The two critical reviews I saw were describing cookies that are incredibly delicious but are way more flavorful than your typical anesthetized American pallet may be used to. If an Oreo is your idea of good food then please stick with them and leave the good stuff for the rest of us!Just gave a bag to our 90+ yo aunt and uncle who are quite picky eaters --they devoured them. Yum!!!! I cant find better cookies in Denver, seriously amazing *chefs kiss*. I buy them for friends, loved ones, and of course myself. Kristy and her crew are always so kind and dish out some of the funnest flavors of cookies this palate has come across. Lately theyve had amazing personal sized cakes from crumb cakes to upside down cakes *drool*. If you are in the Highlands neighborhood, stop in, you wont regret it!

Every year I send these cookies to my Uncle. Why these you ask? I will tell you why, each time he gets them I get a phone letting me know these are the BEST cookies he has ever tasted. That is coming from a man whose Mom used to bake at least 20 different kinds of cookies each holiday and my Grandma could really bake back in the day. This is the best place for cookies in Denver. The staff is great and the cookies are even better! You can pick up individual packs for yourself or share them with others. I recently placed a order for a work event and the cookies were all anyone talked about. If you need anything just ask Kristy as she is really easy to work with and accommodating. Victory Love shares their space with Denver Bread Company so its a great place to stop for baked goods.*I see some patrons below giving less than ideal ratings for ridiculous reasons - being upset cookies come in packs or writing good reviews while only giving 4 stars... - This is a 5 star cookie business and yes, the cookies come in packs because the thought is to share with someone you love. Every time I am in Denver I stop by for cookies, everyone is so friendly. I love that moment when I first step into the bakery and am hit with all the yummy bakery smells. The shortbreads are my absolute favorite, just thinking about them makes my mouth water. I beg my daughter to send me cookies when I run out at home, and I jump for joy when I get them in the mail. They freeze nicely so I am able to snack on them for a while. Thank god for these cookies!

This is easily one of the best cookies shops in all of Denver! They have such a unique selection of cookies that a so delicious and fuuuulll of flavor, trying something new means finding a new favorite cookie.

Tasty treats, also they accept credit card for victory, if you getting bread as well you should bring some cash. Staff is friendly and the food is just as good as it smells.

I wanted to try some bakeries around Denver before I went home, I bought some almond chocolate cookies, the flavor was light and they were crumbley so it would make for a good tea cookie. My only complaint is that I had to buy them in a bag of 4, there were a lot of interesting flavors so I wish I could have bought 4 different flavors or if they had a variety pack, not sure I would come back if Im in town again, I like more dessert cookies.

Fabulous cookies and bread! This tiny place has great stuff. My favorite were the lemon somethings: 5 long by 2 wide cookie. Ideal for special gifts. They had gift bags, tissue and cards at the ready. It had an owner- operated feel.

Fantastic small bakery! Their chocolate chip walnut cookie is famous but the Grant chocolate chip is indeed the superior cookie; it is crunchy and chewy made with delicious brown sugar topped with a dash of sea salt. They also make breads in limited supply so get there early! Great service!

IT SMELLS LIKE HEAVEN! However, I must complain about the free samples. What seemed to be ordinary chocolate was infused with spice straight from the Underworld. Not to mention, there are bags sitting outside the stores that undoubtedly contain excrement of some type. Homemade $8 cookies that taste like soap.

The cookies are really good. We love the Diablo (spicy chocolate) and Lemon Lucy. The chocolate chip are basic, but good.

I am obsessed with these cookies. My husband and I served them at our wedding (instead of cake) and got endless compliments on them! The favorites were the lemon lucys, diablos, and chocolate chips. Not to sweet, not overly fancy- just good old fashioned home-made cookies!

Cinnamon twists were stupid good. Apricot-rosemary cookies were intriguingly delicious. Lemon Lucy were succulent morsels of utter divinity.

LOVE - best chocolate chip cookies, although the strawberry margaritas are also a fav! Ive tried many of VLCs gourmet cookies and can honestly say theyre all uniquely delicious. ♥♥
