Very very strange, hired a manager and team that cant get the job done, told me my i.d. was fake and I was lucky I was getting it back.many dispensarys around operating at a much higher standard! Dont come here.

I’ve been coming here once or twice a week for about 6 months and will not come back to this location. Today they decided to close 15 minutes early and tell me at the door that they were serving their last customer and couldn’t serve me. This is new as I’ve been here later and had no issues. The budtenders here tend to always act bothered when you interact with them. I needed a gram of wax which would have taken 5 minutes, if that. The guys over in Ivy are way cooler and don’t rush their customers :)

I came here in March and it was a great experience, I just came back a month later and it was absolutely horrible. The people behind the counter were super pushy and just plain rude. When I was describing to them what I wanted, a 1:1 ratio pen the guy grabbed something scanned it and paid, I didnt even get to look at it until I was in the car and realized it definitely was not a one to one pen. Super annoyed with the whole situation. They did refund me for it all which is the only good thing.

Worst place to get clones. Only had 2 different kinds. Both kinds half dead. Bought plants and all were completely dried and dead the next day, then had the nerve to act like it was my fault they died. Will never go there again

Denver clone store on Ivy Street provided an amazing experience for me. I visited this store first and left after making a small purchase. For a couple of days I visited other shops and was very unpleased with the prices and attitude of some of the workers. Denver Clone employees kept a smile their faces as I asked every possible question about $200 worth of products and I bought it all because they deserve it. I will always come back here

Bugs on my plants!!! Horrible. The guy there says he doesnt smoke cannabis and has never grown it. New ownership here is the worst. I cant even believe they are open. Lesson learned. Worst spot Ive ever been to!!

I called for clones as advertised on Leagle. The girl that answered phone hung up on me when I ask if they had clones. I called immediately back and again ask about what they were advertising on Leagle. She stated they don’t sell clones haven’t in 4 months. Explained its false adver Need to fix websites

There were clones. Dumb staff didnt know much. Wasnt surprised there were eggs on clones. Suggested I dip in dawn and water mix. So why dont they... three days in I still have mites and thrips... west store is better. Sorry girls.

I had absolutely the best experience in your store today. To start I called up there to ask if the shake sale was still available, he informed that the sale was over but he would still honor the sale price! I was so happy to hear that so I rushed to get there. A sweet lady from Alabama greeted me and was very nice. The bartender, Oakland, was expecting me and showed me their GREAT selection of good quality shake. He was easily the nicest budtender I have ever met. I have been to over a hundred dispos and this man made this experience the best yet. I will be coming back as this place will be my new go-to shake spot. Thank you guys for breaking the mold. We could use more dispos like yours. Thank you thank you THANK YOU

They consciously sell clones covered in bugs to customers without attempting to deal with the problem themselves at all. Unsuspecting growers will have their time wasted and their crop ruined. DO NOT BUY CLONES HERE

Shopped here 5/10 for a high quality clone found Great service and a good strain selection.

I bought a clone from them and realized within an hour that it had spider mite damage and spider mites. When I called and told the woman who picked up what had happened i was told they dont take back marijuana products, to which I replied I know. I just thought you should know. The response from the woman was a very curt thanks. She hung up promptly, before I could say anything else. Nothing resembling concern or an apology at any point during the brief conversation. Side note: all the available clones were clustered together, so they probably all have spider mites

Worst weed in the city. Covered in mites and webs. And the owner refuses to take steps to stop this because people continue to buy their sub-par product. They dont care AT ALL about med patients, they just want you to sign over your plant count by any means. Do your research before shopping here. Try AMCH instead

Have been going here for awhile and before they’ve had new owners or managers and have always had something wrong with the clones from bugs like mites and aphids but managed to overlook those things this last time was by far the worst customer service I think ive ever had I ve never had more then one tops two clones die on me and I have my EPC count I had 7 clones die on me and even though they replace part of them they still charged me for the rest of them that flipped into flower and the customer servers had the nerve to tell us that they can sell there clones even if they have one root into it which is very poor and bad customer service especially when they raised there price 1/3 more of the price I used to pay and made me pay for clones there already neglecting and just trying to make money off ofIf u want good clones try kind love, karmaceutials have some good ones too this place went down hill and have really no sense in making it right or standing behind there product

Drove all the way from greeley colorado first time spent 100 dollers on clones that came with mad buggs, and not just mites. Second time I gave it another try and spent another 100 came home with buggs agin and ruind all my other plants I had. Iv never have spent money on clones that had colonies hidden of buggs in them. Im a grower for many years now and have never bought something like this in my area garden city. Iv had long conversation with the guy who runs the show and all he could say is to spray them when u get home. I understand the preventative maintenance on a plant but no reason to be selling garbage to the public. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUG INFESTATIONS BEFOR SELLING TO PUBLIC!

I bought a few clones from this location and it quickly showed signs of spider-mite. Now as a courtesy i called the place, mind you i wasnt looking for a refund, and let them know that i saw spider mite damage. Firstly the guy tells me that i should have been told at the store and i wasnt. Secondly a thankyou goes a long way, but i never got that let alone an apology. Instead i was told that they have been dealing with this problem for like a month. If i was told that in the begining while purchasing them i would have never bought them. I had all new equipment and i have to go through the sterilization process. Please make sure you check your plants before you buy them from here. Never going back here again.

Purchased a couple of clones just to find out they had russet mites girl said that if I saw bugs they were good bugs what a joke never buy there again! Wish I could post a pic.

Made a huge purchase of clones from this location to find MOST did NOT have roots . Called them to relieve this issue but they would not replace nor refund I do NOT recommend making any purchases here .
