Music is a little loud. People arent SUPER friendly, but I mean hey... What can I say. People from other cultures are simply just different than I am used to, and that is O-K.

As Green Valley Ranch grows this institution will be a dump within a few years. I can’t believe customers come back. The staff is often rude, non-communicative, and could care less about customers. Half the time when I walk in the cashier is on his phone and doesn’t bother to acknowledge me before he’s done doing what he’s doing. I want to apologize for visiting your business as many times as I have I promise you it will never happen again.

Terrible service. The Indian gentleman working this morning was the rudest person I’ve met. Yelling next at people who were trying to let customers ahead of them. Then was a jerk when questioned about payment because the entire time he was taking to the other worker. He was told no bag but because he wasn’t listening to the customer and yelling at her to look at the receipt…he missed the no. Don’t work in customer service if all you do is talk in your language about people and are rude.

This is the closest gas station and convenience store to my house. I will now drive to a further one so I don’t have to deal with this one. Multiple times I have gone into this store to purchase sodas or snacks to be completely ignored at the register to the point I left without my purchase. I work in retail and understand its demands. Both times stood at the register for about five minutes without someone coming to check me out despite their employees seeing me. It stinks to have to drive further than needed but I will avoid this place at all costs for both the convenience store and their busted fuel pumps.
