This place is awesome. Had exactly what I needed. I thought I would never find it, seeing how it was made in 1956. And the girl at the counter was super cute. Ill never go anywhere else. I wasted my time going everywhere else.

I wanted to upgrade my shower fixtures to a different finish but was told by a plumber I couldnt do it without cutting into the wall, or finding a supplier with older parts for my specific brand. After calling around I was directed to Fink. They were amazing! I spoke with Jake who let me text him pictures of my current set up to save me the time of driving around tracking down parts. He was extremely responsive and so knowledgeable! He let me know what options I would have if I wanted to make the changes and confirmed that they had the part in stock I would need if I didnt want to do the full replacement. Truly, this was the best experience Ive had working with a company like this!

I have on occasion had a very difficult plumbing project to deal with as a general contractor. Usually involving historic homes and the fittings they require. I am by no means a plumber but sometimes I need to facilitate a quick resolution to further a project. Every time I cannot find something I swing by and they are more that helpful and frequently full of humor. Great place for ANY and ALL plumbing needs.

I also showed him pictures and text messages of the part I was looking for. Alex was able to find the correct part I needed. I tried all of the warehouse stores without any luck, even tried another supply house. Ten minutes at Flink and I had the exact part I needed, cheaper than the manufacturer’s web site, if they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist

I wish I could give Flink Supply Co. 10 stars and not just 5. I spent all day driving around the Denver area and ended up going to 7 different plumbing supply stores with no luck. I finally called Chris and he was the only one that could and would help me. He spent a great deal of time doing research to find the part I needed. Not an easy task since I didn’t even know the brand of faucet I was needing the part for. I was half way home when he texted me that he not only figured out what brand of faucet I had but also told me how I could order the part directly from a supplier. It was such a relief to know I could get the part and it was fun working with Chris. From now on I know to only go to Flink Supply.

I am so happy with my experience at Flink and will be going here for any of my future plumbing needs. I bought a countertop dishwasher whose adapter didn’t fit my faucet. I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s and bought several adapters on the recommendations of staff which didn’t work. I was recommended to go to Flink. I did and, unfortunately, they weren’t able to find an adapter that would work. I was recommended to replace my faucet and come back and they could find an adapter that would work (my faucet was very old and not standard). I did and came back. They found an adapter that would work and I was finally able to use my dishwasher! Everyone I spoke with or who helped me was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

I was trying to fix a part for my water to heater to keep it going and trying to find part numbers that cross referenced for new/old parts was driving me insane. Alex took his time to call his distributor and find the part that would work for my water heater, had them put one on hold, and then helped me make the transaction over the phone so I could go directly there and get the part. I dont have a lot of experience in the plumbing world, but if I have questions or need parts, I will definitely contact them again. The customer service that I received was outstanding and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

What an unexpected awesome experience! I called Flink because of the reviews, to compare against online prices. I emailed Jake a list of what I needed and asked for his price on one thing, just so I could compare. Jake emailed me back with his prices on all of the items even though I only asked him to price one. Most if not all the prices were on par or better than what I found online, I was sold! I went into the store, which is located in an industrial area of town and seemed to be a place that tradespeople buy from rather than the public (felt a little out of place to be honest). I walked in not expecting much and was treated with a level of professionalism, respect and kindness rarely seen. Who knew buying plumbing supplies could be such an awesome experience! These guys are fantastic. They are always willing to answer questions and ask questions about the project to make sure you are getting the right parts you need. Bought a new pump today and they gave me better directions than what came in the box and helped me understand how to use it properly. They are patient and make you feel comfortable getting the right stuff. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

As soon as you walk in someone is there to help and they likely know immediately who is the manufacturer of the part that you need replaced and whether they have it in stock. I am not a mechanic but I work on my own vehicles. When it comes to doing repairs, Ive employed the same strategy for 20 years. There is one junk yard that is consistently brash, condescending, and dickish if you call without a complete understanding of the problem. I always start with a phone call to them and I fill the call with every dumb question I can possibly think of. As a rule, nothing is too dumb. Because the dumber they think I am, the more angry they get. And the more angry they are, the thicker the condescension and the more they will correct me during the call. Their poor service is so consistent that someday I may send them a Hallmark card that says: I get it. You know a lot about cars. I usually use that phone call to learn the specialized vocabulary that I need to know to sound moderately educated on the topic before making the next call to a yard that I generally like dealing with. By the time I get to them, Ive got the mechanics vernacular in-hand to ask the right questions and get substantive answers. Ive visited a mechanic three times in two decades, so the payoff on this strategy is pretty good.Today I started plumbing in drain pipes for a new bathroom I am building. I am not a plumber. I know nothing about drains. I figured I would take the same approach and started with a supply house that I just happened by. I unexpectedly struck gold. Flink Supply Co. not only took the time to teach me what I needed to learn, but also helped me solve problems that they expected I would encounter during the job. My questions were elementary (and probably beyond obvious) to a master plumber, but a significant hill for me to climb in taking on the project. Good teachers are rare. They are even more rare (and valuable) on a sales staff. Recommended is an understatement. Flink is a diamond in the muddy coal strip of big box hardware and a lesson to anyone who fancies themselves a good salesperson.
