Doug at mile high signs is great. He worked with me to create a sign that turned out better than I had envisioned. He even came to Denver from Strasburg just to show me sample materials, ensuring that I would be happy with the end result. He found ways to keep price down, and still provide a fantastic sign. I loved this place, and will go back for any future sign needs.

Very unprofessional service. He was subcontracted out to complete the signs for our entry ways. I called Doug to ask for a Bill of Material for the signs he created and was told he would get back to me, never did. I called later that week and left a voice mail for Doug and never got a return call. I then got a nasty call from the general contractor stating that Doug had called them and told them I wouldn’t stop calling him even though there were only 2 phone calls. All we were asking for was a BOM. Honestly the signs were not terrible but not amazing, pretty much just average. Anyone who’s anyone in the sign business could have fabricated them and the fact that we got charged 14k for 4-24”x66” stainless steel signs is dumbfounding. My suggestion is to go to another sign fabricator and hope the next sign Doug builds is an “out of business” sign for himself. Thank you Doug for giving us a very average, overpriced, hard to read entry way to our neighborhood. Couldnt have done it with out you!
