I purchased a new truck mount in February. My experience with Frank was amazing. The spectacular service did not stop there. Kim and Kiel have have been flawless. Having my questions answered and filling my orders could not be easier. Great Supplies with great prices and awesome staff. Good for construction and restoration purposes, also awesome rental center! They have some of the best in shape equipment to rent. I carpet cleaned my house with one of the portables. Easy to do and saved me money!

They almost always have what you need. I think the helpful staff is what keeps people coming back.

Ive been using JonDon for years. The people are so friendly and very informative whenever I have any questions. Frank is who I normally will deal with and he is a great representative and is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Although the availability of parts at JonDon is a plus, when I placed an order, only 2 out of 5 ordered items were actually shipped. (Thats why theyre getting 2 out of 5 stars, by the way.) Also, for my order, I asked the JonDon sales person TWICE to change the name on the shipping address, because otherwise there would be a mis-delivery at my company location. (My company has 10,000 employees, and we really need the correct name on the shipping label.) If I need more parts and service, I will look for another vendor, or maybe go to a different JonDon location, since they have different offices around America.
