We had a new security door installed by Secure-All Security Doors and we could not be happier.  They replaced our old door (30+ year old door also from Secure All).  The new door is such a great product, stronger, aesthetically much better, and a world of difference from our old door.  Its not that the older door wasnt good was, it lasted over 30 years but the new door is fantastic.  The ordering was smooth and the installation was fantastic and we are thrilled with the new door.  Thank you very much.

Secure Alls doors are worth every penny. Im impressed with the craftsmanship and it looks great on our house. They are truly secure- no way to get around the plates protecting locks and hinges. The metal coat finish is gorgeous. The installer, Ken, spent plenty of time explaining the doors mechanisms and details of the 5 year warranty. Overall, a very positive experience.

When we were looking to replace our old storm door or son suggested secure all security doors which has been in our neighborhood forever. We just received our new door! It is everything we expected and more. Ken was meticulous with the installation. Our 70’s era house proved to be a challenge but he took the time and extra effort to give us a great finished product. We purchased doors from Secure All for our previous home and they gave us many years of comfort and security. They have made improvements to the closer and other features that make these doors even better than the last. These aren’t the cheapest doors but the quality of the product and the great service make Secure All an outstanding value.

Weve had our doors for 3 years and they are FANTASTIC. We opted for the Lexington with lowered center and (unlike some our our purchases) would DEFINITELY do it again. The security aspect of this door is great; with the deadbolt set you cant find a more secure frame. Screen-to-glass replacement is easily done (and affords a great opportunity to clean the frame with a soft towel and warm water and they look brand new). Also - get the hook for the exterior of the door to hang wreaths, well worth the small up charge. We also added side lights to the front door for a finished look and are quite happy with the result!The door finish is smooth powder coat - 2 pretty severe winters and hot summers and they look new. The hardware is super solid, no issues there and with keyed deadbolt access on both sides we feel we have maximum security and a gorgeous door to look through.Highly recommend these for a permanent solution to storm/security needs and they are local so theyll be there in a pinch. I removed my lower screen and a clip broke (probably due to me over tightening it when I put the screen in back in March) - replaced with some extras at no charge. Great customer service, great care during install, great doors!!!

The quality of Secure Alls security doors is superb. One of our doors was damaged by contractors moving a large item out of our home. Ken of Secure All was incredibly responsive and stopped by our house to assess the situation. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were speedy and very fairly priced. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from Secure All!

Lets start with the pros. This place makes nice doors. They insulate well and look nice. However I would not recommend this place. We have had our door for 10 years and the handle broke off due to normal use. The marks system that is used is impossible to find parts for and the handle breaking off was due to a bad design choice that puts a much harder metal c clip against much softer metal in our case brass, causing it to wear out over time. Furthermore when we went to the showroom (very nice by the way) we were told that these systems should only last for 10 years!! Not only that but when we asked to buy an new handle we were told that it would cost more for 2 handles and cylinders than it would to buy a whole new lock. After doing some more research I found that the full lock set from marks that we bought costs way less than what they sold it to us for as they charged 60$ extra. Also a rekeying fee of 50$ for 2 cylinders is crazy. Ace hardware will do it for way cheaper or just do it yourself as it is way easier than it seems. The salesperson we talked to was also not very knowledgeable as she told us that we should lubricate the locking mechanism with wd40. This is bad advice as wd40 is a water displacer used to prevent corrosion, not a lubricant. Instead a premium garage door lubricant should be used as the bottle usually also says that it is meant for locks and it actually lubricates unlike wd40. I am no locksmith but I feel that this is pretty elementary knowledge. Also the comment about locks only lasting for 10 years was a bit off-putting as a 300$ lock set should last longer and kinda shows how this place wants to sell their products without any concern for the customer. We have bought 2 doors from this place and we love the doors themselves but if you are planning on using this door regularly for more than10 years then you should find a different storm door and save the money. The fact that they are unwilling to at least discount the price of parts due to faulty design of the marks locks is absurd. Overall love the doors just not the sales practices or the locks themselves. Very dissatisfied. I understand that others have had good experiences with this company and our first experience was but this second experience really put us off.

