I love this toy organizer better than the lid-less kind! It keeps the playroom tidy. Toy sets come with lots of pieces, this keeps them all together. If my toddlers want to play with a toy, they come and get me to open it for them. Love!

As nice as advertised.Your unfinished toy box was exactly as described, which is unusual nowadays.The box was packed very tightly and arrived with absolutely no damage. The exterior cardboard box did not even have one dent or hole in it. This happens when an item is quickly shoved into a box with little thought or too little or inappropriate packing material. I plan to hand paint this box for my recently born Nephew. The quality of your product will ensure that it becomes a family legacy item; for a while at least.I may even reuse the packing box to re-sent the finished box to Arizona from Seattle.Mark

We purchased this chest for our 2 year old to serve as a “dress up box.” She loves being able to open and close the lid without worrying about slamming her fingers! And the chest holds the perfect amount of costumes and accessories (with room to grow!). Will in their office got our gift to us on time for Christmas! Very disappointed! I ordered the Adirondack rocking chair and it came with several manufacturing flaws. The chair was stained after assembly, so there was stain on some of the screws, drip marks, and the bottom was not stained (makes it even less weather resistant). There was a large thick line going across one piece of wood, that appears to be caused by an electric sander. Another piece looked like it had been chewed by a dog. There were tiny holes that were filled with wood filler and stain.I took pictures and contacted customer support and it took days for them to respond. They eventually said I could ship the chair back, but I’d be responsible for finding a shipping service and paying for it. I was not ok with that, since the chair was damaged.The owner emailed me and said the chair is “rustic” and argued that it’s not damaged. He ended up replacing ONE piece that was damaged. Then stopped returning my emails and won’t let anyone else help me out.I have never wrote a bad review on Google before. But I want to help warn others, before spending $150 on this chair.

Got the rocking Adirondack Chair as a baby gift. Product looks very well made. Easy to put together. A couple bolts were missing and one quick email from Will Martin, the office manager, and they are promptly shipping me the missing parts. Good experience overall.

The open back chairs were the perfect addition to the table for our grandchildren to create and eat at! Their feet touch the floor so they tend to sit still much more. I needed to change the address on my order after I placed it, I gave them a call and was cheerfully greeted. Within seconds they had fixed the problem and even expedited my shipment for me. Very nice people

Exactly what I wanted: easy to assemble, sturdy toy storage on wheels that can be moved from room to room, or easily put in a close in the future, wide enough to hold a decent amount of toys to serve its purpose, but low enough for our toddler granddaughter to reach and access toys herself. Love that this toy chest looks great and I dont have to worry about my son getting hurt because the hinge holds the lid up no matter how little or how much he opens it. He was so excited to get this for his stuffed animals, and the size is great. It was easy to put together, and I got the natural wood so I could just finish it with oil, which gave it a soft honey tone. I also like the handles on the sides-- makes it easy to move around. Definitely recommend!

I have to praise Little Colorado on the quality of the product I bought for my Grandson (Captain’s Chest Wooden Toy Box) and for their excellent customer service (special shout out to Will). The product arrived damaged due to improper handling by the delivery service and upon contacting Customer Service at Little Colorado, they (Will) immediately put through a replacement for the item. My grandson and his parents are very happy with the toy box!

We are living our little girl’s first big girl bed, as is she! She was co-sleeping with us for the last month or so as she didn’t care for the crib anymore so we thought it’d be a struggle to get her to take to her own bed again but she absolutely loves it. We even have story time in her bed instead of the chair now so she can cuddle up. I even half lay in the bed sometimes when she needs more help falling asleep (just my head and shoulders/arms) and it is super sturdy. The finish is beautiful and we look forward to personalizing her bed with some stenciling soon. So glad we can support Americans by buying an American made quality product. Similar price point to other toddler beds made elsewhere so it was a no brainer. Thank you!!

FedEx threw the box with our order around, the box was very damaged on the outside and unfortunately so was our table. I called them up and Will int he office was very helpful. Just got a new table with FRAGILE stickers plastered all over the box, lol. It was in perfect condition and Little Colorado really went out of their way to make sure of it with extra measures in packaging. Thanks so much!

