Window World has been excellent to work with. They installed, socially distanced, and the whole process was efficient. I was able to keep working in the background. The glass door is very large and looks amazing. The customer support has been equally amazing. We have had a warranty issue on the screen door and a manager came onsite ASAP to assess and correct. Excellent value and service. I will be coming back as other doors and windows need replaced. We have had this installed now since May and every has been excellent. Definitely has been helpful to keep heat out and cool air in this summer.

We had several estimates for our windows (we have 4 large windows in our town home and after getting kids of 13k and 11k from other companies we got a bid from window world. The estimator was good and thought there was a longer lead time because of covid and all that stuff when they finally got installed we were impressed with the quality of the windows and the install. They have made such a huge difference and were only $3100.00. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this place at all cost! We were told the windows would take 10 to 15 weeks we’re now on week 21. This has held up getting our property sold. Accountability? They have none. Very rude and combative. Thank god I only ordered windows and not having them do the install who knows what kind of work would be done and more excuses made. Learn from my mistake do not buy here! I was on the chat service they provided. Hannah the name assigned to the chat bot was only interested in getting my name and phone number. NOTHING ELSE!!I didnt want to talk to a sales person yet as all I wanted to know is if they serviced my area. Their service area map really didnt tell me anything useful so I thought i would try the Chat to ask a question.Nope, Hannah was only interested in getting my name and phone number.. She was very persistent in doing so. She tried different tactics, changed phrasing, mentioned unique offers if I would only just give up my phone number.Sadly, no matter WHAT I typed, she only responded back with her persistent tries of getting my Digits!!I even tried entering a first name, fictitious though, and she didnt accept it. Cmon, Rob Roy is a very famous name in parts of Scotland!!And I gave a number as well. 4 And she DID NOT LIKE THAT.Bots, you just cant pleas them!!

Apparently only the owner of the property can pay to get a window fixed. Very discriminatory. Apparently renters money is no good. Home depot has no problem accepting your money. Dont use these people!

I deliver to this place, the crew is awesome I get in and out of this place in no time at all, one of my favorite deliveries in the Denver metro area.

I ordered 4 windows from Window World of Denver. The day they showed up to install, I was informed that two of the windows were measured incorrectly and would not fit. They installed the two windows that did fit.After 7 more weeks of waiting for my two casement windows, the day finally came for install. The installers did not wear masks in my home. After the installers left, I noticed the windows did not have the factory NFRC labels on them, which seemed suspicious. I got no care instructions, just a sign here single page when they were done. The glass (viewable) area of the windows were a full 4 smaller horizontally and 5 smaller vertically than my previous casement window! The company claims that this is because they are a replacement window and without considerable modification to the window bay, they needed to be smaller. These windows look ridiculous next to the full-sized windows they were meant to replace. There is a full size window that I didnt replace right next to the new window, and the new one looks like a toy next to the original window. It has an excessive amount of trim around the window (they even had to double up the trim on the top). The WORST part is I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE WINDOWS WOULD HAVE A MUCH SMALLER VIEWABLE AREA THAN MY PREVIOUS WINDOWS! If I was told that they would have a much smaller viewable area, I never would have had them installed. Thank God I didnt do the entire house, or my house would feel like a cave.To top it all off, one screen had a hole in it, the glass was dirty on the outside when they put them in, and the bright white trim on the outside of the windows was darkened to a grey with dirt upon installation.DO NOT USE THEM! Period.I requested a 100% refund. Take your toy windows back, I dont want them on my home. Are you listening Window World? So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I want to commend the two men who came to my home today to install some windows from Window World. Their names are Hector and Armondo. I want to highlight their professionalism, respectfulness while also being friendly throughout the process. They installed my windows, cleaned everything up and were on their way. I really appreciated what they did and i hope Window World acknowledges these two men for doing such a great job!

Windows upgraded to 4000 series for a great low price. Workmanship was good. Lowest price of 3 different appraisals. Workers on time, knowleable and professional but got in a hurry at the end of a cold day and got caulk all over door handles and the screen door is not adjusted correctly.

