The crew at AIS is always friendly and helpful.Most recently I drop my camera off and Jordan took care of the repair quickly and communicated throughout the process.Jordan went above and beyond to take care of us.

We have been bringing our equipment for repair for many years and we appreciate these folks. Jordan is very knowledgeable and explains to us what is going on every step of the repair. Will recommend to everyone who need repairs.

Found AIS by googling Tool Repair. Cannot not say enough good things about this company and employees Dan (mgr), Darryl and Ashleigh. Had problem with cross threaded router. AIS was able to chase the threads, thus saving an expensive spindle replacement. Most impressed that everyone I interacted with took an obvious and much appreciated interest in getting me back up and running in a short time. Never heard of this company or its extensive tool and supply showroom, let alone the tool repair department. I will absolutely be back!

I recently brought some tools to AIS for inspection and possible repair. After spending a fair amount of time inspecting each of them, it was determined that no repair was necessary. I was charged nothing. I will be back.

There communication is very poor We sent them a Rigid Pro Press to fix in a box with return Address. They took a while to get to fixing it which I understand people are busy called me for payment saying they had it fixed I paid with Credit Card and asked that they email me a receipt they said they would so a couple of weeks went by no receipt no pro press so I call the company to find out where they are and they tell me that it shipped and it was delivered a week ago come to find out they sent it to a address that isnt are company it is some mail box place never heard of so once again ask for a receipt and tracking number and call the mail box place and they know nothing about it so nobody can tell me where are piece of equipment is so I paid them $500 for them to fix it and know they have lost it so this experience is costing $2500 dollars between the repair and lost equipment so my recommendation is to send your equipment to a company who you dont pay to lose your equipment

I needed a repair on a Bosch table saw, was directed here by Bosch internet site for local repair. The technician was very friendly, and promised to repair it as soon as the parts came. But they wouldnt order the parts until they had a certain amount to order. I waited over 10 days but they still hadnt ordered the parts. Maybe I am impatient, but I picked up the saw, ordered the parts myself from Bosch on Monday, received on Thursday, and I was able to repair it myself. I dont know if Id still be waiting for parts if I left the saw with this company

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would! Weve spent over $60,000 through them on new ewuipment and repairing equipment. They have double charged my account for 4,000 ... says there is nothing we can do. Not to mention they take their time repairing equipment no one can give you Any answers unless their repair is guy is there. This is the worst company there are other companys out there! Do not be fooled! Do not end up in the same predicament as we are!
