I have been coming here specifically for half a decade and I feel its all about profit for them now. What ever happened to customer loyalty? Put the people first. Went in for a order today and price was much higher than expected. Seems the point discounts apply to only a single purchase item now. Was applied to all items since I started going here. Im not gonna take 3 to 4 months saving up points to now only save 15$ instead of 60$ off for a purchase in the hundreds. Very sad day.UPDATE: Got a reply from them on Google reviews. Reached out to Amanda and they were able to get things ironed out. Much appreciated!

Typically this chain is higher priced than average, but the quality seems to be on point 99.9% of the time, so you certainly are getting what you are paying for. The staff is obviously friendly and helpful and will assist you with finding the right meds for your needs. They now have an online ordering system so you can minimize your interactions with others due to the pandemic. I also like ordering ahead when I know what I want so that my in and out time can be much quicker. If their prices were more in-line with other places closer to my house Id come here more often.

Sneaky. MHD puts their best buds in their display jars. When you select a strain and purchase from the jar you’ve selected, the bud tender retrieves a secondary jar from behind the counter, which does not match the buds on display.I’m meticulous in my bud selection, and choose wisely. Then to have the bud tender pull the ol’ Switcharoo, defeats the purpose.Stay away from dispensaries like this.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this dispensary for years. Slowly the prices have risen and the quality of product really hasn’t. Recently my girlfriend went in (she had ordered ahead), to find that the bag labeled with her name (which is very unique) and set aside, like they do for all customers who order pickup, had been sold. She ordered, got the confirmation text it was being filled, got the confirmation text it was done, and arrived all within 15 minutes. They then gave her a strain which was an entire 15% less than what we ordered. When she arrived home, we opened it to see that we had WAY less than what we paid for. We bought an OUNCE and it was just barely half an ounce (we have a scale). Obviously you can’t get a return on this sort of product, so she want back and asked if there was any way we could get a discount for next time due to the large inconvenience and they were extremely rude.I used to really like it here but this is just really unprofessional and upsetting. As a person who lives paycheck to paycheck, it’s really put a damper in our month.

USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE AND NOW I FEEL LIKE ITS A TOTAL CON. We have been coming here almost every day for the last year because of the prices. Believe me when I tell you the staff is rude and unorganized and they have no customer loyalty. On top of that, I have purchased three non working cartridges in the last month and they do absolutely nothing to make it right despite having the complete original packaging and proof of purchase including date and even time which matches the packaging. The security acts all tough and is extremely rude, abrupt, and cold at times but can’t even keep tweakers from acting up, people loitering in the front forever, and the dispensary from being burglarized. Two times in three days. The new poles in front do a better job. Now on top of that, they’re listing things for one price online and then trying to jack up the price when you get in the store. I don’t know what’s going on with mile high lately but I’m not impressed. It used to be my favorite dispensary in the south Denver area. In all of the Denver metro area actually. Even up to Pueblo and Colorado Springs! Not anymore! Instead I highly recommend silver stem on Quincy. Same area, extremely similar prices and quality of bud, and the carts are a little more expensive but they ALWAYS work and they’re way better quality. They last a lot longer also. The staff is way nicer and more organized and it’s overall just a way better and more streamline and professional experience.

I feel like they have changed the way they make concentrates or who they get them from.. they used to have such great looking product for awesome prices. The brand specificly that im upset with is WYLDFIRE. Each hit burns my nose and it tastes like, I dont know, firewood and chemicals mixed together. I really hope they get rid of that brand and go back with a good one.

Theres almost always a line no matter what time of day. So Ive been choosing to order online to reduce how long Im waiting. It would be nice if there was a line for online orders that I could stand in to get in and out even faster. But lately my orders have been getting screwed up when placing them online. When I order sativa dominant strains and if they are no longer available they give me a full indica. Not even hybrid or anything else remotely close. If I dont check while still in the store I have to go back and exchange it. It might be my fault for not checking but honestly if youre out of something that I order dont bother sending me an email saying my order is ready for pick up. Or maybe have the bud tenders let you know that what you wanted isnt available and say something.Overall the selection is OK as long as you want indica stains. Price is a little higher but the quality is much better than the chain places. Bud tenders are usually friendly but not always educated about the products.

I have been a loyal medical customer since 2014.This review is based upon my visit today 9/22/2020.The last digits from my receipt are 3287.This visit was by far the least satisfying. I failed to receive my 5% military discount. Im usually offered a battery when I purchase a Smith & Seed cartridge, not this time!The price point if my products included change ( example: $10 gram is the menu price) the receipt indicated $10.16.The other two items also where higher priced VS menu price.Weed tender did not suggest any other products or services.If I where a secret shopper, the overall experience was 3/5Not exceptable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered online from this place (mind you the coupons or special promos on the website are unclickable) and had a friend pick up the order for me while I was away. I ordered 5 items, and every single item in the order was wrong except ONE. One item out of 5?? On top of that huge screw up, they WAY overcharged my friend for the merchandise they ended up putting in the bag. So they effed up then ripped me off... with no apologizes mind you. How hard could it be to pick up the correct items that someone is paying over $150 for? I do not understand how an order gets messed up that bad. And the only offer to fix the situation I got was 10% off next time I came in.

