He created a lower setting for my active lifestyle and came up with a clean modern setting style and band to fit the diamond I had. He also made the matte, textured finish that I was wanting and did such fabulous work. Resizing was done to a wedding band as well that was flawless. Prices were all very reasonable. William met with us several times to draw our designs, make a wax model, and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He’s super knowledgeable, creative, and true expert. William did a wonderful job with this one! He crafted a heart-shaped pendant for us out of a Welo Opal with an asymmetrical heart shape we won online. Even though the opal was irregular in shape, the mold he carved for the stone evened out the opal and made it look bigger than it is! He set the stone exactly how high I wanted it and he polished the final product to my satisfaction. The process took about 3 months (Mar-May) and William was very responsive and patient the whole way. I would confidently recommend his work for anyone looking to have a very special piece done.

There is large sentimental value both in the ring having been my mothers and in the stone itself which was brought to America by my fathers grandmother. William immediately understood our feelings about the ring and worked with us to find the best way to restore it to its former beauty without disturbing the overall feeling of the ring. My fiancee could not be happier and I am too. He spent extra time making sure that he had the right techniques for restoring the ring and for working with the platinum that I now understand can be very challenging due to the high melting point. His charge was extremely reasonable as well. We couldnt be more pleased with having chosen to trust William with our restoration.

We came to William with a custom design for our engagement ring and he was fantastic to work with! He met with us four times to work out our design, finalize the materials and ensure the correct sizing. William handcrafted our wedding rings and we just love them! We talked about a design of intertwining vines for my wifes ring and a tree-bark engraved pattern for mine. He let us make modifications in the wax molds, and had great suggestions on how to make them more our own. We wanted to use amber in the rings as an homage to our home-away-from-home in southern Mexico, but its too soft to last in a lifetime ring, so William found us some gorgeous orange sapphires that are actually the perfect color.Not only was he a pleasure to work with, but he also made sure to stay within our budget which we greatly respect and appreciate.We recommend him to anyone looking for quality custom jewelry, especially for something so special as a wedding set.It feels good to have a one-of-a-kind ring from a-one-of-a-kind ringsmith--hes a gem! :)
