We could have spent HOURS here! The girls are adorable and know their material! They were so pleasant… housebuilding/remodeling is supposed to be fun.. they make it fun! Great inventory. Tried a few other stores near by and this one is by far the go to.

Outstanding service from everyone. Ru and her front desk partner were superb. Professional, funny, helpful, and super knowledgeable. We had a project that was not too large and gave descriptions of what we wanted and Ru finally gave us a suggestion that was beyond what we thought we could have done. We have been to several places with terrible customer service, even some that barely acknowledged us, so we were becoming discouraged. The service we received here and the willingness of the men in the warehouse to pull out what we wanted to see and be so patient, funny, and kind made me think this is where everyone should get their granite! Everyone here seems to love what theyre doing and really enjoy working with the customers they serve. We are so fortunate to have found this place.. Appreciated everyone!

Went in with my mother-in-law to pick out counter tops this is one of the nicest stone yards Ive been to huge selection and friendly staff.

Francini is the first place I look for quartz for every new design job. They have a wide selection and pricing I havent been able to find anywhere else. I work with Erynn, who is absolutely amazing. Before we ever got down to the particulars Whitney was very engaging. Anthony as well. The front end people are the face and voice of a company. When my mother was in the market for new countertops we contacted my friend Erynn Dolstaller who I knew works with these materials. We made an appointment with Erynn to view their beautiful slabs. Erynn walked us through the showroom and educated my mother about the products. She found something she loved but we wanted to see what was out there and we looked other places but just kept coming back to the beautiful piece of quartzite my mom fell in love with . My experience at Francini was phenomenal. I purchased stone for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms here. I was searching other suppliers and not one of them could satisfy my needs with a quality product and exceptional customer service like here. It took me well over 2 months to make my final decision. When I visited the showroom Erynn who is the lead manager along with her staff always was tentative and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk Whitney and Heather and the men in the back Victor, Carl, Bob and Anthony were there to walk with me and do pulls of stones I was interested in. They have beautiful slabs and in every level. Heather was a joy to work with. Very patient and helpful. They were all pleasant to work with and not pushy at all. My husband was very comfortable being there and that is not an easy thing for him. Highly recommend them for quality of product and being friendly and knowledgeable. Anthony & Victor were amazing!!! I ran into an issue with a separate company and I needed a quick fix and needed my countertops right away. I went in and Anthony introduced himself and gave great advice and recommendations for my home remodel he let me look around and while looking Victor asked me if I needed any additional help. I told him what I was looking for and he went to grab one of the trucks and pulled a slab for me that I couldnt take my eyes off of!! He showed me a few other options but I knew Calcatta Venato was it. I had my countertops installed and my kitchen looks amazing!! Thank you both for taking the time to assist! What my contractor couldnt do in 8 months 😩 you all did in a few days and to me that makes for great service!! I highly recommend and Im going back for my bathroom remodel as well!

This place is the real deal, look no further if you are seeking quality, selection variety, and an experienced staff.After exhausting ourselves and becoming overwhelmed with trying to find the perfect solution for our bathroom countertops, we just about called it quits. It was pure luck, and definitely now seems meant to be, when my  boyfriend took a wrong turn and drove by Francini. We decided why not, cant be any worse than what we had been experiencing. Wow, is all I can say, we were sooo wrong!Its not easy picking out stone you will be happy with and within your budget, especially for the first time. Erynn, our customer sales liaison, was there every step of the way!  She went well above and beyond and anticipated our needs.
