We reached out to Milestone Granite after our previous fabricator fell through. Marina was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had quotes to us within 24 hours for multiple materials. We went from quote to install in less than 30 days! Their template specialists worked with us on the spot at our house to design the island shape exactly how we wanted it. The entire install team was friendly, punctual, and experts at their craft. Overall a wonderful company who values the customer experience and delivers fantastic work. Would recommend to anyone, and we will be using them again in the future for our bathroom remodels.

Ive worked with milestone granite two times, the first time I did not have any issues so I returned for a 2nd project. This time I was very disappointed as David provided me with a quote and then increased the price by $900 when I was ready to move forward. No changes were made to the project size or scope. Apparently the stone we are using has increased in price - while this may be the case, the whole point of a quote is so that I can compare options, budget accordingly, and make an informed decision. if the quote isnt going to be honored, what is the point of the quote in the first place? Im now left looking for another fabricator after spending a bit over a month planning with Milestone.

I used Milestone Granite for a second time for a partial kitchen remodel where I replaced the existing granite along with minor construction. Marina again was an excellent source of knowledge and went out of her way to help me with the granite I purchased from Granite Imports, one of her suggested stone vendors.Marina was patient and followed up with each step of the project. The person who made the templates was through, timely and obviously did a great job as the installers had no problems removing my old granite and installing the new stone. Milestone Granite was able to make only one seam on the entire project and the installers were so good, people have a hard time finding the seam. Its nice to use a local company who employs caring, knowledgable people who make sure the customers are happy with the outcome.From start to finish, an excellent job!

April 9 2021 I signed the Milestone customer expectation agreement. On May 4th the granite was installed. Overall, I would say my granite fabrication and install, looks beautiful. I am attaching a couple of photos of the end result. Yet, I have mixed feelings and I am subtracting one star for the following two reasons: David Gerdes, sales representative, increased the price quoted by 12%. He said he made a calculation mistake. Per the above agreement, All initial pricing is based on dimensions provided by the customer. Pricing will to be adjusted according to actual square footage of the countertop area after the template. However, I sent very detailed photos of the area with a tape measure show the exact dimensions. These were also accompanied by a diagram representing the layout of my counter tops. (I am attaching a few more photos representative of what was sent). It may have been an honest mistake, but 12% is a fairly large increase in price given what was provided. Issue #2, the installer was surprised that he and I were not informed that an overhang of granite at the bar was present and needed support brackets due the weight of the granite. It became apparent that the brackets had to be installed as the drywall below the overhang began cracking. Typically, such brackets are installed inside the cabinetry as to be hidden, and at the time of granite installation. Since we did not know in advance it was too late to get them on the day of the installation. Therefore, he suggested I have them installed later. So a less than ideal installation, the brackets will not be hidden but visible requiring cutting of cabinet molding and additional expense for materials, drywall repair and installation.

We had a wonderful experience with Milestone Granite! David Gerdes worked with us from day 1 and was both very helpful and very patient with our numerous questions. This was our first granite installation project, and David helped us find every possible granite provider, select the right granite for our kitchen and bathroom, and lay out the slab just the way we wanted it. They worked with us on timing issues and the installation crew did a great job with fit and finish and cleaning up afterwards. We highly recommend this group, and be sure to ask for David!

Working with Milestone is truly an exceptional experience. As a designer my expectations are quite high but Milestone does not disappoint. They go above and beyond on both fabrication and install. I have a laminated edge throughout my kitchen and the seam is invisible - which still blows me away every time I look at it! Such craftsmanship. On install day, the owner, Xavier, showed up to ensure all went smoothly. We were so impressed by his hands on approach and his dedication to his clients. I also can’t say enough about Kate. An exceptional partner to her clients and an ambassador for the company. We cant say enough about how impressed we are with our experience with the Milestone Granite team. I would highly recommend Milestone Granite, I was very happy with my quartz countertop purchase. I met with Xavier, we selected the material, he provided me with a great price within my budget for a really beautiful product, we signed the contract that day, agreed on dates for templating and installation. He made the whole process very simple. Within weeks my beautiful new countertops were installed, and I love them. One minor issue was dealt with very professionally, Xavier really stepped up to make his customer very happy. Definitely would give them 5 stars.

