I have had nothing less than exceptional customer service and the products are great. Renee is very helpful and knows her stuff. She spent quite a while on the phone with me going over different options and ideas. She is very easy to get a hold of and her communication is excellent. I have bought several items over the past few years with IBS Nationwide and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I always receive my products quickly and the follow up from Renee is a plus.
