Zen Windows is a stellar window and door replacement company. The entire process was stress free and very well organized. Luke answered every email within hours. He explained the pricing, ordering and installation process thoroughly. There were no unpleasant surprises. The installation team was stellar as well. They were respectful of my home and were very careful to keep everything clean and undamaged as they removed the old windows and installed the new ones. The experience was awesome from beginning to end and I will certainly call them when I need further window replacement help! Kudos to all involved!

Zen replaced 12 windows in a single day. I never saw the windows before they were installed, but I know what a vinyl window looks like. They are all basically the same in appearance, and these windows from Zen were just as I expected, good quality for a reasonable price. No complaints from me, professional install with minimum up-front time commitment from the salesmen.

Overall I am very happy with Zen Windows. Jessica was very pleasant to work with over the phone and via email. She was prompt with the quotes and the quotes were accurate. In the process of getting several quotes, Zen came in right in toward the low/middle end for an affordable vinyl windows.The window quality seems on par with others I saw. Champion wanted about double for the same job and the windows seems about the same. I cant speak to the glass technology etc, just speaking to the functionality, and insulation.The lead time was right what Jessica quoted me, and they were able to install early due to a cancellation. The crew was extremely efficient on the installation. That being said, I felt that without input from me, some of the attention to detail might not have been up to my liking. After the interior painting and the finish caulking I did, I am pleased with the finished look of the windows. Im not sure if youre able to include this type of work in the quotes, but I knew it wasnt included in mine. The exteriors were completely finished - no painting needed.I get the impression this is a younger company, and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and mostly pleased with the installation. Their windows are Zen branded soft-lite windows. Uniforms for the crew would be a nice touch as they were the only folks we interacted with in person.UPDATE:2/27/2019After posting my review, Jessica followed up with me as she was concerned I was not satisfied. An absolute GREAT experience buying windows - way better than going to a window place like weve done in the past. Jessica S. is definitely on top of things. She is knowledgeable and was very responsive to us. We had quotes in a day or so and she always answered my email questions the same day. Jesse and his crew of installers were great and very friendly. They paid great attention to detail and I felt they went above and beyond. I felt they were very careful in handling the windows around the walls and furniture and they cleaned everything up nicely. They were a very capable and nice crew of guys. I shopped around a lot for windows and got multiple quotes. Were happy with what we chose and would definitely choose Zen again.

You get what you pay for. Great quality and great service. I had much cheaper quotes from other services but after researching the products they use, it was easy to see that paying a bit more was worth it. They also use high quality products such as construction foam and caulk. I was glad to see them using OSI Quad Max which is what ive researched to be some of the best caulk in the game. The great thing about this company is the people who install your product will be the same every time. These guys are efficient and very friendly. I watched them do the entire install and as a software engineer, I approve of their attention to detail. This company also has an amazing warranty and they dont make you go through the manufacturer.

We went with Zen Windows 2 years ago to replace the original wooden windows in our 1950s home. Not only was the process super simple from quote to instalation, 2 years later and they still stand by their work and warranty. We discovered an issue with the window in our bathroom and the team was very quick to respond and remedy. I was very glad to know that even though time had passed, they still stood by the quality of their work and wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied! I received estimates from a couple of the other big companies, they sent out their sales people and did the pitch, let me call my manager, say yes, get more off, etc, etc, but Zen was totally different. No sales person, no pressure, amazing price and amazing service with great quality windows. With the others, they charged more for single hung windows, I got double hung on all windows for still cheaper than what I was being quoted by the other two and such amazing service. They got the windows installed quite quickly, 10 windows and a sliding glass door in three hours. This was all done a couple of months back, but waited to leave a review to see how after service was, still absolutely amazing. Work with Jessica on issues, they get resolved quickly and easily. I have already recommend Zen to many people and will use for my remaining windows when needed, had some that were replaced previously and are still ok so did not get them replaced....yet. Thanks! We got our windows put in at the end of November 2020 and couldnt be more happy with the results. This company worked with us during the Pandemic to get the windows ordered and while there was a delay with the manufactoring of the windows, Zen was on top of getting them installed as soon as they came in. Their team from sales to installation are amazing to work with! Their price and quality are excellent! We love our new windows...just in time for a cozy winter!

