After years of buy all my hoses and reels and fittings I was informed that they no longer repair a hose or put a new end on one?Disappointed....

I sent a client there (Louisville, CO) to get help sourcing a Parker D1VW series valve AND/OR fittings to bypass an existing failed unit until valve could be specified and ordered. They couldnt help with the valve and didnt sell him the two fittings but sent him to another store (probably Commerce City/Denver, buy they referred to it as Aurora). That is all fine.....but at the second store, they were rude to client and refused to help and acted offended that he needed help. I then called Louisville Store as the specifying engineer to get help generating the part number for the valve. They couldnt help, which again is fine, but they referred me to the same person in Commerce City that insulted my client. I gave up and will source the valve from somewhere else that can help me generate the part number, or use non-Parker equivalent. Note that client had emailed the same person at Commerce City requesting help with this reversing valve twice over several prior days with no response.Heavy equipment only makes money when it isnt broken and even a quick we cannot help you with Parker hydraulic valves email would have saved him a week of down time by this point. Its probably going to take ANOTHER week or 10 days to get a basic reversing solenoid valve specified-ordered-delivered and replaced.I have had GREAT experiences at Louisville and OK experiences at Commerce City in the past but today was a real disappointment.

Whenever I have a mystery part or quesrion, they have either had it in stock or set me up at another location fast and friendly. Everyone there is great, they make hoses fast and accurate.

Really bad service, went there 3 time in the last couple days and they just look at you and say NO i can’t, No I don’t have it with out even trying. No fittings! and they didn’t want to make a hydraulic hose that hydra hose would do! Humm

This parker store had moved to I25 and 6th.