Good customer service at the beginning. Upfront regarding costs and an immediate estimate, which we really appreciated. I really liked that the template was done old school using strips of corrugated plastic which allowed me to see things I never would have been able to see using just the new electronic template method. The installers did a nice job, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant.However, you should really question any company that makes you sign a 4 page agreement regarding their service. Shame on us for not reading this lengthy agreement thoroughly. Make sure you request your leftover granite if you want if for something else.Apparently our granite was cracked on a small L portion during fabrication and repaired to look like a vein without us knowing. The repair is decent but different in look and color than any other fissure on the granite and you can feel where it has been repaired on top and bottom. We noticed it after we signed off on installation. If they would have been up front with us when it happened, we could have made a new small piece out of our leftover and had a less noticeable seam.Our real problem is how this was handled: we were told it was a fissure, but they admitted they broke it during fabrication and were not willing to replace the piece. We asked for 10% of the total job(granite & labor) and would have left a good review saying there was problem but they made it right. They offered 10% of labor only with a disparagement agreement. We decided they could keep our 10% and we could keep our voice.If they would have been willing to give us the $200 difference, we would have left a good review and used them again for our bathrooms and laundry room and they wouldnt even have to give us the $25 gift card for the 5 star rating.

We were referred to Milestone Granite by a friend who had done the research (good pricing, etc) and used them for their countertop needs. We also did some looking around, and Milestone Granite was the most fairly priced supplier around. Marina was a pleasure to work with and they were on time with their install. We LOVE our new quartz counter tops. Had a great experience with them. We highly recommend them!

I chose Milestone because of their online reviews. I picked out a slab for my project from across the street and it was in pristine condition...no fillers, epoxy patches, scratches or fractures. I took lots of pictures, close ups of every quadrant. Xavier, who is the owner, came out and did a template. A week later two men arrived to install my countertops. I looked at them on the truck and immediately noticed two significant fractures. The installer told me he couldnt fix them and Kate tried to tell me that they were natural fissures.I rejected them and later that day Kate and I were looking them over at their shop. She told me that they had an employee that was a magician at repairing cracks and shed have him fix it. We rescheduled the install for a week later and I left with my fingers crossed.The next morning Xavier called me and he was belligerent and just got madder the longer we talked. He told me I had to accept the granite As is...I asked for my deposit back, he refused. I then mentioned letting a judge decide this matter and he changed his tune and said that I needed to give him the opportunity to repair it. He was literally snarling at me and I had to make up an excuse to get off the phone. During all of of this, I was calm and cool.To say that the status of this was vague is an understatement, but I called Kate a few days later and she assured me that repair and installation were still on the books. I stopped at their shop the day before the install to inspect he repairs. I was impressed, as about 90% of the crack was gone, and what was still visible was acceptable...you couldnt feel the crack anymore. The install was to be the next morning. Certainly I was disappointed that they tried to install broken countertops in the fist place, and that ugly phone call from the owner wasnt very nice, but I left there feeling happy and hoping the install would go well...it didnt.The template Xavier had made was off by nearly 1/2 inch on opposing sides, meaning the installers had to grind away one side while leaving a quarter inch gap on another. I also discovered that there had been a lot of drama with my granite, as it had been broken and patched in no less than five places. One 25 inch crack had been filled with clear epoxy, a backsplash had been broken in two and then patched and another backsplash had a corner completely rebuilt with epoxy. None of these things they told me about. Also, the installation was extremely messy and they couldnt get out of there fast enough. After they left, It took me some time to clean up the mess and when I went to put my dishwasher back in I discovered they had pushed my cabinet back by almost two inches and filled the top gap with caulk...when they did was totally unnecessary, but I dare not try to fix it with all the weight of the granite on top. Ill fill the gap with a custom piece of wood...but my cabinet doors under the sink close by themselves now.Terrible experience with these people and I certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Below are pictures of the cracks when they tried to deliver it the first time, the slab moments after I bought it, lack of proper template, part of the 25 inch long clear epoxy fill, and the damage they did to my cabinets near the dishwasher...they left it like that, folks. This isnt even all the drama that occurred...I have many more damage pictures but this pretty much covers it.