We did not have a great experience initially with Window World of Denver. In fact it was a very, very poor experience to begin with! We live in Wisconsin and own a rental property just outside of Denver. We purchased several windows in December, 2020 and were told initially that installation would be 8-12 weeks later due to COVID. Okay - that makes sense. So we planned on sometime in March, 2021 (while we were occupying the property), just to be safe, and to not inconvenience the renters (Window World knew this!!)Finally a date of April 23rd, 2021 was given to us. We flew from Wisconsin to Denver to be there for the installation (My wife called the company at least three times to let them know we were making a special trip to Denver just for the installation and to make sure they were prepared to install that day. The installers first of all, showed up late 40 minutes and then after wasting more time, determined that they did not have the necessary materials to do the installation that day. UGH!!Of course the 23rd being a Friday, this meant no installation until the following week - on Tuesday the 27th! But much to our surprise (and relief!), the office manager called and apologized the following day (on Saturday - wow!) and told us he would be there personally, with the installers, on Monday (not Tuesday!)! And he was! He not only came, but shared in the work - all day on Monday!! The windows look great!It would have been preferred if Window World had gotten it right from the start but kudos to them for getting it right, on the rebound!

Great value and really quality windows. Installation crew was on time, efficient, friendly and communicative. Only hiccup was our original salesperson apparently left the company and nobody told us. I texted him several times and got no response, not realizing he had left. A quick email or call with a new point person would have been helpful, but it was not a huge deal, didn’t result in any delay just confusion on my part. Will definitely use them again!

Wow what an amazing product these windows are so efficient beautiful quite to outside wind and noise easy to use and operate the craftsmanship are class A, the windows brighten the home and have it a facelift well needed the windows made the home look like a new built home. My parents are not the easiest customers to work with. This is because there were many services that scammed them in the past. So, my parents are always wary and cautious when approaching services. Mike Hovey, who was our sales representative, spent a lot of time with us (by phone and in person), patiently addressing our questions and concerns in details (during the pandemic and Christmas week), especically with financial options. He was very respectful, polite, and understood our situation, he handled my parents with a professional manner. I appreciate that. My parents also appreciated his professional manners. We were also very grateful that Mike took the time to answer our questions by phone even on the week of Christmas.As far as how the installation process went, there were 2 guys who came over to our house to install the windows. I thought they did a fabulous job installing 4 windows in a 2 hour timeframe. The work was done in a very clean and efficient way and if there was a mess inside the room they were in, they would vaccum it.I would definitely recommend Window World to my friends or family or use Window World again.

Don’t ever use this company. The owner will threaten you if you want any warranty claim or them to fix there terrible work. Clean and inspect all windows prior to payment. Most you will find damage, scratches,,, also have a licensed contractor inspect workmanship. They dont secure window flashing with fasteners. They take tin bend in L shape and caulk in in place. There contractors also don’t like to insulate the cavities around the windows during install guess that’s because they have to pay for their own materials. Many of my windows had little to no insulation’s in the gaps between window and framing. Repeated request to the company to come look at the shotty work resulted in me getting called and threatened by the owner of the Denver company.

Ordered 15 weeks ago and no date yet for delivery and installation. I understand delays due to manufacturing challenges but communication of such should not be just we will call you when we get them.

Called for whole house replacement windows and was told Im not in their service area although they advertise serves weld county and surrounding areas....guess what? Im IN weld county...go figure..

We got 7 different bids from different window companies. Not only did Window World listen to what we were actually saying, but they also were a reasonable cost. They werent the cheapest, and they werent the most expensive. They provide an amazing product, warranty, friendly no pressure sales, and an amazing install. Justin the initial contact and sales, and Roberto and Diego were all so fantastic to work with. They did so good, that we replaced all 25 windows and 2 sliding glass doors.

I ordered a sliding patio door 5 months ago to be told for the 3rd time they don’t know when the door will come in. I paid half upfront with a promise of 10-12 weeks for install, which clearly did not happen. I have emailed and received no response. Each time I call I am given the runaround. To say I am angry and frustrated is an understatement. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

I wished I knew of Window World when my other windows needed replacement from hail damage. I saw noticeable difference in quality and price. For the same or less you have double hung windows (can open top or bottom...instead if single hung which only opens at the bottom), energy efficient, less glare windows. Just overall top quality.

