The world is requiring another literacy without which one is just as crippled & isolated as being unable to read was, and the disability is growing. Computer literacy has the additional barrier to entry of $$$. PCs for People minimizes that barrier for anyone who is in a situation of monitary distress. Any person on any kind of government assistance or showing a low income can get an up to date, useful computer with necessary operating system & software ($50-$150) & repair/maintenance/peripheral items (mouse, camera, keyboard, etc) services for better than reasonable rates.

Many years ago when I wanted to start a business and had very little money, I came here to get a computer. It really helped me get the business off the ground. Today, my boyfriend and I return the favor: we donate dozens of old computers a year from both our jobs as a thank you for their wonderful services when we needed them the most. God bless you guys

Ive used PCs for People before, at their previous location, and was happy with their service, so I thought Id try them again.I called yesterday to try to get information before I try to bring my computer in to be repaired. I called at 11am, and spent 20 minutes on hold without ever reaching a live person.I figured, maybe they were busy during that time of day, so today, I called at exactly 10am, when their sites says they open. When I called, I was told by the automated system that there was an 18 minute wait time. I thought it was weird, but Id give it a shot.30 minutes later, Im still waiting to get ahold of a person just so that I can ask a question that will take under a minute to answer.

Ok I am so glad I listened to my friend about PCs. I was paying over $70 monthly for centurySTINK. I always having problems with their services. I would find double charges on my bill with late fees yet I paid on time every month. My friend told me he used PCs for people and never had issues. So I switched over and I am paying almost 50%less with continuous service 🙃 😁DONT wait as long as I did to make the switch. They were so kind and helpful. They practiced safe distancing and face masks. Very nice.

I had a great experience with them. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I appreciated their generosity and helpfulness. Originally I had ordered online, but I highly recommend going to their physical location instead. Plus, they have a sweet, well-trained dog to hang out with while you wait!

Low cost internet access LOOK NO FURTHER!! They are on a mission to bring technology to people that may have trouble obtaining it otherwise. If youre having trouble getting a computer or internet access, these are the folks to see. You need to be qualified financially to get the assistance, but its not that difficult, and they really are serious about helping you out. In other words, If you are having trouble affording internet access or computer, most likely, they can fix that for you.

Dont buy computers from there because they are not under warranty like they tell you they are.mine is under warranty is broken and for me to fix it I have to pay more money so what I should have done is save the money and just get a new one so that way if I have any problems it really is under warranty so dont buy stuff from them because they wont fix the problem unless you pay more money

A company that has no regards for people who are in need of a job. They post on CL claiming they are in need of employees, and then they reschedule your interviews minutes before you r interview. They ask you if you want to reschedule to reply to there email, and never contact you again, even when replying back stating you are still interested.
