Went to the mall to change my watch battery and straps, Amanda who was there was very helpful and all of a sudden it got really busy, she never lost track of one single customer and kept very professional, she looked up at the line and thanked us for our patience. I was impress with her service. Amanda gets 5 stars from me.

Went to the mall looking for an outfit for French all white dressed theme party. Walked in and fossil was having a 75% off sale. Wasnt planning on stopping there but found a beautiful white wallet/purse that I now have been using daily. Was $34 in the end and I looked incredible that night!

I love fossil. I never thought Id say that, but they make, in my opinion, the best Wear OS smartwatch money can buy. They make great products! Dont knock it til you try it.

I went in to get the batteries replaced on around 15 watches. Travis and Taryn were super amazing and helped me pretty quickly. Both of them were extremely friendly and helpful. Had some great music conversations with Travis. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for turning me on to A Lot Like birds too haha

Under no circumstances should you buy any Fossil products. This is not directly related to this store, but I purchased a Fossil watch a couple months ago and one of the buttons for the chronograph fell off. I just noticed it one day. I take exceptionally good care of my watches and know this was due to manufacturing of the watch. Fossil refuses to fix it under the warranty and continues to site scripted reasons and not giving me any straight answers. To boot they even wanted to charge me more than I paid for the watch to fix the one little button. I even asked for a supervisor and they claimed they would call me right back, and days later still crickets. I used to like Fossil. Not anymore. DO NOT BUY THIER PRODUCTS. Their customer services is even worse. Plenty of other great brands of watches, that take care of their customers, to buy. I URGE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE SO YOU DONT HAVE THE SAME RESULT. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

I came to this store to have 4 of my Fossil watches adjusted. The female employee immediately started to bully me over how far over my nose my mask was. When advised that I am health and vaccinated and there is zero scientific need for a mask, she threatened to kick me out of the store. This store and Fossils policy is to bully healthy vaccinated customers or threaten to kick them out of the store. Is this employee and Fossil against vaccination? The disrespect is appalling and sickening a healthy vaccinated person would be treated this way. I will never go back.

Awful customer service.I spent about 20 minutes with the salesman who sold me on getting the HR Collider Hybrid watch. I discussed that I was looking for a watch that was analog, but still had smart features to track steps, heart rate, etc.After about two weeks a couple of functions stopped working, and the watch was showing condensation on the inside of the glass.When I brought it back and told him about the issues, his two responses were Well fossils technology isnt that great so I wouldnt expect all the functions to work well and did you ask me that the watch was waterproof when you bought it? Awful salesman and customer service. And lastly, since I wore the watch he could not accept a return.I will not visit this Fossil store again and be misguided into making a purchase on an expensive watch that does not perform as it was sold to perform.

Nadia, the manager, is amazing! I have come here three for my smart watch and Nadia has been extremely honest and helpful. She truly knows what great customer service looks like. She keeps me up to date with my watch, makes great recommendations and never lets me spend unnecessarily which has of course made me feel comfortable and confident coming back. I already liked Fossil’s leather purses and wallets and I am now a big fan of their operation too!

Today I went into the Fossil store to repair a broken watch. Travis and the female that was working helped me with my issue quickly, gave me frequent updates and provided pleasant conversation.I have had the best experiences with this particular Fossil store. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I love the Fossil store in the Cherry Creek Mall. The employees have always been helpful and friendly every time I visit. I’ve needed a new battery for my Fossil watches and they’ve never charged me for it. They adjust the watch to fit my tiny wrist before I leave and they always have great sales!

THIS is where to get your Gen 5. Unlike online, you dont have to worry knock-off or counterfeit items. Unlike Best Buy, all the watches in the lineup are there and they actually WORK. Additionally, you can try them on and mix and match accessories. And theyll even adjust your band for you before you leave. Sale prices are pretty good right now too... And the holidays are coming.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Fossil really has good quality and beautiful style. All of the staffs at this store went up and above to ensure the best experience for me. They were very friendly and helpful yet respectful at the same time. I brought in a Fossil watch purchased somewhere else and Taryn resized and offered to engrave it for free! 100% definitely come back.

Staff here was incredibly helpful in finding a great watch band for my gen 5. Their inventory was grossly underestimated by the fossil website, which was a huge blessing. They actually had everything in stock! I know that I will be back soon in order to explore more about the brand.

Nadia was amazing helping us pick out a smart watch. Explained the features that were in the newest generation. She adjusted the band, helped get it all set up and showed us the basic features to get started.

Jeanette was an absolute gem. I brought in my oversized Christmas gift and within 5 minutes I was on my way with my watch fit to a tee.

I didnt realize that a Fossil store existed in this mall until I stopped by to drop off a watch for resizing at one of the repair shops... they wanted $20 for it. Once I saw the Fossil store I went back to pick up my watch and cancel my order.The two people working in the Fossil store that day were quick to help me remove a link from my Fossil watch at no charge. They were engaging, friendly and helpful. I will always utilize Fossil for their items and their customer support.

Amazing customer service. I had a Gen 3 smartwatch that broke under warranty and they let me put the entire original purchase value towards buying a new Gen 5 watch. Awesome upgrade!

Not much options if youre looking for watches

I have frequented this store lately due to some unforeseen mishaps with my Sport Smartwatch. Taryn has assisted me every time and gone above and beyond. Not only do they stand behind the quality of the watches, she assists every time in completely setting up the watch for me. I leave the store with a watch ready to track my next goal! Great service and warranty. Took my broken smartwatch to them, which I purchased at a different store. They replaced it and setup the new one with my phone in about 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Wow!!!! I have to admit I was a bit surprised about my experience. In late December I had bought their new fossil sport watch and maybe wore it dozen times. Last night I discovered that it had a charging issue. After reading about how others had had it online and said that it was a charger cord issue, I decided to go to the store and see if they would give me a new charger. Turns out it wasnt the charger but the watch itself. Thenwithout having to say anyting the girl that worked there instantly offered to exchange the watch for a new one. Could not be happier with their customer service!!!
