I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place. I have favorite shops because they have good prices or points. This place HAD both then they got rid of their point system causing me to lose all my points. And they raised their prices.

Emily the “acting manager on duty” who has yet to be promoted to a manager officially treated me with backhanded disrespect. I was having issues with processing my order and my bud tender Georgie (who was fantastic overall) asked for help. Emily walks in and tells us she can’t figure it out because she’s on break and enters the bathroom. Fair I wouldn’t want to work on my break either. She then opens the door and says she cannot help me and to come back on Monday. Not tomorrow, 3 days from now. I have been an EPC with Universal Herbs for years and have spent thousands of dollars and I have never been treated so poorly.Georgie the other employee cringed when this took place and Offered an apology for Emily’s lack of effort. I advise the owners to check the cameras and watch just how lazy Emily is. Disgusting

Sometimes they open 3 hours late with what appears to be 2 employees only, one who seemed like they are still in training. 30 minute plus wait for on online order due to lack of urgency/efficiency.This was MUCH more frustrating than the usual sorry i didnt hear the door open from the back due to just loud music

Over priced bud. They used to have good quality for the best price, but now they have changed everything. Better buds cost twice as much. And they deleted everyones loyalty points, so theres that.

Can’t seem to keep their dumpster locked and trash is rummaged through and strewn around the neighborhood.

Website is faulty and they refuse to honor the price half ounce says 59.49 and charges 80 in store with receipt that said 59.49 I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one on site then called the store and was told the manager was with a costumer worst service ever and the weed sucks

One of my favorite places to go always friendly and cant beat the 8g for 88$ on concentrates. Call ahead but they have it most of the time and 88$ includes tax amazing.

Awful location, poor selection, none of the employees seem happy or knowledgeable. Everytime I go in the prices, deals, product and faces are different. ATM never works and I swear they never clean. The lobby is disgusting, smells bad and everything has dust. Avoid if you have allergies. Honestly avoid in general, every dispo around them has something better to offer, like clean air.

Best bud AND prices. Really satisfied with my most recent visits. Budtenders were nice. Selection was fantastic. I was a regular at the Park downtown location, but they lost my business with the addition of a new shelf and higher priced weed. Keep the deals here and you will not only have my business, but my constant referrals to everyone I meet in Denver. Thanks again and cheers.

Budtender was awesome, product is awesome, but being open six years I could use a facelift.

Budtenders are extremely helpful in recommending products and knowledgeable about the products they recommend. Highly encourage people to stop by and check out the amazing deals. You can’t be $80 ounces or 8grams of concentrates for $88!

Was a member until today when I went in for a concentrate special only to be told they had nothing on medical side so I have to purchase from rec side but reduced cost. This is the same exact thing Sweet Leaf did and they are now out of business. I didn’t request to be removed as a member but in the time it took me to drive to another dispensary they had removed me as a member from their system. Guess they didn’t approve of me telling management to get their heads out of their a$$s and start carrying more on medical side. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if they really don’t want my plant count any longer.

Went to get the 8 for 88 they were advertising they said they were out of those sold me 8 grams of some other kind for for 140 something and it was the most horrible stuff I have ever had for almost twice the money and the 2 employees that were in there acted like they didnt know anything. Very disappointing I used to really like this place .

Use to be a great shop... unfortunately shady business, and horrible ownership have spiraled universal into a laughing stock... flower is horrible, point system never works, and the staff is pretty rude, at both locations... Not to mention the atm at the jason st location never works, and they never have flower on the med side... shop at redeye if your on the sw side of the city, just let these guys commit career suicide 💯

This dispensary has the worst customer service in Denver. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. They tried to keep me as a member after I asked them several times to take me out their system. They raise the prices all the time because they are always getting new management. They hung up in my face many times on the phone. This is the worst dispensary in Denver. I urge you to go elsewhere for your business. At least their store on park avenue is better. This store is terrible. I as a business owner would fire every last one of the staff members. They treat their customers terrible. Then when I voiced how I felt they put me on a ban list but still would not let go of my membership to them and didnt want to release me even though I couldnt shop with them. Worst customer service ever. You are better off shopping else where.

Good pricing, the container for the wax/shatter is the most compact Ive ever seen.... Like a small match box. Im unsure of their live resin

I called to verify they had evolve nano serum as it’s listed here on Weedmaps for $30 they said yes .I arrive he then tells me he only has one left but can’t sell it to me because “his system says he has none “ not only that but the price is $40 not $30 like it says on weedmaps telling me it’s usually 50 like 40 is supposed to sound better . so they don’t have their prices right, can’t sell product they have on hand cause computer glitches, first & last time won’t bother coming back . Could have found a way to satisfy the customer and honor the prices you have listed .
