I am new to the Denver area and was in need of a contractor to install drapery that I already owned, in addition to constructing a Cornice for a bay window. They were the only company of the ones I contacted in Denver willing to hang draperies that were not of their own custom design. Both the installation staff and the design staff were extremely accommodating and understood the logistics of the task.The cornice that Wei Wei made for me turned out beautiful and as gave me the look and satisfaction that I had envisioned and imagined. My friend referred us to Wei Wei Drapery after seeing her fabulous curtains in her living room. Our ceilings are 18 ft tall and Wei Wei Drapery was able to come out to our home to gather specific measurements and share their variety of colors and curtain materials. We went with a solid white. The order came in pretty quick and they scheduled their install right away. I went with white curtains and after the initial install I realized one of the panels was dirty in spots. I notified Wei Wei Drapery right away and they came out, took down that specific panel of drapes, cleaned them and brought them back for reinstall. My husband and I really appreciated their customer service. So kind and friendly. Also we get nonstop compliments on our drapes since they are such a focal point in our living room. We couldn’t be happier!

I found Wei Wei online and they did not disappoint! I was able to schedule someone quickly and they worked with my schedule. I have to be at work by 9 and someone was at my house by 8AM this morning. I did have some issues with getting the blind installed due to the manufacturer cutting them incorrectly but the Wei Wei team definitely took care of me and made sure to communicate any issues they were having. We needed drapery for 12 ceilings in our bedroom so they had to be custom as that is not a standard length of premade drapes. We were scheduled for a consult quickly, had an associate come out to the house to do measurements and show us a variety of fabrics and styles. They did all the installation and quickly and efficiently. Ultimately took about 4 weeks with the production delays from COVID, but very satisfied with the end result.

My house was built with all of the windows installed sideways, so you cant buy pre-made window coverings anywhere. Over thirty years ago we bought custom-made curtains, but now we are seniors and cant afford that. My bedroom window curtain rod finally broke so I threw it away along with the old, worn curtain. For a while we lived in a fish bowl, exposed to all of the neighbors. When that got old, we folded a sheet and used black Gorilla Tape to keep it on the wall. I called several shop-at-home, supposedly budget-blind companies that quoted me prices over $1500.00 for curtains for ONE window. They said, with a note of sympathy, that their customers are mostly corporations.The sheet fell off the wall and it seemed like we were destined to just keep taping it back up. Then I came across Wei Wei Drapery online and thought Id give them a try. Peter answered and said that they serve the whole community, not just corporations. A representative came out, I picked out a shade and shortly thereafter they installed it. The shade was pretty but not very room-darkening, as I needed. Knowing that we werent a big money-making job for them, I still ventured to call Peter back. Peter said they wanted me to be happy and they stood behind their work. They took back the first shade and gave me a wider, longer, thicker shade and mounted it higher up on the wall. This is a rare honest company. My daughter, who works in the service industry said, Wow! Thats good service!The first night it was installed I slept like a baby till...shh...noon. We will replace the other old window coverings as we can. I unequivocally, highly recommend Wei Wei Drapery for all of your window covering needs.

We had the best experience they came and measured our windows and we picked the roller shades and new drapery fabric. After about 2 weeks our shades were installed perfectly. Denver Shades/ Wei’s is by far the best drapery in the industry I searched for about 3 months and looked at over 10 companies. They were the best priced and the best quality by far. They make everything locally right here in Denver. They came to my place and measured everything and the product was so perfect. I messaged Wei Wei via Yelp Sunday, January 3rd and we had custom blinds installed on Friday the 8th. 5 DAYS! Now that is excellent customer service! The string broke on the blinds in our living room and we had no privacy (and also on another window downstairs). They understood our discomfort and made sure we had new blinds quickly. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Two lovely designers came over with samples on the 5th and measured the windows. I thought I wanted faux wood, but actually preferred the roller blinds after looking through all the samples and taking recommendations from the designers. We honestly couldn’t be happier with Wei Wei and with the blinds. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again for all of our window covering needs.