The windows i ordered was taking too long its covid I understand so I called to cancel they responded with they are keeping the deposit so the response i got back was from the most unprofessional angry lady threatening to sue me for the rest of money owed and that I must delete my reviews so I did and now here an updated review. The manager I believe called me very angry at me and instead of trying to be nice and work things out I was threatened. I agreed to do the windows and pay the rest I just want the world to know what kind of leadership works there. The installer was good and salesman was good its whoever lady called me and threatens its customers should not be there is my opinion. Anti-SLAPP

Contracted for 3 doors. They came out and measured twice. Before installing the third door they said it didn’t fit and it would.3-6 moths before it would ready and might not fit again. It’s been 6 months since we contracted.Do not do business with unless you want the risk of a terrible experience...Also their sales came back after the contract was signed and said he made a mistake and I needed to pay $1200 more.

Throughout the experience with Window World, we were happy with the professionalism of each individual we worked with, from Justin Cropper who did our estimate, demonstration & measurements to the three men, Edgar and his team to do excellent work on the installation! We love the look of these new windows! We love the level of efficiency that is already making a difference in the internal warmth of our house. They are by far the best available windows at a price that is reasonable and fair.

Crew had to start one he late as we were out if city. Jesus told me he thought they could finish in time for us to leave back to our baby sitting gig in neighbiring town. They kicked it gear like two beavers. Super clean job. Every window fit exact Doir was absolutely gorgeous. They finished right when we had to goMy only regret is I had to rush out the door and forgot to tip them. But from previous call I gave his number so I’ll work it out. Great installers! Could ask for anything more. I’ll give your company highest reference to anyone! I mean that!

They did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. We had very little painting to do and only where they replaced the trim on outside windows. They were finished ahead of schedule. The windows are amazing, especially coming from near 40 year old windows. What a difference.

I’m sure there are better windows out there for two, three times the price, but WW delivers and their windows feel like a solid product. It was time for new windows so we jumped in and got some estimates. Our estimate with Mike was really awesome and informative. Other estimates didnt compare. Just as we expected the windows were custom made for our home and they came out and installed the full house in about 4hrs. They look awesome and we are so pleased!

Love my windows. Initial intent was to just replace some glass that the seals were broken in. I received a couple of estimates to have this done. At about the same time I noticed my neighbor getting new windows from Window World. Got an estimate and to my surprise the cost of replacing the entire window was just a little more than just replacing the glass. These new windows are much easier to clean and both sides slide as does the screen. Great improvement over the windows in the house we purchased. Great job installing as well. I highly recommend this companys product and customer service.

Window World did an AMAZING job designing our windows, and the install was perfect! Shon, our salesman, did a great job measuring our windows, and Miguel and Hector, the installers, arrived promptly, and they did not stop until the install was complete, the areas cleaned up from any debris, and a final inspection was made. The installers were very careful not to damage the structure on the inside and outside, and used tarps to protect our belongings when removing and hauling away our old windows. My husband is very particular about the quality of workmanship on our house, and he was even impressed by their quality of work. We were referred to Window World by one of our neighbors who was getting their windows installed, and because we were grateful for a job well done on our house, my parents had them install new windows at their house as well. Great price and professional installation. The buying process was easy and everything was on time. We only needed 1 window because we live in a small condo. If I ever need windows again, I will call them first.

From the moment I met with the representative, I felt comfortable. The pricing was fair and reasonable. It was explained to me what each step of the process would be and they stayed true to their timeline. On the day of install, we had snow. The installer still worked to get the job done. He kept each area clean and completed most of the job. He could not do the outside portion due to the weather, but came back the following day, as promised, and completed everything. What a professional group to work with!

