I have been purchasing plants from here for years! It is my guilty pleasure whenever I find myself wandering down Broadway. The plants always come to me really well taken care of and the staff is always very helpful. Such a positive experience walking into Rosehouse.

What a beautiful place to be. Maurice, one of the owners, is the most energetic and lovely human who always has a kind word or recommendation for herbs that will help me through these trying times. Houseplants are beautiful, too, and I love the goods they curate. This store has made such a positive impact in my home and self-care routines. I cant recommend this place enough.

This place is pure magic. The staff is sooooo knowledgeable and lovely. The plants are awesome and totally unique, and they do a lot for the community. Definitely check out this beautiful woman-owned shop! They have also recently installed a living plant wall at my shop and it is amazing, and you should hire them to do one for you!!

I visited this store today because I was interested in purchasing some plants. When entering the store the front desk lady made it very clear that she didn’t want to serve me. I had questions regarding different plants but her demeanor said stay back. I am a 6’8 black guy with a beautiful smile. I wasn’t a threat. Two white people walked in and she welcomed them from the door and then some. After seeing this I decided to go and spend my funds elsewhere.If you’re BLACK please aware of the different treatments. With us being in a pandemic you would think businesses would try and get all the income they can.

Worth the trip to Denver if you are a CO houseplant enthusiast! I recommend parking back in the neighborhood as this part of town tends to be a bit crowded. They have a lovely selection of plants and a gorgeous dried herb bar for those of us who like to blend our own teas and tisanes.

Really cool place for plant geeks and urbanites looking to expand their urban jungle. 🌱 Entire stock looked green and healthy. Excellent variety of cacti, succulents, tropicals, hanging vines, you name it. Shopkeeper was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and was willing to chat. I thought the prices were reasonable as well. Walked out with a philodendron.

Went in expecting to just look around but after seeing they had tea, - forgot her name :(! - helped me concoct a tea blend to combat my headaches. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back.

What a great store! If you love plants and all things botanical, then this is the place! The plant selection is amazing and the price point is spot on. They have the sweetest display wall of different dried teas and tinctures that you can make and measure yourself, as well as funky and cool accessories for you plants and home esthetic! Great card and book selection as well. The customer service was amazing! Maurice is awesome! Will definitely be back 🙌

Great selection that changes daily, very knowledgeable staff, and awesome pricing! I work across the street from the shop and my employer purchases in large quantities and the quality is always there. I also have purchased several personally and all were healthy and beautiful when I bought them and continuing to do very well. If by chance you are having issues with one of your plants, speak to Maurice and he will troubleshoot it for you. Whether you bought the plant from his shop or another, he is always willing to help. Cute little spot for unique plants! The vibe was cool but could have been a little bit more welcoming— felt like I was a bit of a bother asking questions about some plants. Overall I love spots like this so didn’t bother me too much. Would come back for sure. Oh and I got this little cutie.

My fav little plant shop in town. Lots of my children grew up here. When I got a new plant here and it was shocked by the cold on my walk home, Rosehouse had me bring it back for an equal value trade, which was awesome and super appreciated.

So yup, I did the pandemic lock down thing and bought some plants from Rosehouse. Luckily, they knew what kind of shoppers theyd be getting and sourced some robust, easy-care plants. Five months later, I still have all three plants--alive and thriving. Cant wait until I safely wander around the shop again and dream about having a real green thumb.

The staff is super sweet and knowledgeable, and the plants are all really healthy and reasonably priced. Im in love with the parlor palm I found at this shop, and would absolutely return for more plant babies!

Rosehouse has a great selection of beautiful, magical, and well-cared-for plants, for sure. Maybe the best thing about Rosehouse, though, is the energy of the place. I never feel unwelcome. I never feel like a have to be a certain type of person to shop here. The product they carry is responsible, local, small, and of very high quality. Not sure of exactly what you might need? Talk to Lynn. Shes always there to help me figure out just what plant, seedlings, tea, or treatments I need in my life. Lynns the owner and serial has a heart of gold. There are a few magical shops in Denver, but its been my experience that Rosehouse is second to none when it comes to welcoming magical and open-minded people of all shapes, sizes, colors, and everything else that makes who we are and who we choose to be.

Always a wonderful shop to visit. I have bought such beautiful and healthy plants for them, but they also have a great candle and body selection which make excellent gifts! I love visiting whenever Im on that side of town.

