Brittini was exceptional! We had great difficulty matching our existing openers but she refused to give up and her persistence paid off as she was able to find a perfect match. That made the install go quite easily and we are more than pleased with the end result. I stand in awe at the level of customer service that R and R provides. They are to be commended for their efforts to provide their customers with the openers that they need. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use and recommend them in the future.

I received impeccable customer service from Star as I worked through buying corners to try to fix a broken Hurd screen to deciding to order replacement screens instead. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and gave me the information I needed to make my buying decisions. I would highly recommend using R&R Windows and Doors. Update on 4/15/2021-I ordered two replacement screens using the directions for measurements on the web site. The screens were about 3/8 too big and didnt fit in the window. Star told me they could cut down the screens for me. I live in Breckenridge, Colorado, and the R&R Windows and Doors office is in Denver. I dropped the screens at the office on the way to an appointment and was able to pick up the modified screens on my way back to Breckenridge late afternoon. I was impressed with this level of customer service, another reason I am recommending R&R Windows and Doors as a place to buy Hurd replacement screens.

I was blown away by this companys amazing customer service! I had been struggling to find a replacement multipoint lock for a set of French doors in my home. I had called dozens of stores, looked at nearly a hundred websites and had a local locksmith come and see if he could do anything. Then I found R&R. Starlene was amazing, right away I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. That was so refreshing after previously speaking with so many other people that couldnt have cared less. Star took the time to find me exactly what I needed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I found her to be very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Star and Ron stayed late to show us the different options available to us for doors and windows. They were very patient with us and very easy to understand when discussing features and options. Even when a window or door was more expensive there was no pressure put upon us to choose it. We were sold when we left the building without seeing an official quote. The experience was much different and better than dealing with Home Depot. Home Depot called our patio door size custom which translates to more expensive. Ron and Star were able to beat Home Depots custom quote without even trying even though they provided a superior product in quality and beauty.The installation process and time to completion was excellent. Ron and Ronnie were very professional, quick, clean, efficient, friendly, and completed the install well within the estimated timeframe.Overall, the experience from beginning to end was top notch and we would highly recommend R&R Windows. Going forward for all my windows and door needs R&R Windows will always be the first company I purchase from and recommend.

We love Sierra Pacific windows but recommend looking for another distributor. We spent $25K and had multiple issues 1. Two windows were ordered but missing which delayed our project several weeks. No aplology. Windows added - luckily we caught it. No customer service - never followed up or thanked us at all. Then, Star harrassed our contractor for final payment before our order was complete. She is terrible!! Left messages for Rob with no return calls. They even filed a lien on our property. If a company is so cash poor, they should plan better. We built a new home addition with no issues from over 15 other companies. In fact Lowes was late 2 weeks and stood behind their order/commitment and gave us a 25% credit for the inconvenience. Wish we knew R&R would be the worst service before spending $25K.

R&R Windows and Doors was very helpful helping me find replacement grilles for my front door. The door is an older model no longer manufactured. I have to give a special thanks to Star. She is extremely knowledgable, very helpful and a joy to work with. She suggested shipping the grille KD which means disassembled so shipping costs would be reduced.
