Everything in this place is absolutely delicious. The two ladies that are always working at the counter are lovely. You cant go wrong with anything you order here its all so delicious.

The mango chamango and ice cream is very tasty. Only thing that was disappointing was the costumer service. 2/3 people working in the front were nice. The other one had a attitude for no reason when we were being nice 🤨.

The woman working had a gash on her finger I noticed when she gave me an elote. She wasn’t wearing gloves.. The elote had WAY too much chile. Pretty turned off by this place... seems very unsanitary.

If I could give less I would. Got a shaved ice (raspado) here and the ice had black spots that honestly looked like mold. Once I talked to the rude employee she replied “it’s just the ice” and I would not get a refund. Mention I’m pregnant and honestly don’t know what a health inspector would have to say about this.

The place is small but it never dissapoints! Elotes, Taki Locos, ice creams, Masapan Smoothies--Theres lots of things Ive tried here and loved. I hope this place never goes out of business

Great little ice cream shop with a lot of choices for treats. Super friendly people each time we have been there too. Not all uppity and yuppie like most ice cream shops in Denver.

To the reviewers that called this place dirty and were upset about the lack of ice cream selection, please remember this is not your gentrified ice cream shop. Paleteria Chihuahua, as the name implies sells paletas not necessarily ice cream although they do serve some ice cream. The shop has been in the neighborhood over 10 years. They primarily serve venders who sell out of carts in the area, but they also have a nice storefront with seating outside, and a large selection of Mexican candies and of course paletas! You dont have to speak Spanish to be a customer but if you can muster a few Spanish words youll go a long way.

Terrible customer service (it seems that one is going to ask them for a gift), a lot of old merchandise (very old ice cream and cocktail fruit), and prices go up when paying ... They look at you very despicable ... better look for another paleteria, there are many around this one and with much better merchandise, quality and treatment.

They last a long time, they dont have whole corn and the glass ones were not my favorite !!
