I called the Denver Grainger location looking for a replacement part for a LP fireplace. After waiting on hold due to longer than expected call volumes the sales rep asked for my name and account. I gave him my name, and told him I didnt have an account, then explained what I was looking for, and he hung up on me. Apparently, their reps dont like dealing with one-off sales.
