ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Just needed my name very simply embroidered on scrubs. After about 2 weeks with no communication (and no one answering phone calls) I stoped back in the store, and my clothing was in the exact same spot that I left it with no work done to them.

The way they decided to mark where the embroidery would go was with tape. When I arrived to pick up my order the sizing was all wrong. Clearly the tape mustve fallen off and they just guessed where to put it and the sizing! Was pissed! When I said something the guy got smart with me and wouldnt give me the owners info. I eventually call back and the same guy still gives me the worst customer service ever! On top of trying to overcharge me on a logo when discovering who I was, when the previous quote which had more thread count was cheaper.Take your money elsewhere.

Best shop that Ive found for small (even quantity one) jobs. Lots of font and thread options.