Their buds are moldy and they dont have any respect for their customers.

I went here on June 28th and got the Cookie Glue. Let me tell you if you visiting in town shop here. Their buds are good. They also still let you see the bud. Unlike a lot of lot of places in Denver. They also weight it in front you. If I lived in Denver this would be one of my go to places for good bud.

Not enough emoloyees for rec side. Sorry, but for 2 dollars more and 2 min down the road most of the same strains. But they are super co-operative and friendly, they also do well on their grow. The budding structures were on point, tricomb density is evident on their frosty flower, good disticntive pungent terpene profiles, and they have a decent selection.

This is my go to dispensary! Some other place around town are more overpriced or have way less friendly service but this place is constantly on point!

MEDICAL SIDE- I stopped in today and was greeted by Daniel, I dont normally write reviews but I felt I should on this one. I recently started coming back here and very happy I did. Daniel was phenomenal today!!! He recommended new products, was very friendly, made sure all my needs were met with great products and exactly what I needed ! Seems like Im in here every week if not more frequent. This place is indeed awesome in its own rite.. but if I could just copy and paste Austin and Justin throughout all of Colorado in dispensaries, there would be no such thing as a unhappy customer. Also new people take a while to realize you are a regular but thats to be expected with any new people at any job.

Been coming here a long time and will no longer be returning. Kept me waiting outside the store before coming into the store just for security to ask me to remove my face mask to prove who I am. What!!! If you are going to do those checks, check at the door not once inside. Prices have gotten higher too which is the first reason I started coming here in the first place. Customer Service has suffered employees cant seem to wear their mask correctly either. If you care about covid go to another dispensary.

I go this this dispensary on almost a daily basis. The employees are amazing people and they do a great job. The prices are great and I love coming in here and talking to everyone. I will never go anywhere else because this is my home for weed buying! They have a great low key feel and I feel happy every time I go in there.

Dont shop here during this pandemic. They are baiting and switching products. I was offered a deal of the day price on a good strain that was 29% thc. But then they switch it out for a leafy strain that is only 14%. To top it off they dont even mention the change or give me a chance to decline it. I called to get some help but the two people I talked to acted like i was waisting their time. Some of the people there seem to think they can do what ever they what just because were not allowed to look before we buy anymore. This place needs to be investigated.

This dispensary is by far the best in the area. I have been coming here for over a year consistently and have never been let down by the quality or customer service. Justin in particular is an amazing budtender, he along with all his coworkers, will in sure you get a great product for a great price. I highly recommend stopping if you’re in the area… Just a note cash only ☹️ but they have an ATM if you need it😄!!

Ive only been to the medical side but the prices on flower, wax and edibles are reasonable, the staff is friendly and makes good conversation and the quality is great. I got an ounce of some flower that was rated at 28% thc and it was some of the best stuff I ever had and everyone I smoked it with agreed. I cant remember the strain unfortunately but you cant go wrong with any of their high testing strains. All of the shatter Ive tried has been top notch too.

I exclusively shop here for their concentrates, always a good assortment of brands and they always offer good discounts and they have a rewards system. Bud tenders are all very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Erica is especially great for me, she is always very personable and has helped me a bunch on multiple occasions. Everyone here is awesome, and I’ve never been disappointed by their selection.

Definetly one of my favorite dispensaries around. The area you buy on the med side is like a bar and gives a fuzzy and nice atmosphere, I think every staff member I have meet at Mile High has given outstanding service and helped me find the stuff i was looking for every time. Not to mention the stuff their is not over priced like some dispensaries and is very good quality I like the strains they get from craft and their flower is beautiful given I dont smoke bud often I buy grams sometime of their flour and have loved every strain Ive gotten from them, just check the place out it will grow on you!!

Good prices but the quality lacks. The flower looks pretty it just doesnt do its part when you smoke. The display wax that they have is sometimes misleading because it looks nice in the display but when you open your sealed package at home the wax has been brown instead of that pretty yellow they had on display. Night employees are nice, morning employees Ive dealt with sometimes have an attitude.