Honestly this process from start to finish was absolutely the smoothest in our new house building experience. Ordering and option choices were done quickly and even included a home visit to finalize metal color. Ken kept us updated on manufacturing time lines and showed up on time (actually early) and worked for 10 hours to get our front door just right. His pleasant demeanor made it easy to discuss necessary maintenance and just have very enjoyable conversations throughout the day. We recently called Ken about an issue that was occurring randomly with my locking mechanism. He was as pleasant this day as he was 6 years ago. Unlike the brand it replaced on the front of our home, It continues to stand out as a beautiful addition. 23 years ago, being divorce and house poor, I bought an exterior door from SecureAll. I didnt even have enough in the bank to pay for it. They finance it for me. I cannot express enough the joy it has brought me. I have southwest exposure wo when I leave the door open - I benefit from the warming the house.Time has passed and its now time to service the door. We recently had our 70’s security door replaced by Security Doors and it was the most gratifying experience. Ken C. was our contact person as well as installer. From the start he asked questions to determine the best option for our needs. He sent a quote, we approved, and he was over in a couple of days to take measurements. He also accessed our doorframe to determine if it required work for a proper fit—which it did. Because of Covid work was somewhat delayed and Ken called several times with updates. I recently had Secure All install a screen door on my home. We saw them at the Home Show while we shopped for this type of door. Of the products I saw, they had the only all steel product there and it included features beyond the framing and lock to prevent forcible entry through their door. We made an appointment for the measurements. They manufactured the door to fit our opening exactly. They then installed it in a few hours last week. Everything was carefully done. The ventilation this summer will be great and so will the insulating effect next winter. A great experience.

Ken installed my door on 03/30/20. The door arrived ahead of schedule, he coordinated the installation in advance, and did a wonderful job on the installation. The door is wonderful, letting light into my home, providing security. I leave the front door open now that the weather is getting nicer...and when I switch out the glass panels to screens the breeze coming through will be great.I couldnt be happier with the entire ordering process, timing, features and quality of the door.

Let me start by saying that this company was the eighth company I contacted trying to get help for a door that I have bleeding from my garage to my home. Lou, apparently one of the owners, spoke to me at great length and even though I was prepared to purchase the door from him, he felt that this would not be the right fit for what I needed. Ive purchased two door locks from Lou and the second time he called me his best customer. 5 stars isnt enough for this amazing company! Lou expertly identified the lock set from a door from the 50s and expertly selected a replacement lock that fit and then keyed it to match the one I had purchased from him a year or two before. I wish I had more doors so that I could have more interaction with this amazing company! As much care as he took with my lock project I can not imagine why anyone would buy a security door from anyone else. I will only use this company for my security door needs. He is a marks lock dealer and this is a very special lock that you cant just buy at home depot and its a very secure lock. He also sells doors. He helped me and provided a video so that I could do it myself. He even gave me screws to make my door more secure. The project took some emailing to make sure I had the right lock, but he is an expert and knew immediately! Thank you Lou!!

This review is long overdue. A few years ago my house was broken into. They broke through the security door that I had recently purchased at a big box store. My home was ransacked, all of my sentimental valuables were gone and my kids were terrified. The police had to nail boards to the opening of my door to temporarily secure it. I was panicked about getting a new security door up as soon as possible, but wanted to make sure that I chose wisely as the inexpensive version did not serve me well. I called several companies who werent very helpful. Thank goodness I reached Ken at Secure-All - he sensed my urgency and came right over with a temporary door that he called the terminator that would keep us safe until our new door got installed. He went above and beyond. He assured me that their doors are the best in the industry and that no robber would be able break through this bad boy. A couple months later I had a contractor doing some work at my house and he commented on my door and said that Secure-All was the best door you could buy! That gave me additional peace of mind! Today, I called to mention that my lock was sticking. Ken came right over to check it out. There was some grime build up and all it needed was a good cleaning with some WD40. He refused to charge me for the trip. I love that they are a local, family business who really cares about their product as well as their customers! We purchased a wrought iron storm door from Secure All back in 2008. We just changed out the screens for the glass. We absolutely love this storm door. It has many features: double lock for extra security, a small toggle mechanism to keep the door unlocked if you go out to get the paper, exchanging the glass for the screens is made so easy! The design of the door was well thought out to make it well worth the cost. If you are considering buying a storm door be sure to visit the company and let them show you how great these doors are!

Admittedly, I balked at the cost of the custom security door, but after having it for a couple weeks now, Im so glad we got it. We wanted a security door with a dog door since we have two dogs that can never decide whether they want to be inside or outside, and we couldnt find a quality product until we came across this company. We worked with Ken, and he did a great job communicating about the job, the costs and type of products available. The best part of the door -- aside from the freedom of the dog door -- is that it is custom fitted and sealed tight so we can still have it open (locked for people, open for the dogs to go back and forth) and it protects against the outside temp. For instance, its 40 degrees out right now, and I cant feel any cold coming through that door.So, if youre looking for a custom dog door/security door, I can honestly say that this is a good company to work with, and Im very satisfied with the quality of the product.

