The worst! The 800 number is absolutely stupid. Give me a real person at the store not a person 500 miles away. I talked to two different people and neither one could give me any good information on products. One person I spoke to simply hung up. Products are the best. Company and service are the worst.

I have been buying Hilti products for many years. My account was recently handed over to a new sales person which has no idea of customer service and the general manager I spoke to doesn’t either.1 star for service5 stars for products

Hilti is terrible now. They changed their epoxy gun again. Didnt tell me when I ordered 4 sets of epoxy, $200 worth of glue, it exploded in their old gun. Which the glue did fit in, just not perfect. I got glue all over my work. They wouldnt even replace the single tube that was lost. They use to be a great company that stood out because of their customer service. I was willing to pay the 25% more because of their customer service. I will now use someone else.

Hilti store was great, they had everything o needed and very helpful we needed stainless steel anchors and they were the only place in town that weekend found them in stock. O also got to check out all there new cordless tools, I had no idea they made so many quality tools at an affordable price

I just watched one of your drivers blatantly run a stop sign at Smith Road right outside of RK Mechanical in Stapleton, Colorado. You would think a man driving a company vehicle would be a little bit safer on public streets.

Rude dude working. He is stressed about nothing and very rude. I walked out amazed at his rudeness.

The two guys in the front are HORRIBLY rude its a nightmare going there just because of their poor customer service skills, please FIRE the skinny short guy and tall bigger guy. Also the tools here are a 2 out of 5 if you are as hardworking as I am I wouldnt recommend it very faulty tools and horrible I repeat horrible service.

If you see a HILTI truck coming down your street, just move over and let them pass, youre closer to death than you realize. Especially at night, theyll have their brights on in the middle of your residential street.

Hilti excels at tool repair but you will pay for the convenience.

Great tools and even better people working there.

Not everyone here always knows their hardware and tools but if you call ahead and let them know what your project is about the right person will get on top of it and have what you need when you arrive. Hilti tools are among the most expensive in the business but you can expect them to last forever, if they dont then you can enjoy a free replacement.
