here at all when my husband and I walked in and Logan took incredible care of us. He was very attentive and answered any questions that we had. Safe to say I will continue going there if it is with Logan or someone who can continue to give equal customer service. I highly recommend going to Logan!

Went in to buy a purse for my wife and walked around the whole store and not once got asked if I needed any help. I am African American by the way and when a older white couple walked in they got asked if they needed help right away. I continued to shop cause I knew exactly what I wanted and asked to see the purse, the rep acted like she didnt want to help but went and got the purse. She brought it out for me to look at and right away I said Ill take it, then all of a sudden her attitude change when she knew I was making a purchase. What an experience! This sorry excuse of a store easily has the worst service that I have ever witnessed. The employees are the biggest jokes that I have ever seen. I have never been to a luxury store that has hourly workers so close to minimum wage act the way that these people do. Whats interesting is that it is every single one. Its like the manager in charge of hiring prefers the most pompous losers who literally cant even afford what the store sells, even at their discounts. Oh well. Ill continue to buy from the other luxury brands that actually acknowledge the people who come into the store. I Have 2 Louis Vuitton purses one bought at this store as a previous Christmas gift and the other one a Birthday gift from 3 years ago from the website They are very small and I was looking for a bigger one. . The 2 people a man and woman at the front of the store that were employees said they would put me on a 45 min waiting list to check out what? A waiting list why? There are 2 registers one person at each one it wouldve taken 5 minutes for me to wait.and check out It was about 1030 on a Friday morning a few people in the store but not that many. The only thing I can figure is they wouldnt have gotten their commission if I had gone directly to the register I will never shop at this store again ordering from the website was a much better experience and shipping is free. We left and went to Neiman Marcus and purchased a pair of Chanel sunglasses. Message to Louis Vuitton train your employees better or you will continue to lose customers at your Cherry Creek store. I have to wonder how your sales will be in January when the people you offended at Christmastime arent shopping at your store.

Louis Vuitton continues to disappoint me. Every time I am in the cherry creek mall I try to go in hoping for a better experience but every time I am let down again with the rude and pretentious attitudes and an unwillingness to help affluent younger clients. Literally every time I walk in, the nicest employee is the security guard. Like really?! As a person who continues to shop for luxury items weekly I find it outrageous that these employees continue on with their pretentious attitude which continues to drive me away from the brand. Are there LV items that would be nice additions to my collection? Yes, but not at the price of being treated like a incompetent subordinate.

One thing is I haven’t found a Client Advisor willing to treat me like I should be treated. Being a young adult in his 20s I know it’s hard not to judge a book by its cover. Today I went in and had Justina help me and she was amazing! I/my family definitely will be shopping with her. She was quick to ask if I needed help and she definitely exceeds my expectations. Great job. This girl definitely deserves to work there, and I can see her moving up in the company!Keep it up Cherry Creek.

Dont let the bad reviews stop you from shopping this location. We were greeted by all the staff and felt welcome in the store, even my little ones were welcome to wander around the store while I was distracted. Lillian took the time to show me all of the options for the bag I was interested in and helped me pick the perfect size. Im in love with my purchase and am looking forward to shopping here again.

I cant believe theres so many 1 stars. Its crazy to think that so many have had bad experiences here. This is the only location Ill shop at and the staff is wonderful. Customer service is beyond my expectations and Ive never had a hard time exchanging out a piece within their exchange policy. Ive even been pleasantly surprised how simple they make it to exchange out defective items. Ive never ever had a problem here!!

Very disappointing experience. Management needs to invest on good employees. They dress nice but their attitudes are horrible. Reminds me of the Pretty Woman movie. Looking down on Julia Roberts because of the way she was dressed .You cannot judge by how people dress when they enter your store . Not all people who dress nice has money ... keep that in mind.

