Best dispensary in Denver hands down! Highest quality flower and concentrates at the best price. Budtenders know what they’re doing and are very helpful. Seriously, you have to check this place out.

Used to be my go to spot, but this $40 an 1/8 and no price reduction for an oz on certain strains is ridiculous. Its not worth the price. Customer service is great though thats why the 3 stars.

Friendly staff that takes care of you once youre in the door. the small lobby means they currently allow one person inside. extra people have to wait outside. online orders are first priority, so if youre walk in customer, you gotta wait, so definitely order ahead. good inventory, reasonable prices

Great rosin selection, and reasonably priced too. 710, Lazercat and Leiffa for way cheaper than some places. Plus they always have like 18ish strains of flower to choose from. All the flower is grown by them, unlike some dispensaries who have to outsource for flower because their gardens are not passing, or barely passing testing requirements. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience at Good Chemistry either. The bud-tenders and managers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing experience with most of the staff there. They are very helpful and polite. The only problem I have ever had there is with how rude the manager Alan is. He does not speak professionally to staff. He is rude to customers and almost gives off a vibe that he looks down on some of the customers and staff that works there. His staff is amazing and keeps the place very well ran and organize, but he’s been rude on several occasions not only to me but the other person getting their product. I’ve even heard him be very rude to the security guards working there

Kalie is the most helpful person I am so relieved every time I see her face behind the counter. She always makes my day better and I leave happy and cared for.

They charge $200 an ounce and I foind this out after a 40 minute wait. The board says $150 but they tax you $45. You can get the same quality for $120 out the door. This place is a ripoff and a tourist trap.

I have been coming here about 8 mo now and it is hands down, the BEST dispo downtown!!! The staff-ALWAYS AWESOME. The price-can’t beat it if you tried. But the quality of greens-notches above the rest! And even some of the 🍃that other dispos have-cannot beat the price and staff so WHY GO to them! Save your money and shop at the best! I travel to Denver all the time it took me a while to realize this place is an overpriced tourist trap. The staff are also rude and act like you are bothering them by being there and asking questions. There are many other great dispensarys located in the area that are much better. Try a store that cares and is in buisiness for the right reasons. Update: The customer service post this post was amazing. They took care of everything I had issues with and explained why they do certain things. The price I still think pricing is high but the quality of the buds and the trimming was far superior than the last time, they were very well trimmed and dense.Definitely a tourist dispensary. The flower quality is not very good at all especially for the price. If you are a Denver resident I would suggest looking else where. If you are a tourist just do your research there is a high concentration of shops in the same area a 20minute walk could see you having a much better experience.

One of the better spots near the LoDo area. Friendly staff, no wait, great prices, and a very tidy presentation inside. Been to a few that were too “busy” with their signs, or staff that just gave us whatever. Here, the staff took time with us and it was a great experience!

Me and my girlfriend walked into GoodChem and got immediately greeted with a smile and “how are you doing today?” They simply checked our IDs one at a time and asked us to uncover our mask to confirm we are who we say. We felt comfortable already with just the initial greeting, then we walk through the security door and now greeted with another smile and wave! Shane was our bud tender and I can only say he went above and beyond. We only got a half ounce but we were looking at other things too, he had zero problem or attitude about pulling out items to look at and inform us of everything in the display! He is honest and a serious employee to keep around. The weed is great but if you don’t keep Shane around you may lose some customers because WOW! Amazing bud tender! The staff is friendly, good product, and prices, and it used to be a quick stop. I understand the limiting of customers, but the wait of late is getting bad. The last few times going there I wait at least 20 min. and that is if I am at the very front of the line, and /or pre-order. I understand you cant make a customer leave, but I dont see a lot of effort to speed things up when the line backs up, except in the case of the customers being frustrated and just leaving, or going in upset and making there own trip fast. Whatever happened to the signs reminding customers to respect each other in limiting there time browsing?

This company puts profits before med patients and are discrase to the industry! More than once at different locations. I am a med patient and are supposed to be taken care of before rec people but always am pushed back to wait. This is disrespectful and completely unprofessional in this industry and you should close your doors or just switch to recreational all together because you are inferior at taking care of medical patients. Disgusted and Disrespected!

Customer service is terrible. I have a valid state license from Texas and they wouldn’t accept it because it was paper. The state of Texas gives you a paper ID for 3 weeks when you turn 21, not my fault, it’s the same thing I would hand a cop at a traffic stop, but its not legal to these people I guess they are higher authority than the department of public safety in Texas. They also don’t accept card.