Horrible experience. Their installers caused significant damage to my window sills, which they left for me, the homeowner, to fix. They also left unsealed gaps on the exterior putting me at serious risk of water damage to an interior wall, and left areas uninsulated. The sales guy promised corrective action, which never happened. To top it all off, their windows are garbage - my upstairs is consistently a few degrees colder, I hear more noise than ever before, and utility bills have gone up. This company is a joke, don’t waste your hard earned money... hire someone else. Trust me, if you hire these clowns you’ll end up regretting it.Update: The response below is bogus. Don’t be fooled.

During a recent very heavy rainstorm in Cheyenne, I observed minor water dripping on the inside of our large picture window. Since all the windows had been recently replaced by Window World, I therefore called to have a service employee come to evaluate and repair this leak.By prescheduled time, Zack King came to our home and I gave him evidence of the leak by dried water spots on the inside of the window and on the lower frame around the window. Upon his evaluation he observed a small dried brown water stain on the ceiling right above the window. I had not noticed this stain. He then went outside and immediately observed that exactly over this ceiling stain, was a vent on top of the roof.He came in and mentioned that some years ago he had worked for a roofing company, and that the leak most likely came from the nails which secure the vent to the roof. He said it was his previous company’s requirement that the nails would be sealed with silicone, to assure leakage would not occur.We both went up on the roof and found the three nails securing the vent were not sealed with silicone.I told him I could seal them and was so grateful for his expertise and evaluation of the likely source of the leak. He quickly told me he had silicone and promptly went out to his truck and after getting back on the roof, he sealed these nails.Upon my request on several times, if I needed to pay him for his valuable assistance and kind service, he said there was no charge for his service call nor for helping me.Although I frequently thanked him, I assured him I wanted to notify the company of his most kind attention and the service he provided us.Such professional caring attitude, that he displayed is a perfect demonstration of true “customer service” of the highest level of integrity.I assure you not only are we most pleased with the quality of the windows and their installation, but also because of his kind service, I assure Window World that the quality of the products as well as the kind attitude given when they were installed and now because of Zack, we will not hesitate to refer anyone who might be interested in replacement windows, to seriously consider Window World for quality and reasonable costs.I conclude to request that Zack be able to see his review, which I sincerely offer in his behalf.Thank you-Ken Galbraith

Had windows installed throughout the house, as well as a back door. Overall, the windows were done pretty well (there was 1 window he installed backwards, so the screen is on the wrong side from what I had asked for). They did a terrible job on installing the door: chipped the door frame (then tried to caulk over it), chipped the floor near the door (which we now have to replace/fill in), chipped our exterior wall, the top of the door isnt straight, and they used cheap wood-looking-plastic on the threshold. Really wish we wouldnt have had them install the door.Edit- they followed up and came out and repaired the exterior wall of the house. I appreciate the follow up.

Four windows replaced today and would like to give a shout out to the installer, Alberto. He arrived at said time, was polite and professional. He did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up all the dust and old windows. His work was perfect inside and out. Thanks Alberto!

Ive had a really great experience working with Window World. Robert was the salesman and put NO pressure on me (unlike Champion... ick) to buy but was ready to answer all my questions. When I said I was nervous about a poor install job (after reading some scary reviews), Robert said theyve been working on training and improving the quality of their installers and, to make me feel at ease, he would personally do the installation to make sure I felt comfortable. And, he did a great job (along with Diego). Im super happy and my new windows are a huge improvement to the house!

We have used Window World for many of our properties so we obviously love the product. The widows were delivered early and EXPERTLY installed this morning by Robert and Diego. They were professional and conscientious and we say it everytime.... what a difference those windows make! The excellent customer service begins with the sales process with Justin, to the office staff - Tasha, and ends with great installers 😊 And we all know it’s about the install. Our new windows look and work great! The installer was on time, friendly, and very clean. I didn’t even have to touch up paint when he was finished! He took time to show us how everything works and answer any question. I am very happy with our purchase.

Great Product, nice price and right on schedule. The only issue is that the installers pulled the decorative (fake) shutters off my house and they were ruined in the process. Im not sure why they needed to be removed as they werent in the way of the old window, but itll be a couple hundred to replace them. The installers were very nice guys though, and did remove a blind I had forgotten to take off.

