This is the worst CVS ever. They never answer the phone, or if they do they answer and then hang up on you immediately! I called several times over multiple days and couldnt reach anyone. They took my drivers license for identification for a prescription and never gave it back. Now Im just trying to get it back but I cant reach anyone. Horrible service!

This CVS has a very convenient location located on the 16th Street Mall. You can either get off the light rail to access this at the 16th & Stout station or access it through the free Mall ride at the Stout Street stop.

I went to CVS pharmacy and the pharmaceutical helped me a lot and she was patient with me.

Not a nice store. Asked me to keep my bag behind the counter while I shopped. I get you’re trying to reduce shop lifting, but that is just very inconvenient and rude.

Erik is a cool pharmacist like Sarah before him. Id recommend this place to my own grandma.

The pharmacist was not wearing his mask while seated. Masks should be worn at all times while in a building, and any time you are near peoples medical prescriptions!I will have all my prescriptions sent somewhere else.

I was having a hard time refilling my prescription online so I could have it delivered to my apartment. I called the pharmacy and Olivia helped me. She was really helpful and super nice. Really appreciated her customer service especially during this difficult time.

Ordered nineteen photos through Google to be printed here. Email confirmed that photos were done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was told the printer is down, and that it has been for more than a week. What a waste of time. I cant resend them to another store because CVS said theyve been printed. So I have to go through all my photos again. Just go to Mikes Camera where youll get your photos. The staff was helpful though.

Olivia is a knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond to help clients in the pharmacy! I know I can always go to her with questions and I have never had any complications with insurance, which has never happened anywhere else!

Been here once. Not a lot of selections. The lady who is working at the Pharmacy is extremely helpful and nice though!

I do look like I could possibly be homeless but still not an exception to accuse me of stealing. I have never stolen anything and was in search of toilet paper and texting. Maybe he, Michael the supervisor, thought he saw a juice rather than a phone but he called me out and was dying me and my pockets up and down. When I told him I didnt take anything he accused me a second time. I will never be back and suggest you dont either. Never judge a book by its cover. I used to go here a couple times a week for odds and ends on my way but now its either walgreens or target from here on out.