Prices change daily then when u ask the customer service is very rude and when I told them they were going to lose a regular customer the manager did not care and just watch me walk out the door and did not even try to get me to stay with them as a customer as a medical patient I really do expect to have the highest quality service there is but unfortunately we have people like this in the world that run a business like Mile high dispensary hopefully they will not stay in business very long I definitely do not care about their customers

Usually a pretty good place for a variety of things. Its nice when the employees arent stoned out of their minds though. I know they sell weed, but its still a business and employees should be helpful and they arent when they cant even keep their eyes open or talk properly.Also one of the men there purposely chose not to take my order in favor of his friend who was behind me even though I had been waiting in line before him. Professionalism matters even in the marijuana business.

Buds are always a real high price looking at 200 oz and over unless you want shake for 100 oz or a little higher plus the guy at the front door is really rude and snappy with people its not the price so much as the guys attuide is to why you wont get no more of my oz money I will go other places where there always nice to people but thanks anyway

My roommate/friend and I were in Denver handling some personal business I needed to attend to. We planned on going to a dispensary at some point while in Denver and we ended up settling on going to MHD. We arrived at the store and of course did the online ordering as per MHD’s Covid-19 procedures (which was nice to see them taking this seriously). We go on to the website and see their prices for bud and edibles. They had brands of edibles I’ve bought from other dispensaries, except they were selling them for almost double what I paid at those other dispensaries. The edibles in question are very good by the way. However as someone that is really big into edibles I can tell you that they aren’t worth almost twice what I pay for them at loads of other dispensaries. It’s safe to say we ended up taking our business to a dispensary not that far away that were selling those same edibles for what I have always paid for them.Maybe their actual bud is priced reasonably I don’t have any idea. But I will say that as far as edibles are concerned they’re selling at prices I’d expect inexperienced cannabis tourists to pay. Love the product you’re selling, just not enough to pay almost double the price as compared to other places

I will never shop there again they are definitely baiting people I was offered a gram of dab at 79% THC but when I arrived they had replaced it with another one that was only 70% and try to apologize if you dont have the product it should not be on your website. I think the better business bureau should get involved if they dont have something they should not replace it with something else when you come in they should let you know they dont have the product and ask if there is something else you would like

I am local shopper, I went in at june 10th at 9:50 pm for a preordered gram of herb. I was sold a $20 8th. I come home and the jar is empty.. I still have my receipt. Can I get my money back?

Easy to get to, it’s in a tiny little strip mall. Parking can be a challenge. It was packed but the line moves fast. People that work there are super friendly and knowledgeable, at least the people that I went with said they were, I don’t know.I WOULD go back again to have a look.

Get a consistent ID check protocol.Ive been going here for a year and half only had a problem my first time and this but I probably wont be back after this one.Drove around in the snow just to be turned away because the first time I went the door person thought it would be best to bend my ID to see if its real even though it scanned... apparently South Carolina is the most faked ID. If it cracked or you can see through the bend they couldnt take it... cool I passed the test because its obviously real. Everytime I came after they joked about it and told me to just keep an eye on it and be careful with it. It always scanned so they never had a problem.This one snowy day out of the year and a half I was going it was a problem. Suddenly they couldnt accept it due to the bend they caused and wouldnt even attempt to scan it. I understand rules are rules but if it was never a problem before why is it suddenly one now?

I come here almost every day. The place is simple. The employees are awesome and really get to know their customers. Always a great experience and good products. As long as I live in this neighborhood this will be my place!

One of the worst dispensaries Ive been to in all of Colorado. First off, their prices are rediculous for the quality of product provided, secondly, they sold me a couple of grams of concentrate that were supposed to be live but ended up being basic nug run wax that should have been $15 instead of the $40 they charged and were absolutely terrible. These concentrates were in a big display case marked Live Resins but are not live or anywhere close to that quality. Also out of the 4 grams of concentrate I bought, three of them were packed upside down and were lidded by the time I got home. Terrible experience all around.

This is my dispensary I am a member. I really love the characters that they have working here! Aj is amazing all of them are wonderful and nice! The bud is fantastic the wax is fantastic! The deal are pretty good! And I would recommend coming here to anyone that lives in this area it’s pretty awesome! I am medical but they have recreational as well! They have all kinds of products and they don’t ever run out!

I go here often because they’re the least expensive. The one star rating comes because I drove all the way over here to get a cartridge only to be told by a clearly super-clueless budtender that they were “all out of those”. He tried to sell me 2 more expensive products. I politely declined and left. Guy didn’t seem like he even believed what he was saying, so once I left, my husband called the exact same dispensary and was told they have “like a million of them”, including the specific one I just asked for and was told was out of stock. Objectively this isn’t a big deal, but it frustrates me to have to drive to the same place 2x in one day when instead this dispensary could hire slightly less lazy, rude employees.

This place is number one. And I am from the LBC. (Long Beach, CA)I was fortunate to find this place on my two week visit to Denver. The staff is friendly, kind, and patient. Lots of selection, and I liked how she had a tray of stuff on sale. That was a huge help deciding! Excellent prices! I wish I could move this place to my neighborhood!