Called a number of companies and Milestones was very customer service oriented from the very first call so I went in and from that first phone call to designing the space and selecting the elements Marina was very helpful. She picked up on things I would not even have thought of and she and guys who installed really made the process work. I would recommend Milestone Granite. They were professional throughout the design/fabricate/install process. Xavier is the best. He even called us to report a spot on the granite we had selected that we hadnt seen. We were able to swap out slabs of granite for one that didnt have the yellow spots. A minor fabrication mistake was quickly corrected by the next day. Thanks again Milestone (and Xavier) for helping make our kitchen update easy and beautiful.

What great experience! I was looking for an established, well reviewed fabricator and installer and added Milestone to my list. I received a quote the same day that I reached out to them with a follow-up phone call before I even noticed the quote was in my email. The quote was competitive and their office had no problems re-quoting with options. Once I notified them that Id like to move forward, I made the down payment and the slab was picked up immediately from the stone shop. I was given a date less than two weeks out to make the template and a date the following week for the install. All dates were met and the granite looks great!

HUGE shout out to Kate and Xavier at Milestone Granite!! This is our second purchase from them and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Two years ago we met Xavier and he helped us with updating our kitchen. He spent 2 weekends taking us to literally every granite warehouse in Denver. He was extremely kind and patient with us and he wanted to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. So when it came time to update our master bathroom, I knew that we had to go back to him. It was during this project that I met Kate and she has been nothing less than awesome to work with – very kind and super friendly! She was 100% on top of our project from start to finish and her responses to questions were lightening fast. And, I don’t want to leave out the install team either. They were friendly, professional, courteous and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. You won’t regret it! Its people like this that make remodeling/updating easy.

I went with Milestone on the recommendation of a friend who had used them before and Milestone was great. Im a first time buyer of a granite kitchen and Natasha walked me through everything I needed from picking out a slab to getting the right cut so that the granites pattern would flow smoothly in my kitchen. And she was able to do most everything online since I live an hour and a half from Denver. Ill probably need granite again down the road and Ill come back to Milestone and Natasha.

Milestone Granite was awesome! I started my kitchen project by calling over 8 recommended granite fabricators. Marina the office manager told me right away the prices of their granite and the cost of labor per square foot. She told me she would have my quote ready for me in a couple hours. I received my email with a quote and a sketch. After meeting Kate and Marina, we decided they were the right company and they scheduled us on their calendar as soon as possible. They had our counter tops installed within 2 weeks right before the busy Thanksgiving week. Kate was very responsive to emails and calls always answering our questions and getting back to us. The template person Xavier was knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself. He made sure to explain all the measurements and made sure to show me where all the edges would be. They do not install corbels, but recommended Granquartz to buy counter top support brackets. I was able to get them installed before they measured the template and it saved me a lot of money by not ordering them online. We were originally told that our counter top was too big to carry and would need to be seamed. We were delighted on installation day when our granite came in one full piece and was not seamed. Victor and his partner did a great job. They protected our floors with drop clothes and worked really hard carrying the oversized counter tops. They made sure everything was laid out right and installed the sink and drilled the holes for the faucet. Victor explained the sealing and cleaning process. He cleaned the counters and picked up all of their supplies, they even used a shop vacuum to minimize the dust. The installation was quick and probably only took an hour. They didn’t bring our remnants during the install,l but we scheduled for them to come back on another day. Our remnants were very large half slabs. They told us they would need to be cut down for transportation. We were again delighted when they showed up with the remnants in 2 full pieces! Each piece is around 24 square feet and they had brought 3 guys to carry the stone. Most places would have made us pick up our stone or pay a delivery charge. I was so happy with Milestone Granite. My counters look beautiful! Their cost was thousands of dollars cheaper than other fabricators not to mention other places took a week to get back to me or did not call me back at all. Kate just seemed really trust worthy telling us where to buy the under mount sinks for less, where to get the brackets, and did not over charge us on a window sill like some of the other fabricators wanted to.

