Excellent shop to work with. The counter installation was well timed, fairly priced and used great materials. The installation team communicated extremely well and kept me informed thru the process. I would highly recommend.

HORRIBLE experience, STAY AWAY - I paid in full 6K for countertops that were cut wrong (not given the overhang I paid for), installed a whole 1 inch off/ crooked, backsplash was missing/ never got installed, multiple other problems that took weeks and 2 techs coming out to assess while wasting my time so my construction cant move forward, my kitchen cant be used, my business cant open... for over a monthFinally they agree to replace main counter and claim they cant get the material, so they dont give me new material option to replace all of counters- of which are all poor quality and have flaws, streaks that 2 other countertop professionals gave 3rd party opinions and told me they need to be replaced. Would have been another month waiting for material and low confidence the counters would even be installed correctly the second time around.took over 3 months for me to finally dispute this entire transaction and start over/ now I am out the cost to remedy, plus all my time, stress, frustration and project management this company doesnt do - I hope ROB BERGER tries to respond to this and owns up to the poor quality company he represents. He blamed me for my sink being the issue and deflecting other mistakes on his end - why couldnt the job simply be done right the first time - dont have this happen to you.

We had to have a defective carpet replaced and Top Shop was the vendor. After 5 months of calls/emails for warranty info and ordering and install the carpet was finally installed - and the crew caused damage to our house. We are still 2 months after the install/damage and Top Shop is refusing to fix. Ive had to obtain an attorney to get this resolve (still on-going). Horrible customer service and absolutely no care about quality or integrity!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! (I gave them 1 star as I cannot post this review with zero.)

They dont know how to return phone calls or make appointments at all. The countertop is fine, but I hated every moment I had to talk to anyone at this company.

We were unable to use the counter top. We asked for our refund and they havent given it to us and its going on a month!

This company takes advantage of small business owners will not pay for work done.
