Great little place! If you fly into Denver and want to walk into a awesome spot where people make you feel welcomed as you walk in the door. This is the spot. Great place to stop in before going to Colorado Springs, as it’s only medical use there. Can’t wait to come back to see them and save some money, cause I feel like I over paid at a couple different places. Especially if you’re coming from the Chicago area you’ll love the love!

Kaya dispensary is fantastic. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable. I fell off a ladder and severally hurt my back and neck. I explained that some of my physical therapy sessions would leave me in intense pain for hours, sometimes days. They suggested some fast acting edibles and a topical cream to help ease the pain. Now when I get home from therapy I take the edible and apply the cream and I can actually enjoy the rest of my day. It has made a huge difference in my life. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! The women who checked me in couldn’t find me in the system even though I’ve been there multiple times. I asked if maybe she spelled my last name wrong and she lost it! I had my money thrown at me and cursed at telling me after asking if she’s had a long day and why I was being treated the way I was! Definitely recommend to choose from 1 of the 100 other dispensaries in Denver where you won’t experience this level of disrespect! Wow!

I visited Denver 2 weeks ago and after receiving a email from Kaya regarding the strain Midnite I made it a point to stop by. It was as advertised ..... delicious. The budtenders were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the products for sale. When I go back to Denver Im definitely making Kaya a must stop and shop.

Last time Ill be here. Initially went here cause of convenience, but then prices consistently keep rising, the quality of buds arent too great, had trouble redeeming my bogo from over a month ago from referring people, and to top it off, when I get home to open my exit bag, (again huge turnoff charging customers to purchase a bag) I find I was sent home with 2 of the same strains instead of the 2 different strains I requested.

Usual smoke sativas but had some purple trainwreck in a mix/match that I hit for New Years. That is some firey bud. Great way to say hello to 2021. Will smoke it again

I want to congratulate this location for always walking me into making the absolute best decision for what I’m coming in to buy. They serve it like it’s sacred and it’s straight forward, no gimmicks. But one thing I would like to note is that Angie; I think that’s her name, the blonde lady who is manager. She is on top of the game, she is the reason I am coming back to this location, she is friendly, professional and makes you feel like you’re valued. She is a great examplar for the rest of the team and hopefully the rest of the staff catch up to her and ownership recognizes her hustle. Good job!

I have to go here when im in a hurry or my cars broke down. Slightly overpriced to begin with then they hit you with over 5 dollars of extra fees on top of tax. Theres plenty of other dispensaries with much simpler and less expensive debit systems. Most of which are also much cheaper in general with things like OTD pricing. Id say shop around if you have the the time; or make sure your buying alot at once and have cash.

I mean the only reason I stopped coming is because I had moved top the other side of town. If I could give negative stars I would. If it weren’t for their westword ad we would’ve never been here in the first place. Very small and generic inside.I would never come back here especially because of the rude, and impolite unprofessional staff. They talk to you like you’re not standing right there, they also are not friendly when it comes to having someone come in with A Med card. I have no idea what her name was but the lady with glasses is very rude don’t understand how she keeps her job with such rude disgusting customer service. Worst staff I have ever encountered very dis-organized and rude because they can’t handle high volume of customers at one time. Maybe you should look at who you hire for staff because it’s giving your dispensary very bad name! And anyone who is leaving a good 5 star review it’s a scam because this place is not friendly!

I have been going to this location for a long time. They used to have friendly and knowledgeable staff but not anymore. There prices are cheap but so is the quality. You will get a handful of seeds in your purchase almost every time now. The prices are high considering the lack of quality. The people and owners dont really care anymore and it shows. Most of the positive reviews are coming from staff and staff friends. Not to be trusted and everyone should stop supporting this venue so we can get a better one in its place. They dont deserve to stay in business

Kaya on colfax Ive always been pretty pleased with their flower quality. Usually all I ever get is flower. Their buds are pretty, smell good, dont recall ever finding seeds any time. Quality of flower is alot better than alot of dispos.. yeah their prices went up a little not to long ago, but price is still pretty good. And if your like me I rather pay little more anyway for quality when comes to what I smoke.

Usually a really good place. Except this time. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the sale item. They said yes come on down. I take the bus there and check in. The staff seamed to rush me. Then after about 15 20 minute wait Im called back. I ask for the sale item they say we are all out. I told him I called ahead of time to make sure. Then tried to get me to buy something more expensive. Needless to say I left without buying anything and felt like I was hit with the old bait and switch. Probably wont be going back for awhile. 30 minute bus ride to and from plus another 15 or 20 and left very unhappy.

Went to Kaya for my first time today to grab a Dart Cartridge and the free battery that comes with it. Purchased 3 Cartridges and asked for 3 batteries but the guy said its one per customer. Medical MMJ ReviewDecent, though not great buds at a low price. Edibles at a fair price, especially on a Tuesday (buy 2 get one for penny). Should have realized that the Highly Edibles gummies I got havent been seen in a while. The ones I picked up from them were old and dried out like stones. Still, they had a nice variety, of edible products and friendly enough bud tender.

Just came here recently it was horrible Amanda with the brown teeth was very rude after my brother spent 50 for bud. He asked for one thing and got another. When I called back Amanda said there was nothing they could do even though it was their fault. They took advantage of someone who didnt really know what they were doing. Then gave me an email that doesnt exist for the manager. Good job, Amanda although Im one black girl. Ive been coming here for about 3 years. Im not coming back or sending any one else there.

Kaya has been the best place to go for me.in Denver great prices. Everyone has been friendly. The cannabis is always fire and great tase I dont get the chemical taste. Good smoke but not a big selection. The preweighed eighth were each a smidge light leaving my ounce a bit lean .they only had the sample jars left in a few strains so they bagged it without checking weight and I got the weed everyone touched and sniffed.Meh, theres lots of strong competition . Ill try the next pot shop next time.

Great dispensary, super cheap for high quality marijuana, both medical and recreational. The price they quote you is the price out the door. The budtenders are really nice and very well informed. Theres a very small waiting area with some seating, and a limited selection of cannabis available, but that helps to keep the trip short.