These people are real old school fabricators.They do the template by hand, no quick laser dot measure and run job with them!They are always accurate because they do it by hand.Marina and Xavier are an absolute pleasure to work with and they both keep you so well informed.The installation went flawlessly and the installation crew was super clean.Everything they said they would do they did.The quality of their work is five star.Plus their prices are reasonable and upfront.Marina quoted me their fees within the first 3 minutes of walking in the door..... no add on surprises.If you need ANY stone countertop work, these are your people.I’d use them again and would send all of my family and friends their way without exception.You can’t go wrong.Highest recommendations.

When I needed them to come back to add more caulk to the backsplash/counter, Xavier came out on his day off to help me out. I have a few more projects that I’ll be needing granite for, and I’ll be sure to come back here for them. They have competitive pricing and offer great expertise.

Milestone is the most cost effective place we found for quartz counter tops in our kitchen and bathroom, and the quality was top notch. Kate was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. I cant say enough about this company. Natasha was such a pleasure to work and kept us informed at every step of our project. The day before our counter top install, my contractor called to see if we could also get the left over remnant piece cut down and polished for an additional project. They went above and beyond by having it ready and delivered the next day with my original order. Milestone also did an amazing job with the fabrication and install process. They are very meticulous and thoughtful in how the material is cut as the seam in my counter top is barely noticeable. I will be using them again in my future projects.

I know Milestone is a reputable company, which is why we selected to use them...and to be fair, I believe our situation is a rare one. Unfortunately our experience was difficult, but in the end we were able to come to a resolution and things worked out okay. I am writing this review to recognize our wonderful salesperson Kate. (She gets 10 stars!!) She was always available for us and answered all our questions. She was resourceful when we needed it most. And best of all, she has the kindness of one with a godly heart. I truly have never experienced the level of service Kate provided! Id also like to thank our installers, Christian and Carlos. When we encountered problems during the install, they were friendly and understanding. They were careful and clean in their work and the countertops were installed very well. Thank you!!

Great company to work with from start to finish! Easy process, great service, order to install took 3 weeks. Milestone was the only company I found that took the time to get my project to fit on 1 slab, everyone else said it would be 2 which saved me A LOT of money. Install was a breeze and it looks great! We got a group 2 granite that looked like a group 3 or 4 everywhere else, which again saved us big money :). Great deal and excellent company to deal with, highly recommend!

Xavier and his team were fantastic. We are so pleased with our granite. I came in wanting marble and I was educated on the product that would actually work best for me, and then I found my dream granite 10 minutes later at his supplier across the street after seeing hundreds of samples at other suppliers. I love that they do all their work in house and the slab isn’t being shipped all over the heck. Xavier was professional, reasonable and flexible and I got exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. My husband and I are a tough sell on anything that seems to good to be true- but with Milestone, it really was too good and all ended up being true!

Recently worked with Milestone Granite to have granite counter tops installed. This was my first time doing this and was really pleased with the whole process. The installation process went better than imagined. The crew showed up when they said they would and they finished their work in a timely manner. Everything looks great!

I had an amazing experience working with Kate at Milestone Granite. I really thought that granite was going to be totally out of our price range but was pleasantly surprised that Kate could help me find a wonderful remnant piece that worked great for our project! Amazing customer services and outstanding final product! We worked with Kate who is extremely friendly to work with and proactively works to ensure you are a happy customer! We picked out a slab of granite that has structural integrity flaws Kate and team not only said they wouldnt recommend using the particular slab, they drove over the slab provider and actually hand reviewed multiple slabs until they found one in the same lot without any issues. Kate and team made the process of installing granite incredibly easy with an amazing results; I would highly recommend them to others!

