I was visiting from out of town and Byron and the staff here were very helpful and welcoming

It is NEVER A QUICK IN & OUT EXPIRIENCE. Customer Service staff is seriously slacking. Lines are always super long. Terrible!!! Frustrating!

Pretty good staff

This review is for 12/28/16 around 3:30, most of the staff there is really friendly except a guy who is a Pharmacy Tech, he really makes sure to make your picking up your meds experience as crappy as possible. Honestly, I still do not know why they still employ him when he has such a horrible attitude. Additionally, he gets annoyed when you cannot understand what he is saying, I doubt most people can hear him since he speaks so low. I give two stars because the other staff is wonderful, but this employee really brings the quality of customer service for this pharmacy really down.

I have life threatening epilepsy and today Amanda the tech went above and beyond to help me get life saving meds I need and how to fix the problem if we had more techs like her life would be sooo much easier this woman deserves an award for literally saving my life, when all other techs said I dont know! they need a lesson from Amanda