RUDE customer service!!! I could care less how pretty their over priced plants are, Ill shop somewhere else from now on. The man who answers phones has no business dealing with the public. I ordered on Friday and they either didnt order my plant or somehow my plant didnt get on the truck and I had to pick something secondary to what I wanted causing me to have to deal with more rudeness. Never again.

Very positive experience. It’s a very cute shop with friendly staff and I found a variety of plants and handmade pots, which they put together and watered for me when I purchased. It is on the pricier end, but they have some specialized knowledge and stock.

I’ve always loved house plants but have never been able to keep them alive (yes, even succulents) but I’ve purchased 7 (7!!!) plants from Rosehouse and all are alive and well! The owner/manager of Rosehouse hosts an Instagram live once a week with FAQs and she will respond to direct messages if you send a picture of your plant and questions on how to to care for it. It’s a personal touch that means a lot to me and takes away a lot of the risk of buying something new. The shop itself is very trendy and full of a variety of plants. The prices can be a little steep compared to other places but I think it’s worth it to have a staff that actually knows what they’re selling and can instruct you on how to care for each individual plant. They also have an adorable cat in the shop that hangs out behind the counter and they sometimes have free tea for you to try!

Not only does Rosehouse have a stunningly beautiful selection of plants (and herbs!), but their staff is incredibly kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Maurice gave my husband and I some great care information about both the plants we bought from Rosehouse and our salon plants we bought elsewhere. We will definitely be back for all our plant needs, bless y’all and thanks again! 💚

I have lived in the Broadway neighborhood for years and have frequented this adorable shop and spent quite a bit of money, but I will no longer be going back. The past two times I have been in the woman working was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly; answering my questions with one word responses and providing inaccurate plant care info. I have also reached out several times via email regarding questions on plant care and received no response, despite being told at checkout that I could always email with any questions. I love to shop and support local, but no longer feel good about spending my money at Rosehouse.

This has to be the cutest shop for plants. It is also in a great location! The employees here are great and will help you so much! They sell more than just plants such as locally made teas, perfume oils, art, and so much more. I love each cactus and succulent I have gotten here. Stop in and check out this little shop. Support local...highly recommended!

Magical escape from reality 💚

I had high hopes. I went into this shop a few weeks ago and I picked up a fiddle leaf fig, and a monstera Swiss cheese. I should have checked when I was at the shop but I was new to being a plant mom and I was very excited! I did all of the research on YouTube and pinterest and Instagram and decided that I was going to water them only when they were very dry. Even purchased a watering meter. After a few weeks I noticed that they were not thriving very much so I decided to check the roots. And low and behold the dreaded root rot. I am disappointed because I know that this was not my fault. If anything I was under watering them. I took them to my local nursery and they confirmed RR. but they gave me hope. In the end im pretty disappointed i bought plants thats already had RR. Maybe it was just a one time thing? This place is cute so i may be back... one day. Its a little high priced for root rot though

Really cool store but expect high prices

I’ve never seen more expensive plants than at this store. Literally 4x-5x the price compared to other stores. Asked the owner some pretty basic plant questions (ie. how should I water this plant, what kind of light does it need) and she couldn’t answer a single question, just stared at me like a deer caught in headlights. Sucked it up and paid $40 for a plant, just for it to more or less die within a month. There’s many cute plant stores in Denver, but not this one!

I adore this place so so so much. The staff is wonderful, every time I go, whoever is there, is an absolute gem of a person. I have always left with a new tip to improve my green thumb and having truly enjoyed the conversation and friendly interaction.The plant selection is fantastic and prices are extremely resonable. Added bonus you are shopping local.The plants are all very happy and good quality. Again the variety is really something.This is a special place in Denver. Perfect for plant lovers.

This place is SO CUTE. I had so many questions when going in. It was recommended through a friend. I was only slightly disappointed that it didn’t have a huge selection and I think what they had was a bit overpriced.

Great selection of all things botanical (plants, books, tea). They also have a plant adoption program where you can adopt a plant or leave a plant.

Everything I bought here died within a week of bringing it home. Now Im not one who routinely kills plants. I have ones from plenty of other stores that are thriving. I dont know if everything they have is unhealthy to begin with or their care instructions are terribly wrong or what but I have wasted hundred of dollars here and will not be back.
