My family were on the road between Alt, Colorado and Fort Collins. One of your technicians drove up and tailgated us at for awhile going over the speed limit before passing us, and the person in front of us, while oncoming traffic was near. They put everyones life at risk and should lose their liscense.

From a business standpoint.. everyone at Conserve A Watt is very customer oriented. During my brief visit there, everyone was talking with customers and making sure they understood what they could do for them. They have very competitive prices too.From a personal standpoint, which I believe reflects the character and morals of a business, what a group of amazing people. My father was an employee here and got very ill suddenly and eventually passed. They were so kind during the whole process and I feel like that should be recognized. Everyone from the company came to his service, and even networked with competitors (my Dads former employers) to make sure they knew about his passing. This isnt your traditional review of a business that Ive done business with... but if it helps guide someone to a business that cares, I feel like it will help. There is a delivery man at this facility, I believe his name is Jeff or Jeffrey, he is so nice, knowledgeable and sweet! It helps that he looks like Thor too! His representation of this company has made me check into the company and I will be recommending that my father go through them for all his electric lighting needs! Thank you Jeff!!!

Called a week ago about bulbs for our street sign. Their pricing was below all of the other companies, Plus they delivered for free the very next day!! Then we found out that our ballasts were bad and needed replacing, Kyle was able to look at our last purchase and found exactly what we needed sending them to us today 3-1-18. I am very impressed by their customer service and pricing.

Was great until our rep Jo left, after that it became a huge hassle. Our new rep lied constantly, never took responsibility for issues, didnt file rebate paperwork, on and on and on.
