The turn around was quick, compared to others, which is one of the reasons why we chose this business. We do like the material. However, installation of the sink is totally off from the manufactures recommendation- I have a top-of-the-line Kohler sink that is not connected to my countertop. It has been two weeks since installation/ the problem arose and I contacted them. I guess I shouldnt have paid the final installment until the issues were fixed. The company has been practically non-responsive with the issue because theres no way to actually fix it right without replacing the slab or taking it off and making more holes. My sink came with 12 brackets and they installed four and did not return the rest when they brought back the sink and installed the countertops. There are numerous other small issues- countertop not perfectly level, areas of silicone that were a bit messy against the wall, but if it werent for how they have handled the sink issue they would receive a much better review. ALSO- they are not better business accredited or this would be on Better Business Bureau... I wish that I had just gone with Home Depots labor day sale as they were cheaper anyhow. As it is we will fix the issue ourselves because I have much more faith in my being able to fix it then theirs. The attached photo is the gap with zero weight in/on the sink. The gap becomes quite large with anything in the sink. If you do choose to work with this company, be very careful if you have a high-end sink.

We shopped around and found CW Granite to have the best prices and selection. The customer service was outstanding, and very professional. Appointments were kept, and the install was timely and efficient. We love the results!!

We bought new cabinets, counter top and new sink from Shane last year. The installer did not do a good job; therefore we had problem with the sink adhesion to the counter top. Shane came in and helped us out to fix the problem as soon as he got a chance. He did an excellent job. Thanks Shane.

Had a great time with the designer. She was very knowledgeable about cabinets and drawers. Gave me a great deal on frameless cabinets. Homedepot has better deals on granite. Ive met with 3 different designers, but this place was my best experience.