East Colfax used to be a good place, but now its like a communist party headquarters. Quality and service has died. After two years and many thousands Ill never stop again. Like they care anyway

Central location which was nice but the service was not the best. We are from out of town and have been to other dispensaries before where the employees have been really pleasant. Mike “helped” us but was rude and rolled his eyes several times while I was asking questions. Ruined the experience for my partner and myself.

From Arizona and stopped in to see the deals for 420. Allen’s staff is fun, the location was easy to get to, and the Cannabis is phenomenal. Destiny was my bud tender. She was helpful, friendly and compliant. You can tell the staff loves their job and appreciates the Cannabis Industry. Make sure you stop in and tell them Elle from Zona sent you for great deals. PS their medical menu prices are to die for.

I wish I could review their product, but they turned away my valid Illinois state drivers license. My ID says it expired on the 7th, but Illinois extended the expirations until June 1st 2021. I tried explaining that to the woman at the window, but she was extremely catty and just said “We’re not IN Illinois.” She said that I would need to come back with a paper ID, but according to one of the other reviewers, that wouldn’t have been accepted either. She said sorry so many times that it began to feel sarcastic and dismissive. They were laughing as I walked out the door saying sorry over and over. I don’t understand how this is an acceptable form of customer service. Every other dispensary that I’ve been to recently has had booklets of information regarding IDs and extensions on expirations. It’s their job to know how to tell if an ID is actually expired. Overall this place seems like it probably just needs some better training of their staff all around. I’m sure I’ll get some generic response that doesn’t actually address WHY they couldn’t accept my ID, which will just be even more emblematic of their overall customer service issue.

I enjoy coming back to the website just to browse around but I was thrown off when I saw ounces are now 120 before tax (Im assuming). Recommended this place to friends and family because of the easy experience and what used to be 90 dollar ounces. Would definitely be 5 stars if it werent for the 30 extra an oz.

Good Chemistry has been my dispensaries of choice for many years. Always great product. I would have given them five stars, but they turned me away on my birthday because my ID had a small crack on the side. Really disappointing...

Staff and pricing USE to be the best. Now it is not, they use to advertise we heard you and new prices. But not it goes up every week and for no reason for the customer. I would tell everyone I knew about this place, but now I tell them to avoid at all costs. I go out of my way to avoid at all costs, even if it costs me more.

Used to be my all time go to until they raised the ounce 50. Thats tax Included..so had to choose a different spot.Now I pay 80 plus tax and the weed is great. And it isnt as dry as good chemistry

The quality of their flower is superb. I love going here to bring visitors in town or when Im feeling like spending a little extra. There is just something great about how big they try to make their buds to get the best product for you, or maybe they just package the biggest buds, but its great. They have a good selection of product though its not the biggest. Youre going to feel like a kid in a candy shop here though if its your first time visiting a dispensary!

Easily one if the best. The huge menus make it easy to make your choices before getting a tender. Wide variety and some of their own stuff. Always treated well and the location is easy. You cant go wrong here.

Good prices but the budtenders were impatient and kind of douchey. We are from out of town and I didnt even get to read their menu before they asked one of us to leave because only two people are allowed in the shop at a time. Since my hubs and I were making one purchase they told me to leave so another customer could come in.

Great product, but can you guys please find a way to use less plastic packaging? We all know how weird the rules are, but other dispensaries have options that I can buy an oz without getting a ton of little bottles with it, same with joints. GC is successful enough to look for solutions.

Good Chemistry is one of the best dispensaries in Denver. My first choice for flower, their prices are competitive especially for such a top level product. Some of their medical strains test up to 32% THC-A. Their concentrates are some of the best in Denver as well testing into the upper 80s.The crew is wonderful, very easy to talk to, and are very knowledgeable about their product. The company makes it a way to educate their customers with STATS a very comprehensible way to understanding marijuana and its effects.

Always worth the extra cost because the flower and concentrates are top tier at all times. They use only bud in their Js. If you have a med card they give bomb deals for signing your plants to them too. The staff at the Colfax location is also kind and helpful. 100% recommend.

I’ve shopped at maybe hundreds of dispensaries in Denver using my ID and they claimed they can’t accept my ID because it’s chipped maybe a quarter centimeter on its side. Staff was rude and told me to wait outside for my friends to finish shopping. I’ll take my money elsewhere

The only place I go to anymore. The best prices on live rosins and concentrates in town. The place is always friendly and lively and has a frequent buyer program. As a plus they have an ATM that only charges .50 I recommend it to anyone.

