Employees dont seem to have a basic understanding of electric motors. Had a minor issue with a custom motor, and the guys at Rocky Mountain Baldor recommended taking the motor to a repair shop. After wasting 6 hours and several hundred dollars, the repair shop told me that the motor is fine, and that I just needed to increase my inrush current. This is something the largest motor manufacturer in the world should know, but instead I had to waste almost an entire day to figure it out on my own. Not pleased.
Not much room to get backed in to get unloaded
AC, DC, big, small, or weird. They have always had what I need, IN STOCK.
Got me out of a bind again!
Yay electric motors!
