Awful customer service. Dude was a complete Asswhipe

The team (Chris, Tara and Carter) at this location is great. The Customer service is fantastic and the turnaround on ordering is pretty fast. They also have fasteners that you can buy individually or in large quantity. It has saved me a lot of time from going to several locations.

Chris Clark knows his stuff. I was searching for some large grade 8 bolts and he put the time in to find them. He called each location, had them confirm quantity, and hold the part until I could pick them up. Quality service like that is hard to find.

Poor service they put there number so customers can call during this difficult time but yet they dont answer the phone even after I called 4 times👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

These guys were able to help me get the parts I needed.

Courteous staff, helped me even tho they couldnt help me and advised a secondary shop that may carry the part Im needing.

Let us know when you are closing early.. waste of time driving to your site during business hours and no one is there. Phones don’t even go to voice mail. Disappointing

Will sell you a bolt as an individual but makes you buy a 10 pack of nuts. Makes no sense .Lost my future business

Tall guy at the desk helped my find stair bolts and nuts in a pinch - Zero complaints

Called ahead to see if they had an item, they said they did. I arrive 20 minutes later and they don’t actually have it.

Stopped in looking for something- Apparently theyre too busy to come out to help.
