I never leave reviews ever, but the girl at this kiosk went out of her way to help me with no trouble or problems at all. My barely 2 year old nose headphones had a ripped foam piece and also a bug that made it turn itself on even after i had the button switched off. I contacted boss directly about the issue and they told me that all i can do is turn in my old headphones and get like $50 off of a new pair? These are $350 headphones i would expect them to work longer than two years and have better service from a product that expensive. I told her my problem and she typed some stuff in the computer and took my old headphones and gave me a brand new pair of the same model no questions asked and no issues. She single handedly kept me a Bose customer because i was going to buy a different brand after that. Thank you so much.

I went to this kiosk with the intention of buying noise cancelling headphones, and the guy behind the desk was extremely rude, while also being completely unhelpful. I went behind the desk to try the headphones on but tripped because the guy had various objects scattered on the floor, and then he laughed unkindly at me and turned away to do something else. Needless to say I will be buying headphones somewhere else.
