Dr Jarrett is thorough when examining my eyes. My eyes are older and Dr Jarrett knows how to get the best and clearest results through her equipment.

I have been a patient of the clinic and Dr. Jarrett for many years. I continue to be pleased with the services she provides and I could not see trusting my vision to anyone else. Dr. Jarrett and Brenda gives their patients that personal care that is unmatched.

Mayfair Vision Clinic is the best in Denver. Dr. Jarrett is amazing and just a wonderful person. Brenda is amazing and I cannot express how welcoming they are to patients. They dont treat you like just a patient here it is obvious they care about you on a personal level and it shows in the quality of the care you get. Why go to one of the bigger chains when you can come here. The fact that they are open past 5pm is fantastic too, no need to take time off work to get your eyes checked out. I love this practice.

Dr. Jarrett is amazing and so is her office. They always respond quickly to your messages and are pleasant to speak with. As far has Dr. Jarrett, her exams are very thorough and not rushed. I have been seeing her for years now and her attention to details and my concerns are always addressed. Being fitted for contacts she will try as many as needed till you get the correct fit, going over and beyond in my opinion. If you are looking for a great eye doctor check her out!!!

Dr. Janice Jarrett Is a fine Denver optometrist.She has been my eye doctor for a number of years.She is very thorough and careful. She takes notes of the results of the tests that she gives and keeps good records.During my annual check ups, I notice that she often makes changes to her procedures and her equipment that often at first seem somewhat minor, but which on further thought seem quite useful and practical. Dr. Jarrett is very responsive to questions that I ask during my check ups.I highly recommend Dr. Jarrett.

My prescription is perfect and couldn’t recommend here more!!! I had to go outside the clinic because Veterans Affairs didn’t provide enough options for professional frames for women but WOW. The prescription is just perfect for me. She was so professional and I will go back once I have real insurance for frames!!!!!

Excellent staff! The receptionist took my glasses, tightened them up, and cleaned them. Dr. Jarrett took her time with me and explained everything as we went along. I am very picky, and the Mayfair Vision Clinic impressed me! I was able to get all of my questions answered, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The optometrist was extremely thorough, which assured me I was getting the most accurate prescription I could have. I visited with Dr Jarrett. On June 22nd, 2021. I called in the morning, because I was having troubles with itchy eyes due to my allergies, but wanted to make sure there were no other problems. She was able to fit me in right after lunch. Dr. Jarrett is so thorough and professional, that I always know if something was wrong with my eyes she would certainly have found it. I expected a quick in-and-out appointment, but she was just as thorough on this visit as she is on every single time I come in there, including my yearly visit. My whole family goes to Dr. Jarrett, and we are all 100% satisfied. Very glad that shes still in the neighborhood!

This Vision Clinic in my overall experience has been a disaster. I received an exam, and I was told my colored contacts would be ordered and delivered to the clinic. I waited two weeks and never received anything. I called to inquire about my order and the receptionist was rude to me on several occasions as if she didn’t want to deal with me. I paid. So of course I’m adamant about receiving my contacts. I finally got a call back from Dr. Janice and she said she will have my prescription ready the next day. I come in the next day and it’s a piece of paper. Not the green contact lenses I ordered. The receptionist once again treated me as if it was my fault, and behaved very irate with me. She promised to order my green contacts. No one ever even called to tell me they had arrived. I go to pick them up and I was asked for another unexpected $80.00, but only charged for $40.00 because once again the receptionist just couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I wear the contacts that night and there is NO WAY that was my prescription. My eyes were very blurry, red, burning and hurt after I took them out. I called and told the receptionist, who once again rushed me off the phone and promised me a call back I never got. I’m definitely choosing someone else at this point and there goes $80 I spent for no reason.Indy Jones

Ive been going to Dr. Jarrett for a few years, since i got tired of being treated like a number and annoyed with haughty, burnt out eye specialists i had encountered.Dr. Jarrett has lots of expertise in her field and is a gentle soul. She takes the time to listen to patients concerns, and gives helpful suggestions. She got my husband in in an emergency which we so appreciated. She identified a problem in me and made a helpful referral. Low key, friendly office.

Dr. Jarrett examined my eyes yesterday for the first time (my doc of many years retired) and was kind, thorough, and communicative. She guided me through each test, explaining what I’d experience and what she’d learn from the results. She investigated a nevis (freckle) on my retina that had been diagnosed and monitored a couple years ago, to ensure it is not developing into a malignancy or otherwise causing damage. She sent me away with fresh prescription in hand. The vibe of the office is calm and caring. I’ll be back!

Would not recommend. I was given an amount when I went to get my prescription and glasses. By the doctor and receptionist. Was told I didnt have to pay until pick up. Went to pick had to pay different amount which was more. Receptionist didnt explain anything to me just gave a receipt that was never discussed. I even explained to her what happened still told me they did it wrong.

Is there an option for 6 stars? Dr. Jarrett and Brenda have been taking care of my vision for years. Dr. Jarrett always performs a thorough exam, explains my vision and options for seeing better, and does so with a smile. Brenda is a pleasure to say hello to when I arrive, is available to help me navigate insurance, and has moved mountains to repair my glasses.I am truly happy with the care I receive and it shows that the people who work there love what they do.

Tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient for me and my daughters.Before scheduling me and my daughters appointment I wanted to ensure that they accepted our insurance. The young lady that answered the phone said no. However, the website states the opposite. I called back and asked the young lady why would their website say the opposite. She hung up the phone. I called back several times and no one picked up. Very unprofessional. Customer service is very important to me. And for me to be new to the city and try to support...smh. What is this world coming to?

Mayfair Vision Clinic has had exceptional service and quality of care. It was easy to get in, their hours are accommodating of full time work, and when I made an appointment on my lunch break they were kind enough to let me come back a different day for my dilation while still getting me fitted with some temporary contacts. Really comfortable waiting area with snacks and coffee!

Dr. Jarrett is a highly qualified ophthalmologist with the latest diagnostic equipment and a great staff. Ive been a client for many years and am thoroughly pleased with the eye care, the available frames and, really, every aspect of Mayfair Vision, especially the convenient location and ample parking. Now, the only vision problem I have is that I couldnt see myself going anywhere else!

Dr. Jarret got my prescription 100% accurate the first time. In the past, I have had to go to 4 or 5 different doctors just to get an accurate prescription or settle for glasses that helped me see better, but not 100% better. The eye exam was thorough and Im looking forward to returning for my annual exam next year.