Got a replacement slide patio door from Zen last year. This year we replaced 3 old windows with 2 double hung, double pane, low-e and a garden window. Extremely smooth process and hassle free. I had 18 windows and a patio door replaced by Zen Windows recently. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience, starting with the order process and ending with the installation.The highlights:1. No sales person is coming to meet me, take an hour or two of my time, trying to sell me overpriced products. I was asked to roughly measure my windows and email the measurements. I got a quote within a day. If you can measure the width and height of a window, you are qualified.2. Price was much better than the alternate quotes I got. No surprise since there is no sales person involved, getting a cut.3. Clear communication on expected delivery date and scheduling installation.4. No payment until windows are installed. You read that right, no 50% upfront, I paid nothing until after the installation was complete.5. Professional installation completed in one day. They are sub-contractors but they have been working with Zen Windows for years, so you get the consistency and continuity.Windows come with a lifetime transferable warranty. I didnt get a chance to use it of course, and hopefully I never do, so I cannot comment on the experience using the warranty.I highly recommend Zen Windows.

Zen Windows replaced a couple of windows and a sliding glass door in my condo. Fantastic job! More affordable than others. Transferable life time warranty:) Jessica emailed me all the information patiently answering all my questions and concerns and making the changes I asked about. It was so much joy and no stress! to participate in a new glass creation:) I still look at and through my new windows with a kind of awe! Jessie with his team did a terrific job: quick, clean, not much talking - I was impressed! It reminded me of a Swiss clock mechanism. Jessie showed me how everything worked, and when they left my condo stayed clean and tidy with the awesome glass work. I started my window replacement journey traditionally with several hours with the sale guys who didnt want to leave my place unless I buy their windows for so much $$ I couldnt believe they were serious. Then I compared Zen Windows with a couple of other companies including the Milgard Windows. So happy I made this choice with the Zen Windows and highly recommend them!

This week we had 14 windows and a sliding patio door replaced by Zen Windows. From start to finish it was a great experience. We got a bid a year ago, and decided to wait until the following summer. We appreciated that the price quoted was good for a full year. The process was easy; we took measurements, received a Promise with pricing, final measurements were taken, the order was placed and several weeks later installation was scheduled. Installation day was impressive; a team of 6 showed up around 8:30 in the morning. It was amazing to see the team work together. Clean up was done, and they were out by mid-afternoon. We havent seen this type of customer service in a long time!

Windows are a good quality and priced great. I was happy with the install overall, but they did do some damage to the trim around the windows. They offered to repair it, but actually left it worse than the original damage. I have to now fix the trim myself. Overall Im still happy with the results on the windows, just keep an eye on them during install.

The quoting process with Zen was easy, first done online to get a feel for the cost and then two guys came out to get the specific measurements. I quoted several other companies and found that Zen was not the absolute lowest bid but for the windows I bought and the service rendered they were very competitive. Once I agreed to the quote it took about three weeks for the windows to arrive. No down payment was required.The crew showed up a little late but I received a call in advance telling me they were running behind which is always appreciated. The crew clearly knew what they were doing and finished the job in about five hours. They took care to lay down drop clothes where they were working and also wore booties over their shoes when they were inside the house. The foreman of the team was courteous and did a great job answering my questions. Once the windows were installed I double checked everything and found it all to my satisfaction, including everything getting put back where it belonged, I had shutters that they had to take down to install some of the windows. I did have to do a little touch up on some paint around the inside of the windows but it was minimal and not unexpected, taking out aluminum frames like I had is bound to create a little ding here and there. The owner, Brandon, called about an hour after they had finished their work to check on how it went. Overall my experience with Zen was excellent, all involved were professional and it was apparent that the installers knew what they were doing.

We did a complete remodel of our home replacing every window and adding five more. I was totally pleased with Zen and Brandon from the initial e-mail to the final payment. I found Zen Windows online and really liked their philosophy of no hard sales, and this proved to be so true! Yet Jessica answered my numerous emails thoroughly and promptly. They even set up an appointment for me to visit a house where they were doing an installation where I met Jesse. He provided additional details on the installation. Plus they brought samples to my home - twice, explaining their differences. The crew arrived on time and set up all materials so that they made little mess, and did a thorough job of cleaning up inside and out, any pieces of glass or plaster that escaped their plastic covers. Im extremely pleased with my windows, their price, and the work Zen did and highly recommend them.

