Horrible in every way possible. No show 3 times in 1 week. Estimated 1 day job took 3-4 days over an extended period of time and hiring someone else to do repairs on damage they caused. They measured incorrectly making it a more than 1 day job. Because of this, their guys left the disconnected sink plumbing dripping overnight and flooded my new hardwoods and unit below mine, requiring an insurance claim. Total nightmare. Run the other way. This is a company that is accustomed to apologizing to customers and not making it right. After all the headache it was better for me to get them out of my home as quickly as possible and hire someone else to right their wrongs. I had to contact them multiple times over a prolonged period of time to get a receipt showing paid in full. Miserable experience.
Great custom counters. Easy to work with
Run as fast as you can from these folks. I purchased 2 slabs from Arizona tile and Bill was to fabricate it. Long story short, they returned it to arizona and then bought same name but not same granite from Bedrosians. I returned home from trip to see the wrong granite installed in my bar. Bill played dumb but I did some investigating and along with my installer found out the truth. Had to take them to court (which I was awarded judgement) and they still wont pay. These people dont care and know the system works in their favor. They are true POS.
They did an amazing job of transforming our very old kitchen into a new kitchen in 3 days of work they had this done it took 2 weeks for cabinets but we were aware of this very nice people ID HIGHLY RECOMMENED THESE GUYS, thankyou and god bless
Love the work they do very puntual and they let you decide everything love the staff
Never finished the work. Constant rescheduling. Unanswered phone calls. No shows. Had to hire a different company to finish what they didnt.
Had my kitchen remodeled last year, company did a great job. Contacted me to make sure everything was well. Great service and beautiful countertops. Also great price. Will be working with them for my future renovations.
Got referred to this company by a friend. They did a really good job and I got exactly what I asked for! They gave me a really good price along with great customer service. 100% recommended.
I dont typically ever post reviews and I dont like to ever post negative reviews, but my experience with this company was too frustrating to not say anything. We hired them to install a countertop for two bathrooms that we remodeled. First of all, scheduling with them and having them actually show up for the appointment was like pulling teeth. Every appointment we scheduled, they never showed up for. I had to reach out to Myra countless times until they finally showed. Once they did, they messed up on the installation and had to return two more times to finally get it right. That whole process took around 2-3 weeks and it only got done because I reached out to them every day. They then told me that they would discount the second countertop since the first one was so frustrating to deal with, and its been another 3 weeks now and theyve completely ignored every call and text Ive sent them to get this job done. It is my assumption that because they are discounting this job, they have absolutely no interest in actually finishing it. We finally decided to move on and are working with another company that is so professional and quick - its like a breath of fresh air. They are a little more expensive, but it is worth every penny to work with a company who actually wants my business and respects their clients enough to return a phone call. We have been so patient and are very understanding people, but Myra was such a pain to work with. I will never work with this company again or recommend them. I feel bad for Bill.. I wonder if he knows that his company is being run this way? Anyway, I am sorry Bill Granite, but you guys operate in a way that no company ever should. I hope you dont treat all your customers this way.
I personally loved their job! Amazing communication granite was exactly how i wanted it and i did not go over budget. Highley recommend!
BEWARE!!! Bills Granite has been the most unprofessional contractor I have ever worked with. They were NEVER on time, I would take time off of work to meet them at the house and they were always 2-4 hours late or they just never showed up. They did not replace the Granite piece that had 2 cracks in it nor did it match. They agreed to reimburse me and they never did even though I have it on text that they would. Mayra stopped replying to my emails, text, and calls. KC Kitchen and Bath referred them, and now they wont refer them anymore after I informed them of their Business Ethics! PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!
Amazing work, can’t even believe how amazing my bathroom looks, super friendly. UNBELIEVABLE. 💯 recommended!!!
Great work at a good price. Got all my countertops remodeled with granite and love the way it turned out!
