The set up of the store was awesome. The customer service and presentation of the product is first class. I would definitely recommend the spot to anyone. I feel like they should have better deals when shopping. You get no savings when buying multiple items. A 3.5 is the same price no matter how much you buy.

My buddy was in town, so I decided to get us a nice 1/8th to share. The flavor was pretty good, but my lord was it harsh and dry. If it were cheaper I wouldnt consider it bad, but for about $60? No way. I love London Pound Cake, but this must have been sitting for a long time for it to get like this. If youre going to be selling at premium prices, then you should be delivering premium product.

My wife doesn’t smoke so she was getting annoyed with all of the dispensary stops while we were in Denver 😂 but she actually loved going to this one. Awesome staff and layout with an amazing selection. Cereal Milk was my favorite strain I scooped. I’ll definitely make another stop next time I’m in town

Dry bud like the rest of Colorado. Almost spent $500+ on a Oz and they had a promo where you were supposed to get a free Xmas ornament, well the manager came out during the middle of my transaction and said the promo ended unexpectedly, and was still supposed to run for a few more days. I walked out empty handed because that was just terrible service.

My Buddy tender was helpful in giving me a tour of the facility. My favorite part was speaking with JoJo at checkout. I look forward to coming back for an event, or attending one near me in Miami.

I didnt have the best experience. I know cookies makes a CBD only flower. After waiting on them to verify my ID my bud tender was very short with me and said they dont sell anything like that and could not tell me where I could find it. He didnt make any other suggestions for me or attempt to show anything else. As far as a rating for dispensary they just have a lavish display and thats about it.

This dispensary has everything gear, strains, music and the staff is lit. Gotta come with some money but worth every penny straight gas.

One star for the bud tenders. Super friendly, attentive, and helpful.The reason for no more stars is twofold. One, the flower tastes terrible. Like chemicals. Are they spraying it with artificial flavoring? That’s what it tastes like. It was not dry, and it did get me high, but the taste was so off putting that I’ll probably make it into edibles or give it away.Second, and this is inexcusable. The bags are light. Some are REALLY light. Both I got though we’re short. One was 3g. One was 2g. As in they shorted me an entire 1.5g. Unbelievable. Photos included.

I am a disabled person, my motorcycle has handicap plates displayed on it very clearly.I parked in the handicapped parking space right next to cookies front door. as I was looking for my wallet to go inside and shop (medical) I was accosted by a very angry miniature female security guard.she flew into a rage and began lecturing me about how I was taking a handicapped space from someone who needs itI explained that I was handicapped, and permitted to park there. ms.. security sulks, demanding to know exactly WHAT my handicap was. (major HIPAA privacy violation)I explained my diagnosis was not her business and she threatens me with management. after stomping inside like a spoiled toddler, the store manager appears.i explain AGAIN that I AM handicapped, I HAVE disabled plates, the proper permit, etc.he didnt care. he also insisted that I just leave and take both my money and handicap with me. this is how a local business treats the SAME handicapped people it markets to.clearly this business has never considered educating their staff on ADA policy or even basic human decency. dont bother with this place. negative Stars.its appalling that this stores staff is IGNORANT enough to believe that handicapped people cant ride motorcycles or leave reviews online

Heard the word that this is the best dispensary in the area and its true. You may have to wait in a line for 45 mins but you wouldnt want to spend your money nowhere else for some over-the-counter flowers

Gary Payton Super Fire, White Runtz Super Fire, Georgia Pie I liked but it didn’t taste all the way flushed it was a little spicy and the ashes were dark. Everything else smoked super right burned right and great taste. I would like to see more Cookies merchandise in the store.

Extremely overpriced... I understand the price for the Cookies stuff but a lot of the other cultivators you carry I can get cheaper almost anywhere else. I mean everything you carry is definitely premium quality but you sure price it as high as you possibly can.

Very unprofessional. Called to speak about a product we bought today that had been opened & messed with from their store. The wrapper was torn & there was definitely some missing. Marvin was very quick to tell us you dont tell us someone in our store touched your product or our inventory. Wow, yikes. Bought from a lot of different dispensaries & this was by far a very disappointing experience. We were not trying to ask for a refund, just let them know so they dont get in trouble in the future but nevermind.. Very poor representation of Cookies. Hopefully in the future they will keep a better eye on who touches/opens inventory & also Marvins customer service as a manager cause that conversation on the phone was extremely unprofessional & frustrating.Best of luck Cookies!

They have super friendly budtenders that will walk around the store with you and answer any questions. I grabbed some flower and a cart and I was not disappointed! Our guide, Eric, was knowledgeable about the products, incredibly friendly, and helped us get exactly what we wanted, all while being professional and patient. Lou, our cashier, was equally friendly, equally knowledgeable and equally professional. The shop was very clean, had a great atmosphere, and had the latest technology to make the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back when we visit again!

Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable about their products thanks to their handy dandy notebooks which is a plus. They can tell you what type of high you should expect from the strain you’ve selected. Little pricey but you’re paying for top quality marijuana that’s been touched with TLC through the plants entire existence. That goes for all of their THC and CBD products they only carry the best. Great section of clothing and smoking accessories. Definitely worth the visit.

The cookies experience is definitely top notch. However expect to pay way more than anywhere else in town for OK product. Even many of the other brands they sell you can find elsewhere cheaper. Definitely recommend going at least once to get the experience, but until they come down to Colorado prices, I wouldnt regularly visit.

Good place to shop if service and quality are important to you. Prices are higher than most shops but the product and experience justify that. Line can be long on weekends but you can pre order to speed that up.

Well it is very different from California’s shop. I had a more pleasant visit and the weed is so different as well. Sorry, Denver was okay. The staff were nice for a fact but just the way they manage the place comes off a bit weird. Idk, you’ll have to visit California’s shop to understand I guess.

Have had my medical license since it was legal. This is not aPlace I would recommend. I have NEVER paid $65 in taxes ANYWHERE in Colorado. Half oz and gram of wax went from $250 to $318. I could have got twice as much almost anywhere else. 0 would give no stars. Disappointed

Cookies is by far the best dispensary in Denver! The team that Lou, the owner who was even working the floor with his employees, has put together is outrageously friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere, from the second you walk in, is everything you want to see in a bright, welcoming cannabis experience. This place is not worth the money. Half the flower they have you can get at other dispensaries for much less. They even tried to tell me the products they have are higher THC than the other places, and that is not true at all. It sucks to have someone lie to you about a price and product, In order to get you to spend more. Not a good look!!