Zen came in and replaced all the windows on my main floor. They were on time, kind, and courteous. The windows look fantastic and we are very happy with quality. The sliders open both directions and the screen is easily switched between either pane. This allows for much easier cleaning and customized access. We loved the windows so much we called them back to replace a Jeld Wen that was previously updated because we loved Zen Windows so much more!

I researched several different window companies as I needed windows for my entire house. The pricing at Zen was better than other companies, not by a huge amount, but their customer service was above and beyond. By far the best experience I have had with a service company since moving to Colorado. We had 2 window seals go bad and started looking for a company that would replace the glass and seals as opposed to replacing the windows completely. I had read some other great reviews on Zen Windows so I gave them a call. Brandon answered immediately and I told him my story. He let me know that they actually do not replace glass anymore, only full window replacements, but that he would be happy to come by and take a look anyway to see exactly what was going on. Brandon was going to be out of town for a week but assured me he would call the following Tuesday when he got back into town. Guess what, he called that Tuesday just like he said he would! I could not believe it! We scheduled an appointment for a day later and Brandon showed up right when he said he would. In fact, he called 40 minutes prior to the appointment and said he was stuck in a bit of traffic and may be about 20 minutes late. Very courteous and professional! When Brandon arrived, he removed his shoes while in my home and went right to work inspecting the windows. He did confirm that I had bad seals and needed new glass. As opposed to just pawning me off to some other company, Brandon said “how about I just help you out on this one and order the replacement glass and install it for you” Again; I could not believe what a stand up businessman this was. I had become so accustomed to getting the runaround from companies, having workman show up late or not show up at all, getting one quote over the phone and something totally different once they arrive, etc. that this was a foreign experience to me! Brandon took all of the glass measurements and said he would email me that evening with a quote. 2 hours later I had an email with an excellent and fair quote. I accepted and the glass was ordered the following day. One week later, the glass was in and Brandon emailed me to schedule an install date. 4 days later, Brandon showed up to my house at the exact scheduled time to do the install. He removed his shoes again while working in my home and the entire job took about 30 minutes. The level of professionalism I received from this company was insurmountable and I will recommend them over and over again! You will be hard pressed to find a better window company! I will use them for all of my future window replacements!

Zen Windows installed a sliding glass door for us a little over a year ago at one of our rentals. They did a wonderful job, coordinated with the tenant, and made the process really easy for us. Im writing this review today because what I didnt realize was how exemplary their service would continue to be. I contacted Brandon last week because the frame of the house had shifted a bit and made it so the latch on the lock didnt work properly. He assured me that he could fix it promptly by adjusting the door. He again coordinated with our tenant and had it done in no time. Not only that but the adjustment to the door didnt cost a dime due to their lifetime warranty. Brandon and his team provide professional service, timely response, a good quality installed product, and most of all they have kept their promise to us as customers. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Im a member of an HOA for a historic condo building downtown. Our windows were archaic and the building itself is over 100 years old with the original brick.Finding a window company that was willing to work with us and not price gouge us was proving challenging. That is, until we came across Zen Windows.Zen Windows was continuously professional, even among some of the frustrating organization issues that come with replacing windows across multiple owners. Jessica specifically was incredibly patient, smart, and helpful along the way. Up until installation, they were a dream to work with.Post installation improved my view of them even further (if that was even possible). The installation was careful and the end result was astonishing. The amount of noise cancellation coming from the windows alone was shocking and the windows themselves look great and are clearly made from strong, durable materials. They have easily increased the value of my unit, basically overnight.Then you factor in the price that Zen was able to offer us and its a complete homerun. They absolutely SHAMED each and every other window company that gave us a quote and provided an equally as good (if not better) product and likely way better customer service.I highly recommend Zen Windows, obviously. They made a big, building-wide project seem easy and the end result was truly a game changer for our building.

One small problem with a piece of old and brittle molding that cracked. Brandon went out of his way to locate a match and get it installed with no questions asked.
