This is the best wrapping/specialty paper I have ever seen in one store. All the sheets and stone paper we beautiful. I also had the staff wrap my gifts, of which there were 6 and I had 4 different papers and particular ribbon requests. They freakin nailed it. I couldnt believe how wonderful of a job they did. Thank you to whomever wrapped my gifts!!

Whenever I need a card for any occasion, The Paper Source in Cherry Creek is my go to. A wide assortment of cards help me convey the right sentiment, and the friendly, professional sales staff are quick to help point me in the right direction.I would describe the place as -- quaint -- and a place I will continue to patronize because it does not have the sterility of on-line shopping, but the atmosphere of a time when personality and conversation made up 90% of the sale.Bravo Zulu! The staff was very helpful. I went in looking for a decorative, non-Christmas gift box, and the woman who was working there found me just the right box in the right size. The store carries many goods made of paper, including decorated gift boxes, gift bags, cards, tissue paper, and books but they also carry a variety of other products such as ribbon, bath bombs, masks (the kind that clean your face and the kind that cover your mouth and nose), decorative items, and more.

Loved this store. Found hysterical gifts, crafts and fun stuff for any age. Im glad I stopped in!

My Fiancé and I scheduled a wedding invitation consultation to go into this Paper Source store. When we went into the store, they told us that they were not doing in-store consultations anymore and that we shouldnt had even been able to schedule one in the first place. They also told us all invitations had to be ordered online. So after all that time wasted, we placed our order on 12/7 early in the morning, so Paper Source would have our order first thing Monday morning and even paid extra money for rush service that promises same day proof approval. By 12/9, we had not heard back from Paper Source at all. We called their customer care line and just a heads up, you better have at least 2 hours of free time just to wait on hold to even talk to somebody and thats if you get lucky! We were either disconnected or hung up on several times. When we finally reached a live person, she was so rude and nasty. When we asked to speak to a manager, she literally just hung up on us. We couldnt even believe the customer service that we were getting, I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Finally by email, we were able to talk to Meghan, our designer and she informed customer care about the issues we were having. By 12/10 our designer sent us our proof, after reviewing it we agreed that it needed spacing corrections. We emailed Meghan back with the corrections on 12/11 at 9am. Meghan was out of the office that week and we were left without a proof. Definitely worst rush service weve ever experienced. Finally on 12/14, after several attempts to contact Meghan or customer care, Jenna, who was covering for Meghan answered to our e-mail with our proof, which we approved right away. After calling several times, we were able to contact Vince in customer care, on 12/28 which was the 11th business day after our proof was approved and the 16th from the day we placed our order, Vince couldnt give us a reason for why we didnt have our invitations yet but he promised to get back to us first thing in the morning the next day...Were still waiting for Vince to contact us back. Today January 5th, we finally got our invitations a couple hours ago, while prepping them to be sent out finally, GUESS WHAT?! Paper Source has our freaking address misspelled on all the envelopes, they have Mississippi as Mississippe. After all the stress, this is what we still have to deal with. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever gone through in my life and as if planning a wedding isnt stressful enough, they treat you like they could care less. Even when all of the issues are on their end. All I can say is that if youre getting married and looking for a stress free wedding invitation experience, I would definitely take your business elsewhere. Nobody deserves to go through what we have and I am not one to complain and leave bad reviews EVER but I want to give people a heads up and let them know full disclosure in what they are getting themselves into at this place.

Although there is paid parking, this little boutique has so much in store. From specialty crafting supplies to classy and quirky small gifts, youll definitely always find something here to purchase. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable of what they carry. Its always a neat and tidy place despite being small with lots of variety of product. This place is always magical for me.

Great! They have a large selection of items. Very nice people. Yet when I paid for my item, the young lady couldnt understand why I gave her $24.75 for items that cost $14.75. Luckily her colleague said just give him $10 for change.

I love this place, so much. SO much. Its so fun, this store has a workshop in the back so it offers even more selection than some of the other locations might.I did a creative writing work shop here, I was ultimately disappointed in the class. It just wasnt what I thought it would be... but we still enjoyed ourselves and I learned a few new tricks ;-) This place is wonderful, great for small gifts or treats for yourself or if your crafty/artsy, need stationary, need invitations need anything paper ... come here. Did I mention I love this place?

My daughter and I love this store. They have a lot of fun products and cards, great if you want unique gifts. However what I really like if they have tons of options for invitations and scrapbooks. they can show you how to make the invitations or you can purchase them as well they also have summer programs for kids.

I thought that this was going to be a wood supply store given that the source of paper is typically trees. However, despite the lack of lumber I found it to be a lovely little gift shop. I picked up a unique selection of craft greeting cards that were great as a shim for my table saw.

What a great find in cherry creek. Stopped in to get a very specific part for a fountain pen. While they didnt have it - they were able to direct me to another store that did! But we stayed a bit and shopped. Ended up buying some birthday cards and making some notes for future presents. Unique inventory, friendly staff, and a fun place to visit .

I LOVE THIS STORE! If I ever need a gift or present or a little self-care present, I go here. No need to stress--I can always find a thoughtful, fun, useful gift. Their paper selection is amazing as well--I come here to buy paper for photoshoots.

Beautiful handmade papers. I brought in the items I needed wrapped to make sure the paper or box I found here fit well. I ended up buying an amazing sheet of handmade paper. Had they offered to wrap my item, that would have made my day and Id be giving them 5 stars.

I could spend hours in this place. Very inspiring. Theres a planner, journal, book, gift or pen for every occasion.

Very helpful and enthusiastic staff. I found a great selection of paper and chachkies for my flat lay photos. They even offered for me to use the large table at the back of the store to lay items out to see how things would work together.

Shopping isnt one of my core competencies. But, Paper Source helped me make this Mothers Day a winner. First, they basically held my hand and helped me find the perfect gift. And yes. I needed the help. Then, I walked out without my entire order. The staff chased me down 10 blocks (Im a fast walker). And as I was going into my next meeting at Ink Coffee, they found me and delivered the rest of my order. How cool is that!Customer Service is alive and well.

Today we went to several office supply and hobby stores looking for stationary for invitations, after being ignored by employees of the big box stores it was nice to be assisted by a knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic staff.

If I need any kind of greeting card this is my go to place to find one. Also, if Im looking for something fun to do on the weekend, I love seeing whats new in the store.

Be prepared to be distracted upon entry with a myriad of beautiful designs ranging from classy to punny. I went in for a new calendar, finding an excellent selection even beyond their brand name such as Rifle Paper Co., kate spade, Lilly Pulitzer, etc. I came out with one along with discounted kitchy holiday card sets, a few of their wonderfully punny cards, some great art pens, and even a complimentary notebook! Would definitely recommend, especially if youre okay with a bit of a higher price point.

My fiancée and I did our save the dates here and it took almost 2 months to get them processed. There was so much back and forth and we dealt with many different people. Our order was constantly getting approved. We finally got them and were given a discount for the inconvenience but I was very disappointed with the overall service and will not use Paper Source again.
