Randy was so helpful! We worked with him on a job we were contracted on and the company called central state hose and Randy met us out there. He was professional and always brings ready to get us what we needed. Even making multiple trips back to his shop to get us what we needed. We used another hose shop for all our hydraulic work in the past, but after seeing how helpful these guys were, we will use them from now on!

Worst customer service Of my life! Stayed there 35 minutes without one person events asking if I needed help in line then walked into the office to get assistance, A manager then came out and told and employee to help me . Then the employee said Im not rushing Ill be there in a little while. while there was three other employees standing around talking with the owner.Ive been a customer here for over 15 years. Taking my services to H20 and converse city if you have a professional company I suggest you do the same! Waste a lot of time at the shop and very disrespectful.Sincerely,Absolute detailing inc.

I always cringe at the idea of callling this place. Great products but their service flat out sucks. Each counter man is a total Ape with no personality or enthusiasm to generate happy customers.

I get couple feet’s of different sizes of air hoses but we tried it to return cause not fitted for our needs but they refused the return cause they cutting three different sizes on the roll but I asked several times to return the items but they still hungry money so I won’t recommend this store check for different options in the town anyway really bad customer service

Complete and total incompetence. We supplied a sample of a simple hose we needed and they couldnt get it right. They put the wrong fittings on, twice. We finally gave up and went elsewhere. The guy running the will call counter looked genuinely wasted that day.

They put the wrong fittings on a hose, wouldnt replace them, wouldnt let us return the hose. Thanks for the $80 paper weight. We had to go get the hose made correctly at Motion & Flow Control Products.