We were looking for a storm door to protect our investment in a high-end entry door (yes, the expert service guy from the door company said get a storm door to fix the problem) - saw Secure-All at the home improvement show and was impressed by the workmanship and approach that the company displayed. We figured it wasnt the cheapest, but certainly was the best built door on the entire show floor (I think there were at least 6-10 vendors). The added level of security that the Secure-All model provided was an extra benefit that would help protect not only us but the household possessions.Two years later and we are STILL impressed with the quality of our Secure-All door. There are many cool/warm days when we can leave the entry door open and just use the Secure-All door (whether with the screens or without). With the glass installed the door provides a thermal insulator - we never seem to feel the cold like we did before we had the storm door.As for the company, we recently had the closer go out and the door would close quicker than it should. A call to Secure-All and we had Ken come out the next day, with the part in-hand, ready to replace the defective closer. Not only did Ken show up early for the appointment, but approached the job with a smile and a happy to fix it attitude. Even better, nearly two years after the sale, the replacement part was covered under warranty!! A VERY nice surprise in this day and age of 90 day to 1 year warranties that are typical. We dont get this level of service from the company that put in our new windows (and entry door) at an extremely HIGH price.I would HIGHLY recommend Secure-All for anyone that is looking for a secure storm door. No, they are not the cheapest, but the quality of the door and the customer service that they provide is well worth the expense. I would use them again without hesitaation.

I have enjoyed a Secure-All security door for at least ten years now. It was not the cheapest door but they came out and measured my door and when door had arrived installed it quite professionally. I had a closer that had recently failed, so I called the office to see about going and getting a replacement. While leaving a message to call me back Ken picked up the call, was fairly nearby and so he whooshed over in 10 minutes time and not only replaced the closer (which he had in the truck, in the correct color) but the latching mechanism as well. One is hard pressed to find a good quality product and this high a level of service these days. In fact I can think of no one else that I have hired that has this high quality of service, and to top it off they seem to like the family business (40 years plus) and their jobs. Way to go guys, I am impressed, and I do not impress that easily.

You’ve read reviews from new customers but I doubt you’ve read a review regarding 14 –year-old Secure All double-entry doors that are still operating in excellent condition! I purchased my doors in 2000. They have been trouble free all these years. This summer I had the interior double-entry doors replaced. That meant the Secure All security doors needed re-keyed and a lower angle security bracket replaced (removed during new door installation). I can attest to the superior quality of these doors and that Secure All stands by its product. Additionally, Ken Colaizzi provides outstanding customer service. These security doors are the best built on the market. Nothing else will give you better protection, peace-of-mind, and reliability.

Youve read all the reviews about this family owned and operated small business and our family echoes the positive experience. We had a couple issues with the front and back patio doors and its the service after the sale that really sets them apart! The front door closer stopped working and was promptly replaced. Ken also replaced the entire patio door rain eave when a screw holding the old eave broke. When I told him about a rain storm that seemed to get rain into the patio door, he siliconed around the patio doors. Secure All is comitted to their customers!

When I first moved to Northwest Denver I worked at trying to support local and family owned companies in the neighborhood. I knew I needed security doors for my home (front, back and French doors to a patio). I did some shopping around and decided on Secure All to start the process. Security doors that are really security doors are going to cost. You get what you pay for. I was immediately impressed with how solid the doors at Secure All were.I used my tax refund one year to get the front and back doors taken care of. I was really pleased with the way that we were able to come up with a pattern that fit the style of my 82 year old home. A year later, I used my tax refund to do the French doors to the patio area. I was able to match the style of the other doors and what was nice was that the same installer, Ken, from the year before, was my installer for the French doors.My home underwent a major renovation over the past year requiring the back door and its frame to be removed. I was not home when the removal occured and the contractors didnt use the greatest of care in the removal. When it came time to re-install the old door, I went to Secure All and spoke with the owner. We weren sure, with some of the modifications to the door opening, if the old door was going to work.Ken came out and took a look and assured me that they would be able to make it work. Whew! That saved a bundle as I wasnt going to have to buy whole new door. We set up a date for the installation. It happened to be the Saturday morning when we had sub zero temperatures. (The same day that our Denver Broncos lost to the Baltimore Ravens in a very cold playoff game.) Ken showed up at 7:00 a.m. as scheduled ready to install. Although I was eager for the door to be installed it seemed inhumane to allow it. Ken was willing though, even in the bitter cold. We re-scheduled at my insistence.Ken came on a warmer day, got the door installed and its like it was never removed. The first door has been on the house for 12 years. All of the doors show very little wear and I feel just as secure now as I did when the final doors were installed. If you want doors that are truly security doors, from a company that is locally and family owned and operated, with service professionals who are both professional and friendly, this is the company to turn to. They show up when they say they are going to and communicate with you through the process so there are no surprises. It has been great working with Ken. He has been the installer for each of the doors. Thats stability! and Security!
