Wont sell anything without opening an account and applying for credit, even if the item is in stock and you are trying to pay cash.

Always find bolts/studs fasteners that home depot or ace hardware do not carry. Great place friendly staff.
I ordered some hinges from their Littleton (Code5) store, the website actually ordered them from Denver (Code 7) for some unknown reason. I actually went down to Littleton, because thats where I ordered that stuff, and not only was that lady rude about being bothered to serve me, she lied to me about her inventory. I asked about the hinge, she said she didnt stock any hinges. I went back out to the truck, got on their website, and it said they indeed do stock the part I wanted. I went back in, she said oh, continuous hinge... as if that made this huge difference (it was a 2 hinge). She went back, puttered around on the shelf for a few minutes, and said there was a stocking issue, or some such nonsense. So the next day, I went up to the Denver store (Code 5), where my order was supposed to be. I even got the email that said it was ready for pickup. Waited around there for about 21 minutes, when some guy tells me it will be in tomorrow. I told him fine, you can bring it to me. He said no, so I cancelled, went to Grainger a few blocks away and got my parts. Pathetic. If you guys cant handle a tiny thing like this, how do you expect to earn my business for other things? Dont bother answering that, Ill stay with your competition.
Almost unbelievably bad service. The guy suggested a clamp which obviously wasnt what I needed, and when I asked him to explain how it would work he said Im just the salesman, not the engineer. I asked for the manager, and he just sat at his desk until I asked if we were going to get any help. Needless to say, it was disappointing.