I dont normally leave reviews for companies I use... I dont always care enough to put in the effort. BUT We had a fantastic experience with this company and more so with the installer that came to our home. He put the windows one day and finished the wrapping yesterday. He was the most polite, courteous worker in a long time. He didnt make a huge mess and what he did make, he cleaned up entirely. We have a 5 year old and a dog that will lick you to death. He handled both extremely well. He didnt get frustrated or annoyed at them; quite the opposite! He took time to pet our dog and say hi AND answer some of our little ones questions. Now that might not seem like a big deal, but he took time out of his schedule to engage politely in those around him. That says a lot to us. If you go with Window World, ask for Jeffery to install your windows, he was beyond fantastic.The company itself was also a pleasure to work with. The windows take time to get made and delivered to the company, as long as you know that and are prepared for the wait, its a great experience. The windows they use are a fantastic quality. The even Jeffery finished the install we were able to lower our thermostat by 4 degrees and its been 4-6 degrees lower ever since. They are a great quality. Everyone I spoke with at the company was polite and very professional :)

Exactly on time with all of their appointments. Half the price of a certain big box store. Great quality, great help.

Window World of Colorado is a great company. The owners and their employees are very honest and ethical. I always refer anyone who need new windows or other home improvement products to them. Their people are professionals and everyone that I have referred them to is so happy and thankful because they had the best price on high quality products. Their installers are perfectionists - and do great work! One of my friends just told me that their windows were not only installed ahead of schedule but that when they had scheduled their installation there was a snow storm coming and they came in and worked over the weekend to beat the storm! They were really impressed and just loved the installers! I know them personally and they truly care about their clients and care about their homes! I highly recommend Window World.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Sales representative very knowledgeable in her on site demonstration. Installer polite and quick. Only negative is the length of time it took to receive window but I knew that going in.

These guys are easy to work with. Return calls promptly. Also communicated via email. Pricing is great. Work was done professionally they hauled away all debris left No Mess. Highly recommend

I can highly recommend Window World of Colorado! This is a company who provides high quality windows at a very affordable price. I replaced all the windows in my house with Window World windows and I couldnt be happier. The installation crew were friendly, efficient and tidy. They did an excellent job and transformed the look of my house instantaneously! The windows are easy to operate and I loved the fact that they completely shut out the noise from the street outside! My Engineer husband, who is very particular when it comes to workmanship, was very impressed! Best of all, Window World Of Colorado charges half of what the competition asks for. Its a no brainer!!

Where do I start, sales rep was personable and did not subject us to the dog and pony show but gave us a reasonable price which we accepted. Installation time took a little longer than he promised but the installer was prompt, efficient and friendly . He cleared up after his work was done very nicely . Overall we are very happy with our new windows. We love the improvement to our home in appearance and comfort .I would recommend window world to anyone who asks me .

I have worked with Window World before and was very happy with the Company. This time I was very disappointed with the handling of the purchase. I was told 2 weeks ago a date of installation and when that date arrived I had not received a phone call from the office stating that the date was changed. When I called to find out why the delay I was told then that the date was changed to a date that was not good for me. I had to call in sick to my work place so I could accommodate Window World.The bright spot here is that the installers, lead by Alonso, were great. Alonso and his team took their time and made sure that the job was done right. Alonso came back to finish the job a day later since it started to snow. When Alonso returned with his team they finished install and made sure that things were better than when they arrived.Thanks to Alonso and his team he made what was a deal breaker something great.Thank you Alonso.

From the minute I called Window World I was treated with respect and kindness. The receptionists were very very professional and courteous. The sales person, Mike Cook, was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew I was getting another estimate and told me I should. The other estimate: salesperson rude and disrespectful. He was extremely pushy and demanded to know when I would have my decision. I immediately called Mike and ordered my windows. The installers were the same. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional! In this day and age when there are so many choices, it is fantastic that customer service and satisfaction are still a priority at WW. My windows are beautiful!!

The order was processed as promised. The installers where on-site as promised at 8am and worked all day to finish the job. When they were done the cleaned up and did a full review and tour to make sure I was happy.