At first I was very excited to receive my Montessori shelf but upon assembly I realized none of the holes aligned and sent them photos as proof. I contacted Will the office manager and quickly he said he would send an entire replacement over which I appreciated. However, he only sent half of the pieces and I have not heard from him since (over a month has gone by). I still have no shelf and just a bunch of wood at home that is useless. Very let down by this company but not surprised as I read other poor reviews of the customer service.

Wonderful, sturdy toddler bed. I love that the bed is made in the USA. We will be able to use this for my daughter and pass down to her siblings. Im so glad I found this bed!

We purchased a Sodura Arch Train Table in November of this year. After several weeks of hearing nothing from the company, we contacted them regarding the shipment and amazingly the table shipped out the very next day! Go figure. It arrived before Christmas (thank God we called), but when we went to assemble it, the table top was dented, restricting us from inserting it into the slot. As there was no damage to the outside of the box, I took a photo of the damaged top and emailed it to them, expecting that Little Colorado would immediately address and warrant the $200 table, however they did not. The office manager, Will, insisted that it must have been damaged in shipping and they would only replace it if I could send them a photo of the NON-EXISTENT damage to the box so they could file a claim with FedEx. Which is ludicrous, of course, since there was no damage and therefore no such photo was ever taken! So apparently well have to crimp the table together with C-clamps so we can make it work. Im very disappointed and well never purchase anything from poor excuse for a company again! I have an incredible distaste for companies with disrespectful customer service and Little Colorado is just such a company. Stay away!

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.I ordered a chair for my grandson on August 25. My credit card was charged but I have received no information from this company. I have called at least 4 times & sent many emails. No one responds. I do not know if this company is out business? Be careful before purchasing.Update: I was finally able to get in touch with the company. In fact the owner responded & my order was processed shortly after. There were communication issues that they addressed to my satisfaction. I appreciate the quick shipping once things were straightened out & look forward to ordering from them in the future.

I have written a review on this item before - but I am quite annoyed that no one has reached to me . I ordered a pink wardrobe from my granddaughter for Christmas .The first issue was that the wardrobe was white, not the pink that I ordered and stated on packing slip . While putting it together - we found that a side board and a shelf was damaged . With paint and white tape - we made it look ok . But just looking “ok” is not what I expected from an item that cost over $200 . I purchased from Little Colorado because I thought“American” made meant quality . Very disappointed.I thought I was going to love this company and buy other products- but I will not . I bought my granddaughter a Kidktaft dollhouse for her birthday and it was a much better experience.Again - just extremely disappointed in Little Colorado.

I purchased a step stool from Little Colorado. When it arrived in damaged condition, I reported my concerns and was immediately, cheerfully granted an offer of replacement. However, when I saw that it would also not suit my purposes, I asked for a refund. The company did so immediately--the entire process took an hour. I could not be happier with their service.

IKEA quality for Little Colorado prices. Instructions are laughable. The metal pieces are too small for holes, so they consistently fall out before the screw can be inserted.Save yourself the headache and just order something from somewhere else.

This place seemed great from the pictures. And all the great reviews. However I went into the warehouse on Lipan st where everything is manufactured. The gentlemen who I spoke to was horrible and didn’t take the time to explain anything or what they do. Just told me everything is sold on line. Looked at a couple displays and that was it. I was expecting a lot more, someone who was more personable and just showed interest. I was planning on buying a couple different beds. But I won’t be purchasing anything from a company who can’t even take 5 minutes to explain a few things about there company.

We have been waiting on a toddler bunk bed that we ordered 15 weeks ago, we were told that lead time was 6-8weeks. Understand that these are challenging times for smallcompanies and especially the factories, however, the level of communication has been awful. Emails are not responded to until after 1-2 weeks, if at all, and responses only leave me with further questions which I never get a response from. We have also tried calling and after several calls and voicemails left, we have still never received a call back. The company offered a refund about a month or two ago, however I don’t want a refund, I want the bunk bed that we ordered because I will just have to start this whole process over with another company with long lead times due to Covid-19. I am posting here in the hopes that I get a reply as email and phone are clearly not working.

After waiting weeks for the potty chair I ordered for my grandson was very disappointed in the size. It is way too low for the average toddler. Might I suggest they be made a few inches taller.