I have mixed feelings about Milestone Granite. I recently remodeled my kitchen and put in quartzite counter tops (similar to granite but better). They turned out nice, but it wasnt a great experience. I comparison shopped at Granite Liquidators and Granite Direct based on Yelp reviews, and also checked in at Granite Depot out of curiosity because of their TV ads. Granite Depot has an amazing selection and beautiful slabs, but are ridiculously expensive. I visited Milestone based on comments in a Granite Direct review, and ended picking them even though they were a little more expensive because I thought their particular Taj Mahal slab had a better appearance. Both companies are competitively priced and get good reviews, and I liked the fact they both do their own fabrication and install, so your contract is with one company. That was important to me, because I didnt want to get caught in the middle if the stone were to get damaged during the fabrication or install phase, which is what happened. I also like the fact that Milestone had a very clear and fair contract detailing all the responsibilities and risks of both parties, whereas Granite Depots representations were all verbal and not in writing. The fellow who measured my counters exercised bad judgement, and rather than dividing the slab into 3 pieces with 2 seams, he chose a configuration where there was only one seam for the installers to match up. However, that resulted in having to haul one large, incredibly heavy hunk of slab up a flight of stairs, and the installers ended up dropping and breaking the slab. Initially there was a little finger pointing and blaming, but they ultimately stood behind the mistake and didnt attempt to charge me extra--which really affirmed my decision to use a company where all the services were provided under one contract. However, I was then given second class treatment because they were underwater on the job and losing money. So instead of pushing my replacement slab to the front of the line for fabrication, I had to wait a week for the install even though my kitchen was torn apart and unusable. The other complaint is that somehow one of the angled cuts they made to match up to a corner that wasnt square was done incorrectly, so I ended up with a fairly large gap along one wall (see photo). Fortunately, my backsplash tile was thick enough to cover the gap, but it limited me on which tile I could use since tile widths vary. Also, even though we were fortunate enough to find a replacement slab that was supposedly from the same slab, it was darker and not quite as nice. As a result, it doesnt exactly match the two smaller elevated counters which had been installed prior to the main piece breaking. Lastly, when they were navigating the original large piece in the door to the stairs, they dented my front door. When I mentioned that to management, they made no offer to replace it. By that point I just wanted to get the project over, so I ended up eating that cost.So if I had it all to do over again, would I still use Milestone? Probably not, but based on other reviews Ive read, Im not sure my experience would have been much different at one of the other shops. Because granite slabs are incredibly heavy and vulnerable to breaking (until installed), its a difficult product to handle. But once in place, theyre great!

From the incredibly helpful service offered by Kate to set the job up to the excellent fabrication and installation work, these guys go the extra mile to serve their customers well while still being very competitive on price. After researching multiple granite contractors, Milestone Granite instantly won my business after speaking with them. Kate was very kind, friendly and helped us find the granite we wanted within our budget. Install was within 7 days of the quote / us picking out our granite, which was a huge plus for us. I also worked with Maria who was also helpful and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend them to my friends and family!Update: I highly recommend going over every square inch of the granite after install. Right after install I noticed a crack from install and they fixed it. After that I should have went around with a fine tooth comb because a year later I noticed another crack. Very upsetting when you pay such a large expense. Partially our fault, however, they should be checking to ensure there arent any cracks.

We went into milestone granite about 4 months before we were even ready to begin our remodel. we were so impressed with the selection, service and prices that we ended up purchasing a slab of soapstone that day! Milestone was gracious enough to store the slab until we were ready for install months later, and when we called to set up install were friendly and able to get us scheduled that week. the crew that installed the counter was great and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend milestone, after visiting many locations in the area, this was the best place we found with the best service.

I lucked out when I found Xavier at MileStone! I ended up with a bomb island top and some outstanding extra trim pieces and for a price that knocked my socks off! And then...they delivered it to spec, on time! And they were super nice people to deal with from the start. Id enthusiastically recommend!

This is a tricky review to write. I do believe Milestone and all the employees we worked with are five star. Our installation was a bumpy one for multiple reasons beyond anyones control. Milestone worked hard to make the situation right. We enjoyed working with Natasha who was our first impression of Milestone. Xavier and Manual went above and beyond to handle issues as they arose and made sure that our countertops were finally installed correctly. The finished product is amazing! It is always nice to do business somewhere and everything goes right, but that it just not how it goes all the time. I think when things are not going well, you truly see who you are dealing with. Milestone wants to get it right and if it doesnt happen initially, they are willing to make it right.

Natasha was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She sent Xavier out to do the measurements and he answered all of our questions. The installers did not leave a mess. We were originally going with Home Depot but they contract with Front Range Stone and they had horrible reviews and they were $900 more. Luckily we found Milestone Granite who saved us money and provided excellent service.
