Lori worked and worked with us to get our logo just right on our patch. She had great ideas & suggestions and was easy to correspond with. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills, attention to detail, knowledge, persistence and genuine willingness to make us happy. The patch was stunning when it arrived in the mail - better than I imagined! We only ordered 2 patches, but had an outstanding experience. Lori and Ken were amazing to work with. I had two separate patches designed for a last minute Memorial Day Crossfit event and they came out perfect. I stopped at a few custom embroidery shops that morning before meeting Lori, but all of the shops were unable to make patches in house and outsourced them requiring a minimum of 50-100. KL Billen had no minimum, were able to squeeze in my order on extremely short notice, and even personally picked up the backings from a local supplier when they realized they were out.