Having worked in the industry for over a decade I can say confidently this is one of my favorite dispensaries in Denver. Amazing flower quality for a great price and good selection of edibles in a central location. I always bring people from out of state here as their first dispensary visit as the budtenders are very accommodating to lots of questions and guide inexperienced buyers to a product that fits their wants and experience level. Overall a fantastic company and great location!

Great staff! Always super friendly and attentive! There is often a line out the door during peak hours so beware! Great dispensary for people that dont know a lot about Marijuana and/or tourists. They spell it out for you. Prices can be a bit higher and they dont offer deals like other local dispensaries.

Ok. This place is the best place to buy recreational weed in my opinion. Their product is better and less expensive than any other store Ive visited. I dont know what else to mention other than that they have two locations making it easier to arrive from your point of departure.

Every time I come in the shop, the music is to loud to hear the bud-tender. Bud-tenders are not all that interested in answering questions. You will receive better service at Good Chemistry’s Broadway location.

Pretty good selection and prices are pretty good for what they have, if your a repeat customer make sure when they look at your ID again that it opens the same info if you plan on using their reward program. Of course there are one or two B-tenders that are either not to bright or just should not be working with people especially in a situation like this when everything has to be asked for.

Best dispensary in Denver. While always crowded, they have the best selections and variety. I have also received the occasional free joint from time to time. Kick ass place. Highly suggested. Try the Ingrid, you wont be disappointed.

Went today and had a different experience than I had at Green Solution - I went in and it was set up like a bar. I knew exactly what I wanted because they were the only place in Denver that had the strain I was looking for. Absolutely no wait and friendly staff they just didn’t really ask what I was looking for or have pricing on anything. I knew prices because they had it online. If I didn’t know what I wanted I would have been incredibly intimidated being from out of state. I wouldn’t go here if it was your first time at a dispensary. Really good prices though.

There are many dispensaries in Denver. This one by far stands out as the best. The helpful budtenders, the chillax environment, the ability to mix and match an ounce. When youre in Denver stop by good chemistry. You will not be disappointed. The one on Colfax and Logan, is my home store. They know me. So well, that they know I like purple weed. Good Chemistry is the most feel-good dispensary Ive visited. Both locations provide stellar customer service, but the Colfax location really shines. I had an excellent experience with helping pick product, how to use most effectively and even though there was a line of people behind me, my girl was patient and kind. Left feeling really GOOD!

This is the best place to get ounces in denver! At $130/ounce, they are very reasonable, but whats nice is you could get 8 different strains if you wanted to. Every time I shop elsewhere, I leave disappointed, even when I pay significantly more! Definitely the spot to shop in Denver!

Lines to the door and three cashiers checking people out. With a wait time of 15 minutes I was told I could not use my phone in the store.It’s almost 2020 and phones are everywhere - if people have to wait then let them use their phones for entertainment. You provide zero reading material for people to read while they wait. What if I was researching the strain and was using multiple sources instead of the marketing material being sold to me. Using more than one source of research is important - not just blindly trusting the marketing material.With so many other places to go - me and my phone will be going elsewhere.

I would give more but it looks like good chem is starting to favor there med customers more then there rec a lot of us rec people went in there an let them know how much we love traveling all the way out there at least 30 min drive to either good chem at least just to keep get there flow flower strain an now for almost two weeks straight they will only keep it on there med side even after day after day we call an ask all I can say is that’s not valuing your customers especially when there’s many of us who don’t come for this and an oz at a time for that at least the flow but I guess we will start looking some were else maybe they making to much money an they just don’t care wat some good bud tenders not

For years Ive visited this place and received great customer service until the past couple of months where it seems like they have had a corporate attitude that has definitely affected their hierarchy. I no longer feel as if Im an individual, instead I feel like just another client. Maybe things can change but its up to management to decide if they want to or not. Just Saying.

Always good product, medical & rec, open til 9 or 10pm, staff is always helpful & I believe its a co-op so everyone has a reason to offer their best service. Ive been going since it was open & its priced to help those that need medical & on a budget. Worth checking out if youre downtown. Neighborhood has a lot of small gem restaurants nearby, too.

Excellent quality flower and concentrates. With excellent pricing as well. CONCENTRATE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE!! Fire ice water hash for $15 a gram!! Other places charge up to $60. Same with their in house FIRE rosin for $25 a gram while others charge $60 for rosin and solvent extracts. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, ANYWHERE ELSE.

I bought at several several (; This was the best. Everywhere else had super dry, turn to sand flowers. Just ask for the most fresh product if you dont want to be disappointed.
