Ive continuously been disappointed with this print shop - every time I request a print job, there is little to no communication, the owners are rude/unprofessional and the state of their store is unpleasant. Heres an example - I walk in one day to pick up my documents and the store is in complete and utter chaos - there are leaves everywhere, the printers are printing with documents just falling off the side and stacks of papers are all over the shop. When I let them know to Im here to pick up my documents, they spend 10+ minutes sifting through their random piles of papers to find them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place - they will waste your time and your money.

Poor customer service, sloppy work, judgmental attitudes. I typically love supporting small businesses but have been continuously disappointed with the print jobs I receive from here. I will not be returning.

Every time I come into this “locally rude” location I am reminded how important it is to treat people with kindness and respect as a Buisness owner.I literally cringe every time I have to walk in there when the owner is the one who’s helping me. Would it be so hard to say.. hi how is your day? How can I help you? Thanks have a great day see you soon. I’ve never gotten any of those kind of responses ever when I go in there from the owner.I know times are tough, So be kind to everyone and make the day better.

Lisa is always really great !Prices usually beat out any corporation printer in the area. The prints are done in a timely manner and always done with good quality and always meet deadlines.

SO sweet and accommodating! Came it to get a hand-designed template printed and bound, the woman helping me gave me her honest opinion and offered alternate suggestions. She cared about saving me money and ensuring the final product was perfect. Local company with integrity!

The lady that runs this shop is awful. Been here four times, with four negative experiences. After the first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe she was just having a bad day. After the 2nd time she had a terrible attitude, I thought there might be something wrong with her. The third time, I knew something was wrong with her. The 4th time, (today), I was in a bit of a pinch, so I tried again. She was so unhelpful and unfriendly, that I decided to leave and take my business directly to the UPS store. Im not sure why these people are even in business. They clearly dont enjoy what the are doing. Her attitude and edginess have nothing to do with the pandemic. My experience with her spans a period of two years. She refuses to provide a drop off receipt for both Fed X and UPS packages. Meanwhile, that is the only proof and protection one has that they dropped off a package for shipment. I dont usually give drop-off receipts is her goto response. Oh really? Well I usually DO get a drop-off receipt, and I wont leave without it. Next thing I know shes crushing my envelope in a copy machine. What do you need to copy? Print me a drop-off receipt or get out of the UPS biz! As a photographer, I often ship expensive items... lenses and cameras. Im not leaving without a drop-off receipt. Again, why are you even in this business? I truly hope this shop goes out of business, though I wont be returning for any reason, and will be discouraging everyone that I know in the neighborhood to stop using this store. Otherwise, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?

Horrible customer service - very rude and the fax is often down. This has happened to me a few times. The last time I was in there faxing legal documents to the IRS one lady said I should should seek legal assistance - I’m a tax attorney and know my stuff, but couldn’t get through to the agent - how dare she question my credentials and be rude to a customer. I will never go there again! If I could I would give them a negative star. Go to the UPS store at Monaco and Leetsdale for faxing and mailing - very helpful and friendly!

Ive been in maybe four times over the course of a year. Each time, Ive been met with rudeness. The first time, I chalked it up to someone having a bad day. Ive dealt with the same person every time. Well, the other day was the LAST time I will ever patronize this business. I had a small transaction, under $5, and was paying with my debit card. The woman asked if I had any cash on me, then tried to sell me stamps when I said no, no cash. She made a huge deal about how expensive it is to run a card for a transaction under $5, and stated how, were not Starbucks; we dont process a billion credit cards a year. So if this is how Im treated when I spend only a few bucks, then why would I come back to spend more? Treating customers with disdain because they dont spend a ton of money is no way to build a business. If I want to pay to be treated poorly, I might as well go to the Post Office.

I am very disappointed in the costumer service at this place. I had a package go missing overseas that cost $90 to ship and $200 worth of gifts for my nieces. I completely understand that this is the risk I take shipping overseas, but I did not expect to be treated the way I did. I received a tracking number that was completely useless. All it stated when I tried to track my package was that it was still awaiting a label at the store. It was admitted to me by Lowry Print and Ship that sometimes the driver forgets to scan packages. They continually reassured me that they would contact the post office to try to find more tracking information and give me a call back. I called them 9 times and not once did they call me back like they promised. They just gave me numerous excuses and I still have no tracking information whatsoever. Its so disappointing. I would avoid this place completely.

Has some pretty good ice cream and gelato. The staff has always been helpful and patient, the place also sells ice cream cookies and quart sized ice cream containers. Its better then most of the ice cream you can buy from a grocery store.

Today I needed a last minute print job done and called around ten other places for quotes. Not only was Lisa quicker to get back to me, but the price and turnaround was better than I couldve imagined. She went way out of her way for me and I cant rave enough about how friendly and helpful she was for me. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Do not trust Lowry Print and Ship with your mail. We live a few blocks away and were very much wanting to give a local shop our business. But they colossally messed up our shipping (they ended up sending it to a completely different address to the one we gave them in writing, different receiver name and all). When we called to ask what happened, they were incredibly rude and blamed us for their mistakes. That is of course when they werent dodging our calls for WEEKS.The cherry on top was when Lisa the owner hung up on me after I finally got thru but not before screaming what a B***H! Into the receiver.Do yourself a favor, stay far away.

WOW, extremely disrespectful! Owner became defensive when she could not locate my shipment or tracking number that I was asking for (as my shipment had still not arrived at its final destination). I suggested that maybe she could look it up through credit card transaction history and her response was, Dont tell me how to run my business! and hung up on me. What the heck? Talk about a horrible customer experience! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is very rude and would not allow me to finish taping my box and return label. one lady, tried to grab my box without my permission. I was trying to take pictures of my package and tracking number to confirm i sent it. She had a serious problem with that.

I was looking through the reviews to see if I was just being sensitive, but it seems that many people agree the woman who appears to own the shop (Lisa?) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The place was an absolute mess and it should not be in business anymore. I was only going in for fingerprinting but I cannot even imagine trying to have shipping services done there because I wouldnt trust that woman with my business.