Bills granite countertops is great!! They did a barbeque remodel last summer for my home for a great price and beautiful finish highly recommended
This company is absolutely the best! They’re so friendly and kind. They came to do my kitchen countertops and they came out amazing. Im inlove with my kitchen now!! They also got me a great price, that worked around my budget. The customer service was awesome! They were a little late on the installation but the job speaks for itself. At the end of the day it was all worth it and im so glad I came across them. I highly recommend them!!
Friendly and inviting
Do not use them they will take deposit and keep rescheduling. It’s been over 3 months my house still incomplete.
DO NOT USE BILL’S GRANITE FOR QUARTZ OR GRANITE COUNTERTOP FABRICATION-- Shoddy Workmanship and Deceptive Business Practices!!In January 2018, we were doing a complete remodel of our master bathroom which included new quartz countertops and various other quartz pieces for the shower and window sill. Our general contractor recommended that we use Bill’s Granite (260 S. Raritan St in Denver). Bills Granite came to measure the job near the beginning of February and returned Friday, Feb. 9th, to install the quartz pieces. There were several pieces that were mis-measured, which Bills Granite took back to the shop for re-fabrication. They explained that they would come back the following week to finished the grouting/ caulking and installation of the re-fabricated items. That weekend, my husband and I thoroughly examined the installation job that had been done thus far and noticed many instances of very poor craftsmanship. EVERY SINGLE PIECE that was cut and installed needed either an adjustment or re-fabrication. Both sink cutouts were not fabricated correctly according to the template. The sink corners did not match. The gaps between the backsplash and countertops were too wide to conceal with caulk/grout and were not straight. The countertop required a seam which was not even and very visible. The countertop corner radius’ did not match. The overhang around the countertop ranged from ¾ inch to 1 ½ inch over the cabinets. I requested a hole cut in the vanity area for my cosmetic mirror cord and a quarter of the hole was under the back splash. There were red marks around the sinks that would not come off with cleaner. The shower seat had the wrong grout used. The shower entrance step had gaps between the quartz and tile and corners were not rounded.A representative (Mayra) from Bill’s Granite came out to access the situation and claimed that all of our concerns could be fixed. Because of all the mis-measured corners on the sink, the uneven cabinet overlay and mismeasured backsplashes, we felt the errors could not be resolved without starting over with a new slab. We consulted with 3 industry experts who all agreed that a new slab was needed. Bill’s Granite also claimed that due to size and scope of the job, it would require 2 slabs which we paid for up front. We will also be remodeling our laundry room and guest bath with the same quartz and wanted the balance of the second slab for those futures projects. We did not want Bill’s Granite to use the remaining part of the second slab to fix their errors. We requested numerous times through emails and phone calls that a new slab be purchased. They refused. We requested evidence of the existence of the second slab. Mayra from Bill’s Granite texted a picture of the second slab to my contractor. After further investigation, it was discovered the picture she sent was photo-shopped from the manufacturer’s website. Owner Guillermo Alcantara told us that he was ‘tired of dealing with you stupid people’ and would see us in court. On March 9th, there was a meeting between my contractor and Bill’s Granite. We were addressing all of the issues, hoping for a resolution. Guillermo and another representative also named Guillermo ended up walking out of the meeting, again telling us to take them to court. My contractor had to hire another quartz fabricator to tear out all installed pieces and start over. The second slab was never located. The type of quartz that we used can only be purchased from the manufacturer which has a warehouse in Denver. When the second quartz fabricator contacted the manufacturer, they had no record of any purchases from Bill’s Granite. We asked for an invoice from Bill’s Granite to prove where and when the slabs were purchased. They refused. We still have no idea where our second slab is or if it was even purchased.Again- DO NOT USE BILL’S GRANITE FOR QUARTZ OR GRANITE COUNTERTOP FABRICATION-- Shoddy Workmanship and Deceptive Business Practices!!
STAY AWAY from these people. This is a con business. They will just take your money and not do the work. The only part they actually do show up for to do will be some of the worst work youve seen and it would have to be re-done by another company. My advice is, dont do any business with Bills Granite period
Quoting original job, said counter could be completed with one slab. Not true. This has taken over a month, still not completed. They are now not responding to our calls. Poor management, poor service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