I’ve only had positive experiences at this store. And I’m a “person of color”, so anybody who tells you the store employees are racist must be confused. I have ALWAYS been treated kindly when shopping or even just window shopping. Evan helped me several times as I prepared to make a very big purchase and was patient with me, even though it could have looked like I was never going to buy anything. Another time an employee answered lots of questions about a book that I ended up buying from their website and she was totally lovely, even though she didn’t get a commission from the sale. Their new and expanded location is also gorgeous. Will come shop again! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Im not really sure about this company. My husband purchased the Graceful MM for Christmas, it came in the mail it looked used, the strap had crease marks that were very noticeable and could be felt underneath it, i did not like the lenght of the strap, it was short and the snap closure would not stay, very oddly shapped. We went to the store to exchange they kept our envelope that included our original receipt and paper work. I asked the girl working there for it the next day and i was told that they had thrown it away the night before. How can you throw away a customers paperwork that clearly has their information on it? I exchanged it for the Neverfull GM, it had to be ordered because they didnt have it in stock. I got the bag in the mail in a very small box, no envelope no paper work. I send an email to customer service regarding this, was told that i had call in. I called in and was told they ship their bags in small boxes to save on shipping fees. Also that their bags dont come with authentication cards, receipts or anything, that I was probably shipped a floor model. If im spending close to 2k on a bag i expect a lot more than this. Customer service all around is hugely lacking.

I purchased my bag over the phone and came to the store to pick it up. I was alerted via text and email in a very timely manner. When they opened up the box, it was the incorrect item. They didnt have the correct item in the store, so they had to send it back and have a new one sent. Amanda was very helpful and apologetic. The second go round, I called the customer service line to see if it had been re-delivered because it had been almost two weeks. The man on the phone told me it had been at the store since Tuesday, I called on Saturday. A week later I got the email that my bag was in the store. Not the easiest experience for a luxury item, but I am happy I have the bag I wanted and hope to purchase again in the future.

For the past six years I have only received excellent service from all of my SA’s at the Cherry Creek location. Their inventory is great and if an item is not at their store they will take their time to locate the items and/or help you order from the website. I have frequently visited multiple stores in Southern California, Las Vegas, New York and France but the store in Cherry Creek will continue to be my home store. Their renovated store is beautiful and the experience is always great here from management to sales associates. Friendly and helpful customer service every visit.

Especially Evan - this man should not be working at a 7-11 with his poor customer service, let alone for a luxury brand where customers spending a lot of money expect to be treated with respect and kindness.

Customer service is SUCK! Manager is SUCK, the place is SUCK. Such a CHEAP people. would never advise to go there, unless you want to be humiliated. And God Forbid you will try to exchange anything or ask for store credit!!! They will lie straight to your face!!! If you ask for manager, she will come and will start lying immediately, without even knowing what was her staff lying about initially. Looks pathetic. Will never step foot there. Please go spend your money anywhere else. At least other stores will treat you with respect.

Not impressed by the displays or the staff. Ignored for most of my tour of the store wasnt to bad. I found very few of the more classic pieces. Inside the Cherry Creek mall-ish area I found myself paying for parking and some stores will validate with some requirements like purchasing in their store. Paying parking fees could be cheaper.

I walked in the store, looked at numerous bags, some of which I was very interested in and was unzipping and thoroughly looking through them. I have to admit that I spent way too much time reading these reviews last night and was not looking forward to returning my Duomo Hobo today. However, my experience was fabulous. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Lilly. When I told her I needed to return my purse she asked why but it was more to get an idea of what I didn’t like so she could point me in a better direction. She briefly inspected the purse for damage (which she absolutely should) but was not nitpicky. She showed me the purses I wanted to see and made some recommendations. She gave me the time I needed, even though I was looking at less expensive bags. I left with the perfect tote and I could not have been happier with the service we received. I am holding on to her business card and will happily go back. I don’t know who these other people dealt with but I would not hesitate to recommend the store or Lilly.

We purchased a bag a little over a year ago from another store. Over time, the bag had tons of cracking all along the opening. I contacted corporate, and they suggested I go into a store to have it looked at by a Client Advisor. After reading the reviews of this location, I was very apprehensive of going into the store, but we were in town for the weekend, and I would have had to mail it in otherwise. I was pleasantly surprised when we were immediately greeted when we walked in the door, and we were treated with the utmost respect and care the entire time we were in the store. I am beyond grateful for this wonderful experience!

We have several items from LV and historically they have always done an awesome job with providing a great customer service experience. Brought my wifes wallet in to get it repaired and the cistomer service rep was rude, short and seemingly annoyed that she worked there (and seemingly was taking it out on us.) I think at the price point in which LV sells wallets they should be able to hire friendlier staff. (or atleast train their reps to fake it better)
